I had a wonderful dip manicure- here done by the manager Luke. He is very prompt and careful in how he does his work. Luke does manicures and pedicures. This is the 4th time that I have been here for services. I chose the powder dip manicure. I chose a Great color that is natural and understated in color by day and at night it glows-in-the-dark. This salon is great and very easy going. They have plenty of parking always, friendly staff and a newly renovated and updated look to the salon. I highly recommend this salon I will definitely be making this my go to place.

I have been coming to VV Nails for a little over 3 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. They have the LOWEST PRICES IN SCHAUMBURG. $35 for the powder dip!!!They do exceptional work every time and everyone there is super friendly. They listen to exactly what you want. Their pedicures are great too. Nice massaging chairs.

Came in with a wild nail design hoping my nail tech MIGHT get somewhat close and she exceeded my expectations and did my nails perfectly! Didn’t rush and asked if I liked everything along the way and I am so pleased with the results and highly recommend this salon!

I was getting my nails done and wanted regular acrylics and she told me was 42 so i sat down and keep in mind i showed her a picture of the nails i wanted before i even sat down and she started but the minute before she was about to paint them she said she couldn’t do those nails unless they were no chip so i went along with it but that bout the price up to 55 then 2 days later one of them had already chipped. 55 dollars for nails that didn’t last me 2 days!When could i come back for the redo set.

I went in on the fly. I relocated in my old nail place is too far to travel. Ive hit several other nail places but after a week, the gel is lifting or peeling really bad. So far, so good! I didnt have any problems with the staff being rude. They werent overly friendly, but I actually appreciate that. I like to listen to music and relax when getting my nails done. I dont want to be talked to. May sound strange, but I like being able to just sit there in my own thoughts. I dont get to do that much anymore! So, I definitely will be going back! They did a wonderful job and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Way quicker and way cheaper than any other place Ive tried in the last 2 months.

Great service, nails lasted my girlfriend longer then some other places without falling off so that was great. Haha. The workers are very friendly and sociable.

By far, the best nail salon I’ve been to, they were very friendly and professional. They made sure my nails were the right length, size, and color, and took their time. I had Kayla and she was the best and very focused on perfecting my nails I highly recommend this place.

I was a LOYAL customer for 1 YEAR. I have had everyone in that place do my nails, only 1 had talent.I always made appointments and showed up on time. However, they had NO RESPECT for MY TIME. I would be stuck there for 3 HOURS to get just a dip manicure, with an appointment! Common ladies.. who has time for that right??? They also LEFT MY HAND IN ACETONE FOR AN HOUR UNATTENDED! Due to the burning, I finally had to take it off myself, they knew this, and had no care. My hands are now peeling and have CHEMICAL BURNS! I hope you all can see the picture of the chemical burn I posted. I do not recommend this place if you care for your health or time. I also was told not to make appointments anymore, since they werent able to manage their appointments properly. VERY RUDE OWNERS/WORKERS and NEVER APPOLOGIZED for several disappointing occasions. If you go here I wish you have better luck than I..(coming from a patient understanding business owner

Fist time in and got a pedi by Helen. She was so gentle and did a great job. Attention to detail and gave me two types of foot/ leg massages. One with scrub and one with lotion and hot stone. Will definitely be going back.

I usually do my own nails but have a wedding in 2 days and did not have time. I got mixed reviews on this place but they had time and it was 3 minutes from my house. I got a pink and white French no chip on my toes. The pedicure was fantastic! Hot stone massage, scrub and lotion. They shaped and filed them to the perfect shape, the lady who painted my nails took extra time on making sure the tips were painted clean, didn’t get any on my skin and was very polite. An older man did all the filing and trimming and was also very polite and gentle. I definitely be going back for my pedicures and I love how close it is.

Definitely has gone down hill in the last. 15 years. Ill drive the extra 15-30 mins to go somewhere else. My 10 year old niece could paint my nails better

Absolute horrible service and the nails itself don’t even make up for it. I got an expensive no chip fill in yesterday just for it to break so easily this morning. What did I pay $40/50 for? Not only that my nail tech gave attitude for everything. I do NOT recommend this place at all. In fact I don’t even want to go back to get my nail fixed.

Without telling me, the person doing my pedicure and manicure got up and switched my nail polish color, from fuchsia to red. I didn’t notice till I got home. She seemed to be upset about something when she was giving me pedicure and I mentioned it. So she took it off on me. They lost two good customers.

I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and never have I been to a place that is so incompetent. My no-chip peeled off 3 days after I got it and my nails are breaking off. When I went to pick out an opi color the lady told me that those would peel off and to get something else, so trusting her better than myself I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone that likes what they have paid for to last the time it should.

When I first walked in, I was met with blank stares by the staff, until one of the gentlemen muttered something to me and then got up to see what Id like. (This was a few days before Christmas and many people came in and received the same response.) I didnt have an appointment, but they luckily were able to take me. I said I wanted gel nails, so I dont know where the confusion was, but what I actually received was acrylic nails with gel nail polish over them!! The nails turned out nice (although longer than I asked for), but I dont think Id ever go back, even though theyre right down the street.

The quality of work was great! But the experience was not. We walked in and were welcomed with nonchalant stares, as if we were being a bother. As we chose our colors, my friend accidentally dropped a polish and broke it. My friend was apologetic and even offered to pay for it. The lady rushed over and was saying things under her breathe and seemed really upset. Honestly, she was being very dramatic. Once my friend was getting her pedicure done she changed her mind on the color and asked if they had something similar to the color in a picture. As she attempted to get the mans attention, on her third call he snapped and answered her and told her if she didnt have the name of the polish there was nothing he could do. When the lady heard him snap she stood up and tried looking for similar colors. My friend ended up choosing the color she initially chose and the lady also snapped and grabbed all the polished abruptly and ended up dropping them on the floor. We would switch wide eyed faces and were surprised that people could honestly treat customers this way. Reviews are usually made by customers that were either very pleased with a service or if they were really unsatisfied. But this service was unlike anything Ive ever encountered. I hope they change their attitudes and maybe consider smiling for a change. They look very miserable and if they keep that up, I dont think they will ever have a successful, thriving business.

Ive been searching for a place to get my nails done for the last 2 years since my tech left my previous salon. Ive tried places all over Elk Grove and Schaumburg. I went to VV Nails on a friend of a friends recommendation and was completely wowed. My manicure lasts the full 2 weeks, even 2 1/2. They are fantastic, and reasonably priced.

Please Request Lee!!!You will not regret it! Lee was doing my nails before I relocated to Florida from Schaumburg. I now travel all the way back home to get my nails done by Lee. She is awesome. When she does my nails they last longer than 3 weeks. I get powder nails. When I got my nails done in Florida they lasted less than a week they were chipping and looked as if I got a regular old nail polish. I was so upset. A friend that lives in Florida said thats normal for Florida...I flew home to Lee and she did my nails on the fly with no appointment. Shes always there and she is awesome. Your nails will look so sexy!!! Its been 2 weeks and my nails still look shiny and sexy!!! Thank you Lee!!! You are awesome!!! So if you live near the Schaumburg area this is the place to get hour nails done. Oh, and their prices are phenomenal compared to anywhere else in Schaumburg...This place is a hidden Gem!
