The building is a little hard to find. Its behind the fun beverage building. The service was friendly and efficient.

Using the tracking number it said it was in trandit in Kalispell at 3 am. At 10 am the phone menu has it on the way to Kalispell. Try calling the shipping hub to see if I can pick it up there, all i get is the damned automated system and no further info. Not helpful in the slightest.

The lady at the counter was really nice. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was because they didnt have the packing supplies I needed instock or know when they were going to get them in, and unfortunately they didnt know of another place to get them either. It is what it is, but I was hoping they had what I needed instock. Maybe next time.

Worst delivery service ever. Package was supposed to arrive on Thursday, driver never attempted delivery to my door. No door tag that he was there. (I was home waiting for package) called customer service and made complaint. Day 2 - no attempt made to door / no door tag left that he was even there to leave package. Called customer service- guarantee delivery for Saturday. No package delivered. Lazy drivers! Horrible delivery service. Choose UPS!!

Nice staff. Needed envelopes for work, let me take what she had and even offered a box. Explained relocating to south of town and helped with drop locations.

Shipping live animals can be a nerve wracking experience. The ladies here always greet me with kindness and even when theyre crazy busy, do everything they can to help. I really appreciate you gals!!!

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The employee was the rudest human I have met and zero help. I would rather my package rot in their inventory then ever go there again.

Delivery person whom picked up from our clinic went above and beyond for us. Each of the delivery drivers are extremely nice, and so helpful. We appreciate the ease of the process after having a hard time scheduling the pick up.

This isnt the 1st time we had a scheduled delivery here in Kila that was a no show. This time, when I logged on to see why, it stated due to bad weather the attempt to deliver wasnt made. BAD WEATHER ? Its not raining, its not snowing, its dry. Whats bad about that. Dont believe me FedEx, check the date, its March 23rd, 2020, a Monday. Why dont you tell me where the BAD WEATHER was in Kila today. A joke. A lazy delivery guy that left, knowing he can enter anything in as an excuse and thered be no penalty. My wife had a delivery and UPS was here, as usual. What makes this so frustrating is its a clear, blatant lie. There is no bad weather at all here today. As I writing this, the sun just came out.

Always failing to get packages on time

I arrived wirh 6 minutes to close after wasting time going to to the FedEx Freight location in Kalispell, which apparently is just for freight trucks, not shipping (unlike the Missoula location).The woman at the counter went above and beyond to make sure my shipment got out that night and was incredibly helpful.

I use fed-ex shipping for my business two to three times a week because they are always reliable. It also helps that Mary and Keri run the front office. They are tons of fun. They each deserve a big raise!

This location’s online hours say closes at 5:30pm, so I drive across town, and lo and behold closed at 5:00pm. They even still had their open sign turned on. Thanks for wasting my time.fix your hours.

Package arrived at destination 5 days late. Package was smashed

This FedEx center has excellent customer service and over night shipping. I have also sent items half way around the world to my daughter in college using FedEx. Kari Triplett did the packing and computer work within a couple minutes and I was out the door. Im very impressed with the staff at FedEx, their hard work, devotion, and always with a smile! Deliveries have also been a great experience through the years. I highly recomend FedEx Hwy 2 and will continue to do business with them and appreciate their hard work.

Second time they have sent my package to the wrong address. Are they that illiterate? The correct address was even on the label!!! If your workers need help learning to read, they can come ask my 4 year old to teach them!

My shipment has been in town for four days now and it hasnt been delivered. The first day, they tried to deliver too early, and my shop wasnt open. Which I understand. But its been several days now, without any updates or attempted delivery. I needed this package days ago.

The issues I have with Fedex are not aimed at any specific location but here you go:1) Their computer system identified the delivery location as CLOSED TODAY so no attempt was made to deliver. I questioned Kaitlin on how we get them to update the hours that the company is open and she side stepped the question “IRRELEVANT”!!2) I received a fictitious email stating delivery was attempted but the location was closed. The call center says that email was a MISTAKE the item never was loaded on the truck.3) They keep switching expected dates of delivery ie: 6/6/19 changed to 6/7/19 now with the most recent MISTAKE of company being closed when it isn’t they changed date to 6/10/1. They say repeatedly“I understand you’re frustration” what they really mean is “I DONT CARE”!!! Part of the date changes could be Walmart’s fault but I WANT AND NEED MY ORDER!!At this point I don’t expect to EVER GET THE ITEM I PURCHASED. Fedex has proven repeatedly that they do not hire TRUSTWORTHY staff in their phone center. The phone center staff does not CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR DELIVERY PROBLEMS!!WHY DO WE ALWAYS HAVE TO SPEAK TO A 1-800 NONSENSICAL NUMBER WHY ARE THEY AFRAID TO LET US SPEAK TO OUR LOCAL OFFICE OF DELIVERY?!!!!

Have shipped with them a few times now and they have been late on delivery every time. The most recent was for a signed letter and it was rerouted and not delivered is being held . Why? Now George has to travel to get and is a delay of another 3 days on an overnight delivery. Not good people.

Its difficult to rate this. This particular center has solid staff but FedEx themselves managed to screw up on the shipping of my already lost luggage. Causing us to not have our luggage to past the half way mark on our vacation. FedEx, why you make my life harder.

SucksI had a two day delivery. I still dont have my package. The lady that worked the front desk was busy talking to her friend when she finally had time for me she wasnt much help. I offered to meet up with the driver at one of his stops to get my package and he said he couldnt do that.

Four star is an average rating for me,..the staff seemed pleasant enough, made me giggle..always good, service was average paced, office was clean, my package was accepted, and receipt...good day, easy as that...thanks

I went to pick up a package on Saturday morning and the women working there was extremely rude. There was no one at the counter but I heard people in the back. There was no way to ring a bell to let them know I was there. There was no sign that said be back soon. I said excuse me and hello? several times. Finally a man came out and said he would get Mary. She walked in and instead of saying Good morning or sorry about the wait she said Whos Holly? I need your ID There was no Please I felt like I had done something wrong and I was getting arrested.

I had a needed business item returned today and a message saying it was because my address does not exist. I have lived here for 11 years and had over 50 fedex packages at least delivered. I had a package delivered just 14 days prior to this one. I have a mailbox, and my number on it, as well as on my house.. 30 minutes after leaving a message they told me it was already being sent back. 1 star service from the corporation. They asked me to call, I waited 10 minutes, and told me that since it was flagged to be sent back they couldnt help me. Service that would make any corporation that doesnt care about you like FedEx proud.

They keep dropping things addressed to me at my ex wifes house even though the address is not the same. My ex wife now has two packages addressed to me that I will never see. Stop doing me favors.

Sent me away refusing to print a shipping label because “they aren’t a shipping center”, way to go the extra mile. Terrible customer service!!!

Very disappointed. Wouldnt take the parcel when a ship pick up was being created by the receiver at their address as we were leaving and could not be available for the pick up at our home.Then sent us to a warehouse location that had no shipping office at the other side of town that we had no access too. Lousy service Will never use FedEx ever again.

Decent hours for express pick ups and shipping. Ground shipments are not able to be picked up here.

Seeing the other reviews, I was apprehensive of shipping something here but the service desk rep gave me excellent service. I really cannot find any flaw here.

It makes me mad that I have to leave my package out side to be picked up, with thrives that live in my apartment complex, cause FedEx said the time is 8am to 8 pm . this is wrong in my eyes taking advantage of a disabled person . so what is a person to do if an important package gets stolen ? because they were told to leave it outside . and that person DIED because their medical supplies disappeared from their portch ect?
