Love shipping with FedEx but the Kalispell MT location will not pickup calls or offer an option to leave a voicemail. Extremely difficult to do business with a company that you are unable to get ahold of.

Garbage service cant wait till they close down so people will stop shipping me packages through them.

You wont get a reaction from this company. I Shipped a package 800 miles that weighed 80 pounds. the charge was supposed to be $135. After I picked up the package, they went into my bank account and took $1000 more, all without a word to me. all attempts by me to remedy this thievery has been met with lies and misinformation. I have no choice but go to Mont. Dept. of Justice and file a deceptive business complaint. Beware of this Company, they lie through their teeth. you will get no help from their customer service dept., even if they do decide to answer thephone. Dont pay with your debit card!!!!!!

Waited all day for a package that needed a signature delivery by end of day no-show FedEx no package just a wasted day waiting for flakes

This may be the first time i have been disappointed in a company without ever even speaking to them. I have attempted to call this FedEx Building 7 times in total today alone. I received no answer with no voicemail box available. I went as far as to speak to another FedEx Business in town and they attempted to transfer me to them and still they did not answer. How is anyone supposed to use their business and receive items without any form of contact?

Be sure to check hours of operation but if you arrive at the right time very helpful and professional.

Difficult to find and security to enter over the top

Beyond frustrated. Have called over 10 times in last few days, and can’t get ahold of anyone. No voicemail- very frustrating. Can’t talk to anyone with knowledge about correct tracking or pickup options.
