Ive been going to Les for a while now, ever since I found someone who did my nails just the way I like them. Yans attention to detail is above and beyond the typical experience. I will never go to another tech for as long as I can help it.

I called before arriving saying I wanted a full set with the dip. When I got there, they sat me in a pedicure chair and I had to tell them 3 times I wasnt getting a pedicure because I wear steel toes and it wont last longer than a day. Clearly irritated she moved me to the manicure table where I showed her what color I wanted, told her I wanted a medium length in almond shape. She insisted on doing them coffin shape so after I told her 4 times I want them almond shape and she still wasnt understanding I told her they need to come to a point! She threw her hands up in the air and asked another woman for help. The woman then says to me you wanted coffin, right? So I told her yet again no, I want ALMOND SHAPE Then she gets mad at me because I pointed one out that was VERY crooked. Half of my tips are not glued on all the way, she put the dip away and grabbed gel instead and she really wasnt good with polishing with gel, either. Also my nails are all different lengths. I felt inconvinced for asking for what I wanted AND for speaking English. Ill never return here.

These people are great..my nails looks great and they are a reasonable price. And I love the fact they do both appointments and walk ins!

After receiving an all black mani and pedi, I chipped my pedicure toe on the same day. I let it go be because I blamed myself (although I’ve had plenty of pedis and they have all held strong for weeks). But the very next day, I notice that my nail was just fully cracked. It still felt goopy and soon I just let it chip off. I don’t feel like I received the price I paid for. Do not recommend.

I really don’t want to give a review because they are busy as it is. Very professional and takes their time to make it a painless experience! Be sure to make an appointment or call ahead of time.

They were super awesome. Nails turned out great had a little issue with the shellac. Didnt dry long enough I said something the next day and without hesitation they let me come back and get them redone for free!

My daughter got her nails done for the 1st time and I got a pedicure while I waited for her. The ladies working here are so adorable and sweet! You simply cant ask for better service, because they bring it. Will definitely be going back!

This is the best place in town by far! Ive been going for 4 years now because the owner, Yan, is amazing and does all kinds of designs that other nail techs wont even try. Shes also very particular so my nails always come out super consistent and perfectly shaped.

Made an appointment and was still not seen 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Would have just left but was with two friends for a wedding the next day and couldn’t. They ran so late I cancelled the pedicure after sitting in cold water for over 20 minutes. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone go here.

First time goin not too bad .

Had a full set gel applied. Tina was extremely gentle and recommended the appropriate application. Tan did my pedicure and was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Salon was beyond clean and very strict Covid procedures adhered to. You basically sit and they do the rest! What a gem in Kalamazoo.

Great with my daughter! We love our nails 💅! We will be back!

I have been a faithful customer for over 6 months. I loved this place. I work retail management, and I would recommend this salon to customers that gushed over my nails DAILY.No more. Last weeks experience ruined my view of this salon. I had my nails done on Monday. I left on top of the world like I always have..nails looked GREAT! Unfortunately, by Wednesday 4 nails were cracked. Because of how they cracked, you couldnt see it. My initial plan was to do nothing. When I went back for a fill, I would get a new full set and get them a little shorter. But on Friday, all were cracked and 3 nails had actually broken in half, but so low it caused my nails to bleed and become incredibly sore.I woke up early Saturday, my birthday, and headed to the salon to get my nails fixed and made beautiful again before big plans that evening. I spent almost 3 hours there. I was quiet about my problems with my nails (as to not damage their reputation in front of the other clients) because I have had great experiences in the past here. After voicing my concerns, telling them I feel I need to just start over with a new full set, I sensed them starting to talk about me behind my back. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, they cut all my nails off, shaped them how Ive never had them before, left my polished smudged, and recharged me.I spent $90 on just my finger nails at this salon last week and they have never looked worse. And thats exactly what I told them before leaving and crying in my car.

Wasnt happy with the service the last time I went a week ago. Didnt do the pedicure or nails as asked. And the price went up from 2wks ago. For same service. But they swear they didnt, I definitely know better. So my 5stars have changed.

Horrible experience and worst pedicure I have ever had. The whole process was uncomfortable. the gal who did my nails was not gentle about any of the cutting and then ripped out what would have been a huge hangnail if I had one which I did not. Now where she ripped my nail out is very sore and painful and possibly going to get infected and made it difficult to stand all day at work. Kept scraping my skin painfully with a file and stabbing me with her nails the whole time and was pushy and rude.

I had been going to see Yan at Le Family for about four years. Since discovering her and the perfection she delivered (she is the only nail tech who has been able to make shellac actually stay on my nails 3-4 weeks), I have been recommending this place to all of my friends. More recently, Yan and family spa hosted my bridal party the day before my wedding. They opened early and let us have the whole place to ourselves - fully staffed for ~10 of us, with breakfast and mimosas!! Thanks again, Le Family Nails! Jessica

So disappointed. Dont waste your time. I got my nails done (dip powder with the tip) for my Disney world vacation and two of them broke before I even left my house. Ive gotten them done many times and I know to be careful and take care of them. disappointed. I will not be going back here and I will be encouraging my friends and family to stop going also. Ridiculous.

Clean. Affordable. Good service. Not a 5 star review because we waited for over 30 minutes to start even soaking our feet (for the pedicure), even with an appointment. Everyone was very apologetic and friendly. It wont keep me from returning!

I decided to try the dip nails today. They look ok, but the technician cut 4 of my fingers at the cuticle using the dremel tool. That is one reason I never liked doing acrylic nails. Usually a hand massage is part of a manicure but not here today..Not worth 42.00I wont be returning.

Absolutely love this place! Yen is AMAZING & listened to my concerns with my nails due to other salons rushing and creating problems! She fit me in when the original place could not across the street! This is my new go-to salon and I highly recommend her!

Ive gone here a few times, and every time it has been worse than the time before. I would not recommend this place unless you have two hours to spend. One hour waiting and one hour on nails. This last time I sat for 45 minutes with my nails in a bowl of acetone, only to have acetone and nail dip all over my hands. I wont be back ever. One star is being generous.

This place had horrible customer service. They were very rude and were pushing me around and squeezing my arm. They did not know how to communicate. I got pedicure and got my nails painted and i could’ve done them better myself. Definitely not worth the fifty dollars! They told my daughter that she should not bite her nails. They tried to tell her that she needed shellac. They switched up my color and it’s isnt even the one I wanted. The man who did my daughters nails did them three times and still didn’t get it right. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

Prices affordable and I really didnt experience them putting on a full set of nails but great job on my pedicure. Great work on the design.

Worst customer service I have ever experience. They speak nothing but Vietnamese while laughing over peoples feet. Talk about lack of customer service. How are people suppose yo feel comfortable? I will never spend my hard earned money there and will advise everyone I know not to do the same. And my nails came out mediocre anyway.

The salon I usually go to was booked and I wanted a mani/pedi last minute before my vacation. I called a few hours before closing and they were able to fit my friend and I in that evening. They were quite busy, but we still got absolutely incredible service. The man and woman who serviced us were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They made sure we were happy with our colors we chose and didnt rush through, even though our appointments ran over a bit past closing. Im so happy with how my nails turned out and I will certainly be returning!

I went there the 1st time an they did a horrible job 54 dollars for pink nail polish an 2 diamonds. Benefit of doubt went bk today an the same 30 dollars for a fill. They are sloppy and outrageous prices period .dont go there for 1st timers go else where an dont care about the customer at all they hurry up dont pay attention just want the money. Horrible nail salon NEVER AGAIN.

Will never go back! Lady insulted me by saying my eyebrows were bad and needed to be done. Left my cuticles looking raggedy, barely had a full pedicure all they pretty much did was change the polish.

Went here to have a previous acrylic mani (from another salon) fixed, and they totally fixed it. Yan did EXACTLY what I had wanted from the first place. I went in with a terrible hot pink-white ombre stilleto and she turned it into a perfect light pink/nude to white ombre

They’re hustlers. The prices seem reasonable, but once you’re in the chair they Nickle and dime you... 5 dollars, to shape and file, 5 dollars for length, 3 dollars for a matte coat, etc. I got an acrylic full set, medium length, coffin shaped nails with basic paint a matte top coat and a basic pedicure and they charged me 68 dollars. None of the upcharges are listed on their pricing and I was one of four girls who left upset about the service

I went in to have my nail done yesterday and they have never looked as good as they do right now from any other salon before. They have a ton of polish colors to choose from -shellac or dip powder nails.

First time giving this place a try for an eyebrow wax and it doesn’t even feel or look like i got them done. Bad clean up, terrible shape and bad arching. I am highly regretful.
