It’s been many years since I’ve been to KT Nails Salon and boy have I been missing out!! I did a pedicure, manicure/dip powder and the entire experience from making the appointment until I left was simply amazing!Easy appointment set up online, my pedicure was beyond relaxing(I was falling asleep) and the girl who did my pedicure was super friendly, and made sure I was happy with everything and my feet thank you!Hannah, who then did my manicure and dipped nails was equally as friendly, and her work is beautiful!The inside is a relaxing atmosphere, the music was good and I LOVE the little dog there🐶Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience today! I can’t wait to come back for a fill and endless pedicures! If I could give 10 stars I would.

KT Nails has become a real tradition in our family. Started off with my mom, now the whole family goes to KT Nails to have their nails pampered! Myself, two brothers and even brothers girlfriend, all love PT and his beautiful fiance! They are wonderful humans and craftspeople. There are so many things that make this place the best nail salon I have ever been to: massage chairs, leg/foot/hand massages, scented creams, paraffin wax, huge assortment of colors(even temperature sensitive polish!), great music, attention to detail, chill vibes, all around amazing. And the best deals in town! If you dont already come here for nails, youre missing out! And FYI I was never the person to go to a nail salon regularly until I was introduced to KT Nails. Life changing.

Today was my first time at KT Nails, and it was a wonderful experience! Busy on a Saturday as expected, but I always felt well taken care of, and PT was so lovely with me. Im a chronic nail-biter and so am always concerned when trying somewhere new, but I was comfortable here the whole time and am looking forward to going back! Prices were also super reasonable, and the quality of service is unmatched.

This was my best experience with any nail place! they tell you the price right after u tell them or show them what you want and make sure that it’s okay with you! they check on you throughout the process and make sure you like them and if they need to fix anything! definitely recommend!

The only place I come! They are amazing and take their time to do what you want for your nails! PT is my nail tech and he is awesome! I get dip powder so it’s a long process, but the environment is so friendly I don’t mind the wait compared to other places I’ve been. I went here today to get acrylics and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The woman who did them had such attention to detail and was not rushed at all, taking time to fix any parts that were off. When roughing up my nails, she was very accurate and never hit my cuticles, and it was completely pain free. Her English was extremely good and I never had a problem understanding her. She was also very knowledgeable about shapes and gave me exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t be more obsessed with the result! The price was completely reasonable for what I got done because the design I wanted needed gel instead of regular polish. I wish I had more compliments to give because she is very deserving, she even offered to fix a friends nails who she did not even do when I bumped them and messed up the polish (oops). Kt nails is definitely my new go to place! Enjoy the picture of my beautiful marbled nails!

Been a loyal customer for many years and was not disappointed with how they have reopened. Both my services have been excellent and I have felt safe! The salon has made many safety precautions and as always the staff is welcoming and service is excellent!

I had an ok experience as far as customer service goes but was very disappointed with how my acrylics turned out. They were very thick, the acrylic was never removed from under the nail, and everything was just generally mediocre. I got them done for my wedding and had no time to return before the day. I tried reaching out via Facebook to let them know and see if theyd try to make anything right. They have tried to work things out. I will make an appointment for another go at it.

Ive been searching for a good nail place since moving here in February. Ive been to about 6 different salons in the area and was continuously disappointed. I got recommended KT Nails by a coworker and they are AMAZING! Not only were the prices far more reasonable than the other salons, but the girl was so attentive doing my nails and even fixed the horrendous job from the many places before. Their gel polish actually holds up well as it should and my nails have never looked better. Im so happy i found them and gave them a shot i will be a customer as long as im in town.

This salon is INCREDIBLE! The service was more than I could have asked for. They go above and beyond, interact with you and explain what theyre doing and more. I will never go to another salon again. To anyone wanting their nails done with amazing service- this is the place to go!

Never again will we go to this nail salon. We made reservations with a bridal party and were treated poorly. One member of our party was still waiting to begin when the others were finished.....and this while workers were roaming around and doing who knows what. She was told they could not start her because they had other customers coming in 15 minutes....but she had been sitting there for 45, and we had an appt. And, many of the nails chipped/peeled within 24 hours. We will not go back.

I really enjoyed this salon! The staff was friendly and helped me figure out which color was best for what I wanted. My nails look awesome! My only complaint was that I had an appointment, however, they treated me like a walk in and started seating people who had appointments 30min after mine before they sat me. I may reconsider raising my rating if next time Im seated in a timely manner.

I was so happy to get my nails done a couple of days before Christmas. Not a lot of places do a good job but this one does. They focus on quality not quantity. I will be coming back!

Would not recommend going here. I got a full set (acrylics) done, and within a week the nails lifted and the polish (which was gel) chipped off. When I came back in to get it fixed the staff was very rude.

This was my first visit to KT nails. It was great!! I went to a different salon previously to have a powder dip manicure, and was not happy. But the staff at kt nails did a awesome job fixing my nails!! I will definitely be going back!

I visited KT Nails because they were one of the only places open on a Sunday, and I will definitely be back! I had my dip powder removed and got a shellac manicure, and it’s the best I’ve ever had (I’ve been to several local nail salons.). I had Tu, and she was very friendly and professional. Prices are also reasonable; $5 for both dip removal and $30 for shellac mani.

The pedicures are great here but Ive had my nails done once and was very unhappy. After quarantine my daughter got her nails done and 3 popped off not even 2 weeks after getting them done. This is why Ive changed my rating.

I had a full set and shellac done at this nail salon almost a week ago. My polish was chipping by day 4, the acrylic was done very fast which i thought meant she was good at it... I was wrong. My shape looked different on each finger and wasn’t smooth. One of my tips cracked and I went to get it repaired less than a week later and while I was there I inquired about getting my color changed because it was cracking already. I asked before they started my nails how much it was gonna be and the man said 25 total. I needed it fixed so I said ok. They lady that did my nails was not friendly I asked if a crack on one of my other nails was going to be a problem when she put the polish on and she said this is what you get with just a polish change. As I was sitting there another woman inquired how much an acrylic fill and polish would be and the lady said $16.... explain to me how a polish change and 1 tip replaced is more expensive than filling all the fingers and redoing all the polish???? I will never go back there again. All they want is your money for low quality work.

These guys do an amazing job and fantastic attention to detail. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. Even when they are busy they still take the time to give you the best service without rushing. I have been to dozens of different salons in several different states and none of them compare. They are a 40 minute drive for me so I have tried to find someone closer but every time I’m disappointed. These guys set the expectation bar super high.Thank you staff at KT nails for being awesome 😄

I had gone to the same nail salon for years, but recently the service and quality started to go downhill. I looked around for a new place and had hear good things about KT Nails so I tried it. I have only been twice so far, but both experiences have been great! The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. I am a shellac manicure fanatic and the quality of both visits so far has been great! I have recommended KT Nails to a few of my friends that I work with and they have all been pleased with their experiences as well!

My daughter and I came here for 2 pedicures and dip polish for myself and it took 2 hours and 30 min. Several people came in after we arrived and were helped before us.The gentleman that did our pedicure was great, other than that the customer service was horrible. When asked to be compensated for the long wait, I was offered a punch card and $5 off my bill. What a joke, and horrible customer service!

Best set of nails ive ever gotten and fast

I went in here today because that were open on Sunday! Soon as I walked in and they seem that I was 1. BLACK.... 2. HAD MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN... she looked at me and said.. it be 45 minute wait.. that okay?....... . THERE WERE 5 EMPLOYEES AND 4 CUSTOMERS!?! How in the world would the wait be 45 minutes! It comes down to the fact that KT NAILS are racist and ASSUMED my small children would be in there tearing up there store....(however I am very proud of the fact that my kids are very well behaved)!I DO NOT recommend this place to ANY ONE.... Especially if youre off color and are a single parent.... So you have to bring your kids with you!

I have been there three times now. I always go for a pedicure and sometimes get the mani pedi. The Techs always do a great job on my feet, and my last manicure, I just wanted a pale polish that looks great! I do a basic polish, no shellacs or dips, and I have been very happy.

The guy didnt listen and tried to grind my natural nails off thinking they were fake, took 2 months to grow out new strong nails

I always liked the quality of work when leaving they have a really nice variety of Polish too. The techs are really good however I suggest going on a busy day because theres not many of them and there could be a wait.

I showed up at 5:21 today and the open sign was off and they told me they were closed, but online it said they close at 6:00 on Sundays. There was one client getting sitting under the nail dryer and 2 friends waiting for her. So I said so what are your hours and the lady said sorry were closed so I said online it says you close at 6 and its not 6yet then she said well were all booked for today. She never asked what I needed done it couldve been a simple nail polish or even a remover all she was focused on was getting off work.and there was another male worker sitting around. They ended up closing at 5:30 if those are the hours on Sunday then they need to change that online.

Love my color but some of my nails are different lengths and some are shaped weird

Kathy and Tony are great. They keep the place looking very nice and try to care for the clients needs. They take extra special care of my 90 y.o. mother who still loves her nails done. They have done my granddaughters nails since they were big enough for polish......They both love going.......in fact the four of us are going again tomorrow......looking forward to it.

Very relaxing! Got the deluxe pedicure and they went beyond any other nail place I have gone too. They did a salt scrub, clay mask, hot wax and a very nice massage all for $40. ( my legs and feet are baby butt smooth lol) The guy my mom had was hilarious and was cracking jokes with us. They were very clean and sanitary ( bags in the foot spas, throughly scrubbed them after use ect) well worth the money. My only complaint was that the hot wax was REALLY hot and made my legs super red/ painfully. I will definitely be coming back for my wedding in July and would recommend!

I went to get a fill afterwards polish was left on my fingers I had to ask if someone could remove it..I asked for lotion or the cuticle oil I was treated as if I was being a bother..I said goodbye and thanks no response...won’t be going back!!

I was glad to see they were open on sunday. I took my two daughters and myself for full sets. Two days later the nails are lifting and coming off. They offer nk refunds on crappy work. I will never go back.

Consistently inconsistent. Not sure I will be going back unless I need a dip on Sunday.First visit: Mani with dip cost $45. No lotion application or anything.Second visit: just got a dip (no Mani). Another patron was getting a paraffin wax treatment and I asked how much that cost. $5 without a mani, included in a mani When they learned I didnt get one the first visit, they gave me one at no cost.Third visit: dip with Mani is what I asked for and wrote on the sign in. After my dip was soaked off, the nail tech was going to do another dip without mani. Seemed put out that I wanted a mani. $48. I will be curious to see how long the application lasts because there was residual cuticle remover on my nails. This Mani came with a lotion application, but this time I was told paraffin treatment was not included in the mani price.

I hate when they engage in full blown conversations in Vietnamese while doing your nails. I think its rude.

Clean and friendly. I went there for the first time because they are one of few nail salons that are open on Sundays. KT Nails did such a great job on my nails they will be my permanent place to get my nails done.
