I love the owners they are very personable. They always remember me and your always welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting when you walk in. Theyve gotten to know me and know that I like to be in and out as soon as possible so she gives me the fast version. I dont care to have my legs scrubbed and feet rubbed and all that. I can have a Mani/Pedi and be in and out in less than 45mins without making an appointment. There pricing is very reasonable as well and she always does a nice job.

Ive been here a few times and it was mediocre they rushed through and I had to fix my nails when I got home and the polish wasnt completely done - I thought I would try again for a quick nail fix today as it is close by so I signed the sheet was told I would get a call NO ONE EVER CALLED ...now I know theyre not worth coming back to ever again. If I knew they were going to do that i wouldnt have WAITED for a call and went somewhere else

I just moved here with my husband and children and this is the first salon Ive been to in Michigan... they did a great job. The were very prompt in helping me and understanding that I had my 11-month-old with me (they worked quickly)! They are very friendly and although the place doesnt look like the Ritz, they dont sacrifice quality. My nails look great!

Sam is the best

$41 for gel nails that werent painted all the way to edges, and were loose. Was supposed to be a gift for a friend. Never will come back here.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years, and I drive 45 minutes. They are always friendly and welcoming, and they have always done great work with nails. The way they do it, nails look pretty natural...never bulky or thick. We love them, and coming in from out of town is worth it ❤

Pretty disappointing. Ive been coming here for over a year and i guess loyalty means nothing to this place because they still try to nickle and dime you. last time i went in for a FILL she charged me 43$ for A FILL!! Scammers! I could have got a whole new fresh set for that price. ill be finding a new salon asap. Also its always very dirty in there and the place is in need of many renovations, you would think with all the extra money they take from us theyd be able to get the place fixed up :) or not

My first time visiting was two weeks ago and I was really impressed. I had a set of acrylics put on and it was fast, inexpensive and the quality is amazing. I am going back tomorrow to get them filled - Sam and Linda are the best!

I used to go to Linda when she was at Master Nails. I was so excited when I found out where she had gone. I couldnt wait to have her do my nails again. When I called to make an appointment she told me that she had girl for that. She refused to service me. I just cant believe how horrible her customer service is now. Very dissappointing.

Love Sams work and his wife Linda is fleek with the nail designs they take the last customers around 6:30pm Monday-Saturday and there closed Sunday.

I used to love to go to city nail spa when I used to get full sets sam and Linda do great nail Designs. However I had a gift certificate that my boyfriend specifically paid 40 because he was told thats how much a Mani pedi was. I got no nail polish and linda rushed thru my mani pedi so fast it only took maybe 20 mins tops. It was such a waste of money. I never leave bad reviews but when I got home I had to refile my nails because they kept snagging because they were half done. 45 dollars for a mani pedi with no polish. Didnt even take a full 20 mins. Im very disappointed.

Best service. Linda and Sam are artist...no better nail artist in the county. U get what u pay for.

Bad experience me and my 11 yr old went there to get our regular nails and toes polished that same day our polished began to peel off so on monday i went back to let her know she said i needed a shellac or acrylics i told her that women painted their regular nails long before that came along. said she will repaint this time but not again she repainted them and by tuesday polish was peeling again. 50.00 dollars down the drain will not go back. also we had polish on our fingers and had to ask her to clean up smeared polished.

I love them. My nails last long and they always do the designs I want its very clean and friendly.

I arrived to see that there was no sign in and was told to have a seat where I waited for 20 minutes before I was asked to choose a polish and sit at chair number one that was not numbered. I waited there for another 20 minutes before the lady that was going to do my nails approached me. I was considering leaving but decided to wait it out. I finally got service! I typically get a soak while I wait but didnt here. I tried to use my cell phone to check email while I waited but no internet or wifi available. Once serviced, I had a 10 minute pedicure and felt very rushed. It was not the fault of the young lady doing the pedicure, she had to rush through it due to the waiting line. Very understaffed and over priced for the experience $28 compared to $25 at most salons that spend more time on your pedicure. I will not go back.

This place is one of the top nail spots in Kalamazoo that I will get my nails done at.

Unfortunately, this place had gone way down hill in the last few years. I went there yesterday with my mother for a manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my feet asked if my chair massage worked and I said no, hoping she would willingly move me to another chair. She then proceeded with my pedicure. Im 8 months pregnant. I had to ask her for another chair, because I desparately needed the chair massage. She acted as if it was a huge deal to move me (there was not a single person waiting for pedicures). My foot massage was short and quick. It was ok, but wish it would have been a little longer. I felt as if they were trying to get us out asap. We asked for manicures as well. I did not get a hand massage or even lotion of my hands. The nail polish is very old and needs to be replaced so needless to say, my color on my feet and hands chipped right away and it took forever to dry. I spent $100 for my mother and I, including tip - to be honest, I shouldnt have even tipped, but I hate to be that person. I feel like I need to redo my polish on my hands and feet. It also became increasingly uncomfortable with the amount of loiterers just hanging out. I feel bad because there is one employee that I really like, but I will never go here again. Dont waste your time or mone, especially if youre pregnant.

The pricing was fair, but the quality was low. I asked to have my nails cleaned up, but they were cut down really far. My cuticles were not trimmed at all, and my left hand nails were all angles up to the left and I had to refile them all when I got home.
