They fit me in on a difficult day and did a really great job. I went back about a month later and they were even better this time! I found my new nail place.

Me and two other girls went and got our nails done and loved it so much! they went above and beyond with everything we asked for - they always made sure everything was perfect for what we wanted by asking questions. 100000/10 can’t say enough good things about them💖not only do we love our nails but we loved the salon and the way we were treated! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looks for a place to get your nails done, from anything to a simple and timeless french mail to a modern 5 color intense design they did it all for us.

This company let my five year old daughter get into a seat and start doing her feet, then came and kicked us out because she wasnt wearing a MASK! and wasnt going to wear a MASK! this is uncalled for and will never get our business again!

I made an appointment last night for 4pm today. I arrived at 3:56 signed in as I was told, used the restroom and sat down. I was never told to pick out a color, I was never acknowledged after I signed in and waited over 30 minutes. I dont even wait that long to be seen at the doctors office. I left without getting any services done. They could have at least told me it would be a wait and given me something to drink considering I planned on getting well over $100 worth or services.I will say the establishment is clean and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They need to work on communication and how they accept appointments. Whats the point of having one if itll be treated as a walk-in?I may give them another try in the future, but as of now this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I almost never post negative reviews, but I feel this warrants it. I booked an appt for two mani pedis for my friend and I (in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday). I arrived said I would wait for my friend if that was okay since nobody else was there. When my friend let me know that she got held up at work I apologized and we started a few minutes late. The tech was rude to me about it and rushed through the entire time and was really rough, it was not a pleasant experience at all. I understand that things are stressful for them trying to schedule because of covid and I felt bad that my friend couldn’t make it, but again nobody was waiting to be seen before or after me, and that’s not a good reason to be careless when dealing with cutting someone’s nails etc. I needed to use their restroom as I am expecting and was really appalled by how dirty it was, especially considering they should be cleaning everything even more than usual right now. The floors were dirty, there was nail dust all over the counters so it was obvious they weren’t cleaning them thoroughly between customers. Even the bowl of water she had me soak my nails in looked dirty. My nails turned out okay but I would not go back due to the experience and the cleanliness.

A very nice woman named Tiffany gave me a wonderful luxury pedicure. You can chose your own scent and it included a hot stone leg massage. She is very good at what she does! I did get cut by the cuticle trimming but I will be back anyway. She was fantastic!

I got a mani pedi and the didnt cut my nails or do the cuticle cut. My nails didnt even get painted that well. My 4 year old grandson does a much better job. Will definitely NOT be going there ever again.

Pretty consistently good experience. The salon is brand new so everything is in great condition. The pedi chairs are super comfortable. I typically get dip manicure which always last a few weeks. I see a different person every time and all are talented.

Loved this place!! Great place and so relaxing!! Thank you to the two men that gave my mom and I amazing pedicures and some great laughter and fun! We will be back for sure!! We can’t wait to go back!! 😁

Today was my first visit and I fell in love with this place! Friendly staff, with great personalities, clean-new, AND they use sanitary precautions for pedicures that I havent seen anywhere else. Their prices are comparable to other places. They have 4 different types of pedicures with special touches for each one. Ill definitely be going back to this little gem!

I will never return to this business! My color looked nothing like the color that I picked out. He took no ownership. The manager told me it was because my nailbed is pink underneath! Apparently, I am the only person on the planet with a pink nail bed! He tried explaining that was how the manufacture made it. Unfortunately, it is not the manufacturer fault. It is his for putting the color on a clear/white tip. He was extremely rude and unprofessional! The only reason I gave them 1 star is the gentleman who did my nails did a great job.

I usually love this place, its where I always get my nails done, but the last time I got them done the lady rushed through it and did a terrible job. I could have done a better job at my house and I have zero skill. Hoping I have a better experience next time 😟

Third timing being there and will continue to come. Family friendly place and they are welcoming of little kids. They are pretty thorough in a timely manner. Love the dip for manicures.

I went to get my nails done on a Monday and on Friday night one of them was already loose. Which was weird because it was the fifth time I got acrylics. I didn’t think much of it because I figured I just might of hit it or something and it got loose and broke. So on Saturday I had a party to go to and while I was dancing my nail just completely fell off.I went on Monday and they replaced it. They were not nice about it either. They were rude and rushed through it. The nail was so misshapen and was a totally different length then the others. They weren’t even busy, so there was no reason to rush. There was only one other person there. When I went home my nail was sore. I have never had a nail hurt after getting acrylic before. I went home and went on with my life, but I was extra careful.Then the following week I noticed something wrong with a different nail. It was loose. This was on Wednesday. So Thursday night I went and called the nail salon and told them my situation and what had happened. The lady who answered the phone was rude. She said that I would have to pay to get it fixed. I told her that it has not even been two weeks since I got them on. All she said was there was no warrante.I paid $45 to get my nails done and was very careful with them. So when my nails broke off and I was getting told that I would have to pay for it I was not very happy. They should not be making me have to pay for there mistake.I will be taking my business somewhere else next time, and will warn all my friends to make sure not to go there.

Tammy really does an excellent job! I love the quiet clean atmosphere. I choose a Queen pedi that includes hot stone, essential oils, and parafen wax! Wow I couldnt believe how luxurious it was for such a fair price. I also love the powder dip on my nails it last almost a month long.

I wish I could give zero stars. I tried this place because a friend told me she’d taken her daughter a few days prior. Although she did tell me her daughter’s polish chipped immediately, I still decided to give it a try.I also didn’t have a great experience. I called ahead to make an appointment. It was the middle of the day during the work week. When I arrived all of the people working were busy. They got us seated and did my daughter’s nails immediately. They used FOUR coats of nail polish on a 5 year old. Ridiculous. They never put her under a dryer so she sat there for over an hour waiting for them to dry. The people who worked on my nails were pretty unfriendly. Two different women worked on my toes (they “got behind” somehow, when two other customers walked in — ridiculous!) and neither did a very good job. I love having pedicures but these women both hurt my feet and toes. When I pay $50 to have my feet done, I expect an excellent job. When they were done I told the woman that one whole section of one toe didn’t look painted. She disagreed and basically tried to file that part of my toenail off. That HURT!!!!Like many people, I’ve been to several nail salons in and around Kalamazoo as well as other parts of the state and around the country. I agree with a few other reviews that the bathroom was gross. It was unisex and the men’s urinal was the first thing I saw when I opened the door. It was full of water and didn’t look remotely clean. They had bottles of old perfume, cleaning products, chemicals, and other items laying all over the place. Very unpleasant.My daughter had the polish on for less than two days and it started chipping and peeling off. I called and spoke with Tim who continually interrupted and talked over me. He said they could “fix” the nails but I would have to bring her in today or the next few days. I explained that we are out of town but I called as soon as I noticed the problem. I asked if they could just write my name down and provide me with a credit next time. He said that wouldn’t be fair to the nail technicians working on me next time. When I tried explaining (again!) that we are out of town he kept repeating himself over and over. I finally gave up.I know $10 isn’t a lot of money but when I pay $10 for a child’s nails, the polish should last longer than a day and a half. I will never go back to Queen Nails. They’re unfriendly, the place isn’t very clean, and their services are of poor quality. Their customer service also clearly needs work.Although it’s close to a 20 minute drive, I will take my business back to Star Nails on West Main.

Went for the 1st time last Saturday! Beautiful and cozy place, with lots of options of Nail polish (Shellac) and, I the most important for me, the staff was so nice! I would highly recommend this place!

Friendly staff and speedy service. Love that the tools are sterilized and they have one time use scrub tools for pedicures along with liners for the tubs.

Had shellac put on my nails mid day on Thursday. By Monday they were already lifting around the edges. Ive never had that with a shellac manicure. Theres no way these will last one week let alone the 2 weeks they are supposed to.

Great nails and wonderful customer service. I dont treat myself often but when I need a mani or a pedi.....I will be at Queens nails. The family has a way of making you feel happy and pampered!

Great service, clean new facility, and loved the powder dip. I would reccomend this place and will definitely go back. They offered something to drink while we got our pedicure. They were quick but thurough. They do take appointments but walk-ins are welcome.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I was excited to try this place after reading some of the positive reviews here. When I checked in for a shellac mani-pedi appointment for two, I gathered there was some confusion (as they were discussing among themselves in a language that I did not understand) but never communicated or explained anything to me. After that I was pointed to sit on an empty spa chair however, the service did not start until after about 30-40 minutes later. When I went to use the bathroom while waiting; it was very unpleasant, smelly & filthy (like another reviewer mentioned).Just after TWO days after my manicure, the shellac started chipping and continued to chip badly (timestamped photos). When I got back to town, I called the salon and requested to talk to a manager and the woman on the phone told me that the manager is not there and that he will not come in until later. When I was asked by her what it is about, I proceeded to explain and she started interrupting me & cutting me off half sentence & then arguing. So I requested her to have the manager call me when he gets in. Since I did not hear back, on the third day I called back the salon and a man answered and he told me that he is the owner & manager. When I started talking, he cut me off saying that it was his wife who had attended my call the first time and that she already told him everything and that he would not do anything to rectify the issue. When asked his name, he refused and started to ridicule me and told me that there is no guarantee or policy for any of their services! He even threatened me saying I pay my lawyer good money! Honestly, he was the rudest person and the worst customer service salon I have ever come across! A mere “Sorry” would’ve gone a long way and I wouldn’t have written this review. I will never go back!

I have been coming here since they opened and have always been very happy with the results ... mani, pedi, acrylic nails, and dipping powder. Dipping powder lasts for weeks and they have a large selection of colors. Ask for Ty! 😄

My nails were a bit sloppily painted and the polish started deteriorating in about 3 days time. I also had called for a manicure and somehow was written in for a pedicure - this made for an uncomfortable experience upon arrival. The place was clean and the staff seemed nice enough!
