I’ve had tons of pedicures—this was a very time-consuming nightmare. Quite literally, he sliced my heel open. It’s been over a month, and both feet still hurt to walk on. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, and made zero attempt to accept responsibility, let alone make up for it financially. After several phone calls, I finally showed up to physically show them. Autumn/the owner told me to “put Vaseline on it.”DO NOT GO HERE.This photo is 5 weeks of healing since the horrific pedicure.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Not even 24 hours after I lost one nail within a week all of my nails had fallen off and ripping my real nails off with it. This place needs to be reported to the better Business bureau it was the worst experience Ive ever had. On top of it all I was there for 3 hours.

I was there for close to 3hrs getting my nails done, 2 days later 2 nails fell off, the color looked like a child did them. very much a rip off.

3 days later I have no nail Polish on my feet

Autumn is the head proprietor of the salon. She is from Vietnam and has a son in medical school. She is also a fine artist and has some of her work on the walls. My sister had a stroke and didnt remember how to find the Princess Nail Salon nor the name. I remembered for her and asked Autumn secretly before hand if she could squeeze my sister into her schedule that day. She said yes and that she couldnt figure out why Susie hadnt been there to see her sooner. They hugged each other tightly when they again met, like long lost friends. So Autumn is a very special person doing both my sisters fingers and toes with bubble gum pink for the summer.
