My tech cleaned up my cuticles which is the first time Ive had that done when getting acrylics, and personally I like having my cuticles cleaned up.

I tried to book an appointment for my mom. Five minutes after booking the appointment I was called and told that they couldnt take my mother until later and was then told that they couldnt do the manicure she had wanted. The person who called me then hung up with no explanation about anything. They said they couldnt do it and then they just hung up. There was no explanation and they didnt try to offer a solution to anything. It was all incredibly unprofessional.

This salon owner canceled an appointment during check in, because he perceived an unhappiness. Upon walking in,, he loudly screamed to sanitize hands before touching the iPad to check in. We looked for our names in the list, as we previously confirmed the appointment online and via phone. The owner haphazardly communicated directions on how the check in system worked, and made comments like if youre not happy,, you dont have to despite the fact that we were trying to understand how to check in properly. The remarks can be translated into You are a Black woman with an opinion that is perceived as a threat. This was the second time at this location, and while the first wasnt ideal (pre covid), on this occasion, the mircoagressions were blatant. The owner made it clear that the we (a friend and I) were disposable and should be dismissed. I highly suggest that other people speak up about their experiences, we arent imagining things.

The salon itself was also so relaxing and even nicer employees who want to make sure you enjoy your experience. I could not recommend nail salon more to anyone who wants a clean environment to get pampered.

When I moved back to Michigan, this was the first nail salon I tried and its been the only one since. He convinced me to start doing Dip since I do woodworking and I use my nails as tools at times (sorry Vincent), but he is very patient with me and fixes my nails perfectly everytime. He and his wife are exceptional people with great humor!

Best nail shop! Its such a cute and nice shop. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel pampered. This is the only place I trust with dip! Prior to meeting the lovely folks at here, I tried dip at other shops and it was a mess. I experienced chunky nails, messy work, and even a tech who refused to trim my nails. Just when I was about to give up on dip, this place changed my perspective. Its the best place to treat yourself.

I have never received a better pedicure! Mai and Vincent do an amazing job with this nail spa. The best part is the consistency in their work and how clean they keep it. I usually do a shellac pedicure and it stays crispy for well over a month.

Ive been here two times so far and love the customer service. The first time I called to see if they could remove my acrylic nails even though they dont do acrylic but were willing to do it anyways. They do however offer gel extensions which I have yet to try. The salon is very clean and relaxing .

Im in town for only two weeks and was desperately in need to get my nails done. Im super super picky and not only very particular with my nails, but my specific shape. **not everyone can do it **. I found my manicurist. She did an amazing job and made sure to make sure you like it as well. She takes a lot of pride in his own work and can do anything like she says! Definitely will come here!

Just moved to the area looking for a new salon so went in to try it out, the woman did my nails (I do not remember the name, very sorry you), did great taking her time and cleaning up in between each dry. A week into my mani and it still looks great! Definitely will be coming back!

Vincent always does a TOP-NOTCH job on my nails!! He is a true artist and takes great pride in his work!! Mia always gives me a beautiful relaxing pedicure with a flower design on my big toes!! I will never go anywhere else!! They always treat me with utmost respect and kindness!!!

Today I came up with an emergency nail my nails separated. I found this great nail shop in Kalamazoo and Im glad I did it. These nail technicians are very polite and professional. They really take the time to make you feel special! I went to all nail shops! If you want to enjoy and be pampered then this is the place!

Had mother-daughter pedicures. Mine was great but Vincent did my daughters and it was very disappointing. The polish which was white was not put on evenly. Her nails looked horrible. They tried to tell us it was because her nail beds were uneven. She has had it done else where and it has turned out great. They would not fix it and if she wanted it done again, it would be another $20. Will not go back here. Instead of making it right, they would rather lose customers. Very disappointed!

A friend recommended this nail salon to me and Ive happily found my regular place. Vincent is always kind and professional. Hes detail oriented and makes sure you get what you want. The conversation is quiet sometimes but I dont find this to be an issue. The other customers are always polite and pleasant to be around. Theres always a show on from Netflix for entertainment. Id say this salon is more on the affordable side as well - $25 for a gel mani, $50 for dip (thats all Ive gotten so far). Highly recommend!!

I have used Creations Nails pedicure service for several years. Its always great. The store and the tools are super clean, and they have very skilled technicians. Reliable, and everything I look for in a pedicure experience.

Went for the first time recently and was so, so impressed. I was greeted with warm smiles and everyone was very accommodating! They have a ton of shellac colors to choose from, atmosphere was clean and modern, was offered a drink and treated like a valued client. My shellac pedicure turned out amazing! This is my new nail salon, hands down!

Ive continued to go back to this location for special occasions and often times regular appointments. During my last appointment the owner showed up 10 minutes late after my appointment was scheduled at their opening time. I let this go and just wrote it off as a one time incident. Ive never missed an appointment before and accidentally forgot my appointment over the weekend. I called to apologize and reschedule and the owner was incredibly rude. He warned me that if I miss again I can no longer make an appointment in the future. When I explained that I had never missed before he continued to go on about not being able to schedule in the future. In trying to reschedule he declined every time that I had available. He was very rude. I finally said Ill just find somewhere else to go and he just said okay and hung up the phone! Its really a shame. When there are hundreds of options for these kinds of services and a customer is trying to support your business, dont be rude or unwelcoming.

We always enjoy our visits to get our nails done. They have the most even and uniform tips of any other place around.

When I moved here fromChicago I tried several different nail salons before I found this one and Im so happy I did! The salon is updated and very clean, one of the cleanest Ive been to. Staff is great, and they know their clients by name. I always love the shape and look of my nails, and get compliments all the time! Highly Recommended!

Ive been going here for over a year, but the past two visits have been horrendous. The man swept the excess powder from my nails and PUT IT BACK in the vial. He didnt trim my nails, he dremelled them down, so they are uneven. My nails chipped after three days and he said that the dip would last longer than gel. When trimming my cuticles, he cut me. After my pedi, he wouldnt put lotion on me (and isnt that part of it?) And when my friends nails were done, she asked if she could get lotion for her hands, and was told no, only with gel nails. I will never ever go back and really think the health department needs to be contacted.

My daughter and I got acrylics and we are pleased to say we had a great experience.

While there customers came in at 5:30 for pedicures they said they dont have time the store closed at 7 how do u not have time... they did a poor quality job on my wifes nails the man was quite rude... the man also was in such a hurry to make a fast buck he nicked her finger. Never even appoligised. Dont go there these people are only here for a fast buck ull get a cheap job.

Worst experience of my life! Ive been coming here for several years! New owner is horrible! Rudest man on the planet! I usually see his wife. She is a sweetheart! I got up and walked out during my appt. Paid for the partial service which was completed. He yelled at me and told me to never come back! Seriously? Not a problem!

Not only was the man very rude to me, he was so rough. While filing my nails, he shaved off skin on two of my fingers. He never acknowledged it or apologized, despite two of my fingers bleeding! He would yank my hands and fingers. And just overall very rude. I was very very disappointed. Also, 3 women came in while I was waiting for my nails to dry and they wanted pedicures. He told them he couldn’t do them because he was the only one there which is a lie. There was another worker there, a lady. And he told them they close at 7 and he wouldn’t be able to get theirs done in time. Mind you. It was 5:30. They told him they live an hour away and he still declined them. It was just awful. The whole experience. Never again.

Friendly family-owned business with relaxing atmosphere

They were very nice until the owner realized he did my nails wrong. He tried to fix them by cutting them shorter. When he asked what I thought, I politely explained they were too short but said they would grow out. Then he became rude and started jerking my hands around. He said I should have told him before. I just kept my mouth shut and let him finish. My nails looked AWFUL and I wanted to cry, but I just bit my tounge and waited to be done. Then to top it off, he charged me $50 when he initially quoted me at $35 which what was also listed on their price menu as well!!! for I felt like i was being punished for his mistake. I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER, NEVER go back there! It was a horrible experience! I have never been treated so rudely!

Well I have heard plenty of horrible things about this place firstly I would never go there I would turn them in to the Better Business Bureau I was told that someone named Vincent told a paying customer not to come back because her hands were sweaty Really who doesn’t sweat . I have a daughter owns an upscale salon and said that is totally absurd and asinine .That customer could have a medical condition ! Also I heard they prefer to take cash makes you wonder are they not reporting their income to the IRS ? Personally I wouldn’t even give them one star!
