All the staff were very friendly and helpful. June in the front office is a wealth of information and very patient with first timers, like us. The deckhands were helpful and gave great insider tips. The boats are very mechanically sound and in good condition. The location cant be beat for a boat rental as youve got great choices of going north or south from the lighthouse. I highly recommend JIBR for all your boat renting needs while in Jupiter!!!

The lady who was helping us with info at the desk seemed annoyed and was rude. Doesnt make us want to join. You need nicer, more inviting people working at the desk.

This was my first time renting in Jupiter and it was by far the easiest rental and cleanest boat I have rented. The boat ran great and was ready to go when I got there. Ms. June even gave us a map with beautiful sandbars to visit.I would highly recommend using Jupiter Inlet Rentals without hesitation and I will personally be back within the month.

We enjoyed the day on the inter coastal and headed to peanut island.The customer service is great. We have been renting boats from them for nearly ten years. What a fantastic place. June the owner is such a wonderful woman and helps us plan an awesome trip every time depending on what we feel like doing. She will also ensure you are comfortable with the rules and familiarize you with the area if you dont have a lot of boating experience. They have all different boats for different activities. Today we took out one of the deck boats for the intercoastal which comfortably fits larger groups and are great for cruising around. We had our 2.5 and 4.5 year old out for the first time today and they had the time of their lives. June will direct you to the best sightseeing, swimming spots, restaurants etc. The dock guys are super helpful and friendly too and will explain every detail of the boat to you. They really know what they are doing. This is a family owned business and they have always treated us like family and we have a great time every time. The boats are always clean and in great shape. They dont look like crappy rentals so you feel good about yourself when you are out cruising or pulling up to a restaurant. I strongly urge you to spend a day on a boat from them and you will have the time of your life.

We rented a 24 deck boat for my daughters Sweet 16 snorkeling party. From the moment we arrived at the dock, June made us feel welcome and was super helpful. Our dock hand was also genuinely nice both when we were leaving and when we returned the boat. We had a wonderful afternoon on the water! The boat was perfect, ran great and was really good on fuel. I highly recommend this company for boat rentals. We are already planning another trip!

This company and their employees are very loyal and helpful. We have been long time customers. Their boats are always clean and ready to go so we may enjoy a day of fishing and/or cruising. Today, as we were loading up our boat for a family cruise, we had a mishap and my Iphone X fell into 6 feet of murky dock water. I accepted that my phone was gone and we left to enjoy the day. Upon our return, the boat rental guys surprised us with the retrieved phone that was still operational! It was absolutely not their responsibility but the employees saw our loss and put the effort forth to help us. A big thank you to the staff for being compassionate and helpful! I am truly appreciative.

This is the best boat club in the area! They dont over book and they deliver what they promise. I think once in two years have a not been able to get a boat and that was because I waited to late to ask. June and the staff are awesome!

Excellent service and everything we wanted!

June was nice and helpful. Boats were new and in good shape. Just beware of the dock boys who will harrass you for a tip. They are not that helpful and pretty uniformed. JT and Eric will harrass you for a tip. We left none. Let me explain.First off we did a charter in Hilton Head a few weeks ago and left a 200 dollar tip. 800 dollar charter. 200 dollar tip. Would have left more but didnt have any more cash with me. i am not cheap but tip when it is warranted.first off. watch the gas. they will say the tank is filled everyday. dont believe them. we asked jt to show us the gas gauge so we could keep an eye on it while on the charter. it was not full but at 92 gallons instead of 100 gallons. jt would not mark that down before we went out. when we came back in he was sure to fill it to 100 gallons. dishonest. 8 gallons at 4 dollars a gallon is 32 bucks. sorry jt . be honest and you wound have been tipped well. that 32 dollars you ripped us off was your tip.then eric was nice at first. he was going to clean our fish but could only do it after he cleaned all of the boats. really? how about clean the customers fish and then clean the boats. he said the owner wants all the boats cleaned before they can help customers with fish. wow. great customer service. sorry . no tip.we had the boat as clean as when we took it out. trash was removed by us and thrown away by us. we brushed the boat down and even hosed it down with the hose. eric said.....looks good dont worry about it. eric expected us to hand him a tip. we were going to leave it at the office when we checked out. eric meanwhile must have assumed we were not going to tip him so he then called the front to say the boat was dirty. dishonest. unethical. dont trust them. take a few pictures of the boat when you get back.eric then approached us and said he wanted a 50 dollar tip to clean the fish. we said no thanks but told him thanks for lying about the cleanlines of the boat.we said we paid 550 to rent a boat and we cleaned it etc. he and jt then started bad mouthing the owner saying they dont see any of that money but usually expect a 50 dollar tip. sure. provide better service and be honest. they seemed like lazy guys hanging around feeling entitled to a tip.dont trust them. tip only if deserved.
