Jesse was great. I called one day and he had my issue fixed the next. Very affordable and communitive as well as knowledgeable. Finally found a place to take my jet ski that I feel is honest and reliable both locally.

Took my rxtx300 for 50hr service. Jesse was very thorough. Even pointing out something of concern that I never would have noticed otherwise. I highly recommend RPM.

Jess the owner is completely awesome. A few years ago I wanted to buy a used ski and he was recommended. He was working from home and did service calls back then but has a shop now. He spent a lot of time educating me about what to look for, and as I found potential purchses he went over them with me until I found a good one. And that paid off hugely. I bought my 2008 Yamaha vx110 in 2016 and it has been 100%. He is absolutely honest... to a fault (others would keep quiet to make work for themselves but he shares hacks and tips that keep my ski out of the shop) and he does only what service is needed. Hes happy to work using parts I bring but I trust him to source parts himself. Very smart, knowledgeable and completely competent. Dont go anywhere else, ESPECIALLY NOT THE LOCAL DEALERSHIPS!!!!! unless you want to get completely hosed on ski repairs. I have known Jess 4 years. Jesse is a great technician. He performed the first service on a brand new Yamaha jet ski and provided excellent service. Besides just the routine maintenance required he had the knowledge for extra preventive maintenance to make future repairs on the jet ski easier. All the items needed were in stock and the job was finished in a timely manner.
