Best boat club I’ve ever seen or been a part of. Highly recommend. Especially for business owners who can take off whenever they want. So easy and convenient and their staff are all great guys. Love the boats, always clean and a lot to choose from. Online booking makes it easy. Great company

Ive been a member for over a year and couldnt be happier with them. I go out at least once a week and have never been let down. I love being able to go wakeboarding and tubing 1 day, then take a fishing boat the next or 2 jet skis when my need for speed kicks in. Its really convenient to just book online, show up at the dock and go! Theres no hidden maintenance or other fees so you know what youre paying for and if there is something wrong with the boat they switch you onto another boat thats running well, which has only happens twice over the 50+ times Ive been out, which if you owned the boat your month of boating would be over and you would have to break out another thousand or more to fix it. All in all the price and convenience are well worth it.

We are club members out of the West Palm Beach location. We have had nothing but great experiences with this location. They have a deckhand named Mark who’s very friendly and knowledgeable he has really helped me to dock the boat like a pro. He also is very safety conscious and checks to make sure my small sons vest is on and properly fit. He and other are the reason we use the WPB location. I recommend to everyone Jet Ride over owning your own boat. You show up and take it out no loading at the ramp and washing when you get home. 2021 UPDATED! GREAT FOR FAMILIES. Their boats and Jet Skis are ALL so nice! You do have to book in advance but their new waiting list feature allows you to sometimes secure items last minute. The dock hands at the Harbourside location are very helpful and always give you an overview of the boat. They will even hook up the bluetooth for you! Over all the best deal in boating! Why would I own when I can Jet Ride!!

This is the second time I have had a reservation for a Pontoon boat and had it canceled less than 24 hours before my reservation I made over a month ago. Im leaving a 1 star review not because the boat broke, but because when I called to inquire as this was the second time this has happened I was dictated to about how they arent able to issue a credit due to the contract as they had a non-pontoon available to switch to. Horrible customer service.

This place is a sinking shippun intended with Tyler at the helm. They have five complaints with the better Business bureau already this year. Their sales people will try to promise you a boat when theyre only collecting money to build up their fleet, they have no plan on servicing their clients.. Ex employees and customers are furious with this company, and the way they have been treated just look them up on the better Business bureau website.

If youre looking for an affordable and reliable boat club, Jetride is your spot! Boats are new and cleaned after every use. The dockhands are super helpful when you arrive on the dock. They show you to your boat, help you load your stuff and get you on the water quickly! I use the Jupiter, Tequesta & Stuart locations mostly, but also enjoy heading down to WPB to check out Peanut. 1 Reservation is only for half day, so you need to utilize 2 at a time for a nice, day on the water.If you fish, sleep in, because you cant leave the dock before 8am.All the boats are an average of 19 and you get cancelled constantly if there is any sort of wind (last 4 reservations have been cancelled...I have cancellation texts to prove it)Its nice to have multiple locations, but you need to plan your weekend boating weeks in advance- they book very quickly.No night boating. Boats are due back by 5pm in the winter and 7pm for summer months.Staff has no customer service skills. I try to boat weekly (if not cancelled) and they still ask for my ID on arrival. I have been a member for over a year... you cant remember my face yet?Boats are newer, but bottoms are not cleaned appropriately equating to very slow boats. One center console couldnt eve get on plane to go through the inlet.Would not recommend.

As a spill over member of Jetride.com since they acquired the Palm Beach Boat Club about a year ago, I am extremely grateful to the entire Jetride.com organization, and especially to its dockhands. While there are limitations (as to vessel size), all of its vessels are fairly new, clean and fully functional. And, theyre constantly updating and improving.

Went to the West Palm Beach dock for jet skis and it was an awesome experience! The office staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will, without a doubt, be returning!

I have to tell you, I rarely do reviews but this company and their team truly deserve it. I ve been going back and forth with them for over a year ..trying to decide about buying a boat joining a club ..buying a jetski .. I genuinely got tired of the shortage mania .. and more so the look on my sons face standing on the shore fishing while the boats drove by. Well this past Monday I called a boat shop (no boats till January) water sports shops 15k min and not what I want, and boat rentals 600 for the day .. that was it ..called the office where Nelson at 6pm .. took my infor.ation soo professionallyhad me all set up. Took the deposit, set my training on boarding for the morning at WPB .. went out with Ryan whom went over the equipment so thoroughly from the yamaha ski to the boat ..docking local speeds safety and great spots to go ..soo patient and knowledgeable just outstanding. . Mark the manager all the staff introduced themselves were couteous and articulate. Dylan .. I mean honestly I would name every single person there and tell you how absolutely great they were.by that afternoon I was on a boat fishing .. that was 3days agai and Ive been back every day and night since..Paul the other manager was great .. Mark knows his stuff .. I was even greater by the director of operations and the president personally asking about my experience..asking how to make it better and telling me about all the great changes and new equipment they have coming . Honestly so far I wish I wouldve done this 2 years ago.. ill be out again tomorrow.. looking forward to using the other locations as well... do it its worth every penny . Easy parking g I walk up we briefly go over the equipment Im on th water in 3 min come back they help dock ask about if anything is needed .. I walk away outstandingly happy with no maintenance not worries just a truly great experiencupdate again but do it !!

Boats and JetSkis! If you are looking to have the best of both worlds without the headache of ownership you wont find any better than this club. Being a native Floridian I have searched up and down the coast for the right boat club and they were either too expensive to join or didnt have enough vessels to fulfill demand. Lets just say I was on the water the next day which happened to be a weekend and it didnt hurt my wallet. These guys are just beginning and adding new vessels to their lineup as well as new locations quickly.

Amazing experience here with some great dockhands helped me and my wife u load and pack up as well as bring rods the the car. Would recommend this to anyone who wanted a calm fishing day with the family

JetRide is your solution to boating! Like most people, I was reluctant to buy a boat & jet ski due to the costs associated with ownership and storage. JetRide has provided me with some of the top boats and jet skis to choose from to get out on the water. I enjoy the water and they do EVERYTHING else behind the scenes to make that happen. The staff are enthusiastic and extremely helpful. (shoutout Devin, Austin, CJ, Eddie, Braiden!) Would HIGHLY recommend to ANYONE who wants to be out on the water.

Super disappointed booked two jet skis a month in advance and when we got to the dock the only had one. REALY HAPPY I HAD MY BROTHER IN TOWN! Such a let down and waste of time! Keep it up jet ride your the best

Ive been a happy customer since July 2020. Although the boats are brand new, they are underpowered, usually with a 115. Youve got to figure out the best boats and then reserve those (the 150s, Dorado is my favorite). For a simple day at Peanut or cruising up North to Stuart - you cant beat it. The dockhands have been great and CJ at Harbourside is the best. Scheduling has been more difficult lately - I assume due to more people joining. Get some more boats!! But with 5 reservations, I always have a boat (or skis) every weekend as long as I stay on top of my reservations. Ive always had a good experience with customer service as well - Ride Control is always helpful and has never let me down. Ive signed up 4 others since getting my membership. Its been a great experience for me.

I was worried that Jetride was too good to be true - but it’s living up to most of my expectations!Boat rentals are easy - you can out on the lake (I’m Chicago based) within minutes of arriving to the dock. Staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service is great. When I was debating on whether or not to join, they didn’t try the hard sell. It seemed like they wanted me to make the right decision for myself. Anytime I have a question or problem, I can call and my call is immediately answered. The reservations portal is easy to use and website has all necessary information.Reserving boats is a little more difficult than expected. Saturday afternoon rentals are booked up for the next 8 weeks, pretty much the entirety of guaranteed Chicago summer. Sunday afternoon rentals are booked for the next 5 weekends. But, I’ve been watching the reservation portal pretty closely, checking it twice a day, and have managed to get some weekend afternoon rentals.Overall would recommend!!

Okay okay, after reading these reviews i was a bit wary before joining JetRide. After 3 months i can say it has made this summer so much better, my family is usually busy with baseball during the summer but COVID-19 changed that. I think most people havent looked around at the current situation of the world and have yet to notice boating is the only safe option most of us have. I would recommend JetRide to those who understand the current situation and are willing to wait a few weeks to get a schedule started, we go every other weekend and on occasiona weekday night. I feel bad for JetRide getting reviews from people who clearly think the world revolves around them.

We have been members for going on three years and it’s not worth it. They keep changing things for the worse. For example our past 3 reservations that we made months in advance were cancelled due to the “weather” all 3 days were sunny and the wind was 15mph all the people we know in the boating world would say that’s a light day for the intercostal. Don’t waste your money, this is only a glimpse of the issues.

I am a member and in the past I really enjoyed Jetride. However, lately more and more people have been joining and they haven’t seemed to be increasing their jet ski fleet. I used to be able to reserve one sometimes on the same day, now, to get a good jet ski you’ll need to reserve two weeks in advance for an afternoon reservation and that’s on the weekdays, weekends can run months sometimes. They have potential to be the best boat club out there. They make it really easy to get on and go, they just need to increase the fleet.(jet skis) The boats are also pretty slow it seems like they have an rpm limit or something. Haven’t had a boat go over 30 mph.

Very bad customer service, you have to book your jet ski one month before, always booked, when you late for 5 min they just gonna cancel your reservation, I was trying to change my membership to my brother account so he can continue use it because I’m moving to another country but even this they cannot do. Just rent jet ski somewhere else and you will save time and money

Awful company and service. Completely unresponsive and are currently attempting to screw us out of our money. Save yourself the headache/financial loss and use ANYONE ELSE.

This company is not in good standing with the city of Chicago and is not allowed to operate due to violations. Do not give them your money. They cancelled all booked sessions for members in September because they were under investigation and yet they continue to charge people each month even though there is no reason to believe that they will be operational next summer.

I have owned boats and jet skis in the past and will never do it again! The ease of use that JetRide provides makes it a no-brainer for the causal boater like myself. No cleaning, fueling, maintaining, towing, storing, etc. Just the fun stuff! Plus they have great customer service!

I would give them zero stars if I could !!! That the worst experience I ever had. They charging $5000 a year promising unlimited excess for boat and jet skis. In reality you will be lucky to get reservation once a month. Once in the boat be ready for broken chairs, non working stereo, engine problem that ending up in towing back and so on... to top it all when you ask to speak to someone about the problems you will keep get lies and story’s.

Need your attention! They sell you on the idea of using a new boat or 2 wave runners anytime you want. Ive been waiting more than three weeks out before I can get the smallest boat in the fleet thats under powered. I picked up this 19 foot boat with a 90 hp outboard, it was filthy! There was soda spilled all over the boat, there was half of a joint left on the floor of the boat. The propeller was bent so the vibration it caused was uncomfortable and less than one hour into our ride the oil light came on and we had to return the boat. There were several other boats at the marina, but they would not let us take another boat. Total rip off, terrible service and they dont answer their phones or return calls. Stay away, this is not a boat club you want to be involved with!!!

I rarely pay attention to reviews but, unfortunately, Ive found out the hard way. Scheduled a training and gave a deposit of $749. Had to cancel the training and did so well in advance. Despite multiple phone calls, texts and emails, I have yet to receive my deposit back. I am told a manager has to do it yet there is never a manager available. Be very careful in your decision.

This Service is AWESOME! I could not have picked a better company! I sold my whaler back in 2014 because It was too much of a mission to get it out onto the water. Now, I can just go and rent one whenever I choose. The customer service is outstanding and the Pricing is great! look no further for a Boat/ski rental company. These guys are where its at!

This is by far the best boat / ski rental company. Their terms are the best and the owners are great. Every dock hand was pleasant and attentive and customers help each other out it’s like a big family. The best part is it’s boats and skis which is awesome. Do yourself a favor and give Travis or Ryan a call they are solid.

There is no customer service at all, boats are underpower, broken and you have to wait 3-4 weeks to get resevation, this club use to be good in the beggining but now its noting but waist of money.

JetRide is a nice idea, and this address is the head office for the club of which I am a member. However, as with everything, it is worth seeing all sides. Of the 43 5-Star reviews for this location at date of writing, 25 of the reviewers have 3 reviews or less. Most have only ever been motivated to write one review, for their boat rental club. Read into that what you will.Checking the recent reviews, you’ll see concerns over booking with a recent influx of members. My experience is that weekends must be booked between 4 and 8 weeks out. Weekdays about a week out.Almost no boats at any locations are over 20 ft, so the ocean is off limits 95% of the time.Be aware of the $25 cleaning fee. Other reviews mention joints, I can only attest to empty bottles and beer cans, plus footprints all over the boat, for that fee.Finally the gas. The (closed) JetRide Florida members group has 31 complaints over the last two weeks about inaccurate and high-sounding gas charges, and a lack of returned calls or refunds after concern has been expressed about those charges. My experience is that I have seen the boats filled up with gas cans, and many of the fuel gauges don’t work, so there appears to be no accurate system. I write a detailed emai land got back am 8 word response. Disappointing to say the least.My last couple of charges:$46.05 – Lantana (Moorings) to Ocean Ridge inlet and back, all low wake with young kids in the boat.$80.00 – Pompano to Fort Lauderdale and back on the Intracoastal, almost all low wake. 2 hours.You can get someone on the phone, the radios generally work, and the idea is nice. But know the facts going in.

This is my third year being a member and things have really gone downhill this year. Not sure if there is new ownership or management but today was the third time we had a reservation and our boat was cancelled an hour before our reservation. If boats are breaking down this often they should have a back up boat that is not reserved and is available for cases like this. We had this reservation about a month in advance and now there is nothing available. Coolers packed, people planned their day around going on the boat and to just cancel an hour before is unacceptable. Like I said, this is the third time in two months this has happened. Also gas usage charges have not been accurate.

The absolute best boat/jet ski rental company in the area! Having the choice of a boat or a wave runner is ideal, especially with older kids. The service is second to none...I make a reservation, the boat or ski is at the dock waiting for me. I come back in and send JetRide a text that I am done, and they pick it up. No hassle, no cleaning, no worries at all. The service level, quality of boat and ski, and communication with the JetRide organization is outstanding. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend becoming a member.

My wife and I have been with jetride since day 1. At the Jupiter dock today I dropped my wifes phone in the water while getting in the boat! On a chilly day, one of the dock hands volunteered to jump in and find it in the dark murky water. After 10 minutes of searching in the mud in 8 foot water.... he found it! Amazing company, amazing product, amazing people.

I can get someone to pickup for a new membership but I can’t get a manager to call me back to cancel my existing membership. This place has gone down hill since May with a major negative shift with the new website. I’ve shown up with a reservation for a vessel no longer at that location, meanwhile 3 jetskis are sitting on the dock. Finally get approval to take one and it’s the one in the worst condition, broken storage compartment lock, holes in the side fixed with white tape, it’s becoming pathetic.

Hi, I signed up with JETRIDE about a year and half ago, at the time of signing my wife and I asked all the questions for payments and initiation fee, I was told that the deposit was refundable, then I added my brother and paid another initiation fee, now after all I tried to cancel my membership 3 times in the last two months, the accounting responsible wasnt available, just called again and I was told that it was canceled Nov. 18, and I lost all rights to my deposit. the MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT signed by us does not say anything about initiation fee I never had any issues with JETRIDE, no accidents or late fees, so I leave this membership extremely upset, please be careful and make sure you ask all questions, and all answers are written.

This company makes getting on the water easier then you could even imagine. The customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced consistently. The owners are very involved, the equipment is taken care of and maintained to the highest, they take care of there customers and go out of there way to make sure you’re sati satisfied. Worth every single penny!

Availability is a little tight but it’s still somewhat of a new company so they deserve time to figure that part out.The guys on the dock know their stuff and give great advice. If there’s a problem they always make it right and leave happy.

New Member.....but not new to boat clubs...and I must say, I am impressed with how responsive they are and how quick they are to listen to their members and make necessary changes. I also had my training today with CHRIS ANYYESKI.....He was PHENOMENAL! He was easy-going, professional, dedicated, and kept me calm while I learned what I needed to and practiced the skills required to be a safe boater! HIGHLY recommend him as a trainer!

I have been a member for over a year Now but Jetride went from 5 stars to 1 for me and they will probably keep dropping if they don’t improve reservation times and fleet and also customer service. Cancelations without notice, boats reserved taken by other members when you showed up, boats with no anchor, dirty and beat up boats etc . I really want to believe things can improve. I know The business is growing and they need to adjust but quick.

Just joined up today, Chris was super awesome and helpful. Looking forward to more time on the water.

I was fired because I told a customer asked if workers were getting laid off about a month ago and told him that we were getting laid off . About a week later I got fired because the manager forgot to tell me not to say anything, he was written up and I was fired.Jet ride steals your money .Forget about joining !

This lady name Juli from the office is the MAIN reason why I leaving the membership she has no customer service skills and doesn’t take the extra steps knowing I was paying $400 a month on a membership that’s I have to wait 2 months on to get a boat on the weekend this company has people peopling booking months a head of time so newer people can’t even get a day out there and Juli ... quit this job isn’t for u thanks jet ride for charging me $2000 to get off my membership I had only for a month and can’t go out

It is being extremely difficult to get a jetski unless you book 3 weeks in advance in certain locations. Who would remember plans 3 weeks from now?

I joined for jet skis, and stayed for boats, good times. I had been waiting for something like this in the area, as an alternative to ownership. Additionally, the customer service is also generally well handled.
