The customer service, responsiveness, and overall experience were all phenomenal! Rented kayaks for 2 hours, had such a great experience that we rented jet skis for 2 hours a few days later. Had a BLAST!! The guys working there made both experiences memorable. Will definitely use again in the future for more wonderful days on the water. Thanks Guys!!!

The worst place to rent a boat. Boats are broken, dirty and lack of maintenance, and if the manager got a bad day you will go pay the price.We was celebrating a B/day and three persons of our party got scratched because the ladder was defective. We try to return it and the manager did not offered any solution and only talked about adding more fee charges.

We booked a 25 foot pontoon boat for a day and had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They spent time going over the boat and the ICW around the rental facility. The boat was in good working order and had the needed safety equipment. Well definitely be return customers.

Fun time with two, two hour jet ski rentals. Family of four had a great time tearing up and down the channel. The staff was very friendly, owner was very nice when we brought the jet skis back. Paperwork and teaching was thorough. Prices were great. We will definitely be back!

My experience with this company was terrible. One guy from the staff (Gary I think was his name) is very rude. The boat they gave us had their cushions all teared up, the ladder in pretty bad condition that to go up or down we hurt our legs and when we informed him about it, Gary was very rude.I do not recommend this place to anyone ... if you can find another place to rent

Today I was making plans for a boat rental in the Fort Pierce area and called to ask a question about the boat specifications. Ive used Beach Water Sports on previous occasions, but this time I will be in a different area so I decided to try a competitor. I contacted Saltys Boat Rentals and asked if they offered a military discount. No big deal if they dont, but I thought I would ask. The young lady said no they dont (she should have stopped there), but she continued by saying that they dont because they have the lowest boat rental prices in Florida. At that point, she insulted my intelligence so I called her out on it by pointing out that Saltys does not offer the lowest prices in Florida because I was looking at full day rentals at Beach Water Sports (115hp, 22 Pontoon, $270) and Treasure Coast (60hp, 18 Pontoon, $325) both of which were lower than Saltys (75hp, 18 Pontoon, $375. At that point, she suggested that since I found lower prices elsewhere, then I should try them instead. I told her that I only mentioned it because her reason why Saltys does not offer a military discount was flawed and factually incorrect. After ending the call, I decided to take her up on her advice and contacted Beach Water Sports to rent from them. Not only are their comparable boats bigger, faster and stronger, but the staff was much more welcoming too. I dont know about Treasure Coast, but if the choice is Saltys or Beach Water Sports, Im choosing Beach Water Sports!

I would say 3.5Its a small business run out of a shack or house on the water by just a couple surfer guys. I called ahead to make sure we were all set to jet ski around 11am then beach with my friends after since jet ski was only an hr. Cant make reservations, first come first serve, which stinks. Then i had to take the test online and wait, biggest complaint is that they didnt tell me ahead of time that the certificate after i pass the test needs to be printed and guess what… they dont have a printer for you. So i had to drive around town to find a place that would print my certificate on a sunday! Wasted an hr doing that, missed our turn at jetskis and had to wait longer. Missed out on my beach day. Just seemed a bit poorly run business.

It was a great day to be on the water. The boat ran well but the steering needed repair.

We rented a 22 ft pontoon boat for the day. When we arrived the owner upgraded us to the 24 foot boat for the 22ft price. We were out on the water all day and had a blast! They were super gracious, they even loaned us a small ice chest and gave us some ice. My son wanted to do something different for his birthday. I found them on Google and made the reservation. From that time to the time we returned the boat was absolutely 5 stars! I would definitely rent from them again!

Nice place. Boat was super clean and in great shape. Guys working there were nice. Only issue is that they are pricey. Did get a little discount because the weather prevented us from going out at the beginning of the day. But upcharge for gas was almost double per gallon. Would do it again because everyone had fun. But would do it more often if the price was a little more fair.

Nice guys, fair prices, and well-kept boats. Weve rented from them probably eight or nine times now and always had a good experience. They are rental boats, so dont expect them to be brand new, but theyre in good shape. And the employees are helpful with getting your stuff on and off the boat.

Had a amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the cheapest Jet ski rentals I could find and checked at least 8 different places. The Jet Ski looked and operated like it was brand new. I will definitely be going back every time I visit Florida.

Came here to rent a sports boat for the day with friends. Had an absolutely AWESOME time! The rental rates for a day on the water were reasonable and the gas charge is also quite reasonable as well. The boat was in fairly good condition and the location along the inter-coastal is perfect! Id highly recommend this rental location!

Wasnt able to rent a jetski with a boat. Owner followed us to where we docked and hopped aboard to do a check on the boat.r Told we would be pro rated but when we went to pay, it was denied. Had fun. Would recomend just buying a boat and jetski, from broward motorsports of palm beach.

We rent a jetski here and it was awesome! Guys here are very friendly and helpful, much better than rentals on busy beaches. Just make sure you have temp license PRINTED if you are born after 1988. You cant go on an open sea but its so much fun anyway!

Probably one of the most entertaining points in my life is riding jet skis through this company. We had a bad taste due to a competing location. And they made everything sweet and simple. Keep it up guys!

Great prices, helpful staff. Boat didnt have a working radio, but overall a great experience. They could use first aid kits, though, both on the boats and in their offices. I sliced my heel open out on the water and couldnt find anything to help on the boat. On land, their supplies were limited, and another customer on a different boat seemed to have also cut his foot open, also waiting for first aid.Id definitely rent from them again.

If you’d like to REALLY ride jet skis without the hassle of police, go elsewhere. Staff was friendly; speeds are limited and the cops are nazi’s! If you like to just idle in the channel then go for it, for a real jet ski adventure I recommend finding another place.

Nice people, skis are nice but base models so not super fast but fast enough to have fun on. Restroom is a little sketchy. If they had some higher end ski options and a nicer restroom then itd be 5 stars.

False advertisement. They rent fishing boats (center console) and advertise on their website you can use them to go out fishing on the ocean. This isn’t true. In fact, you can’t leave the intracoastal what so ever. Can’t take a boat to a beach, go out diving, fishing, cruise on the ocean - none of that. You can spend $400 to rent a boat, ride to the sandbar in the intracoastal, Park it there and get drunk all day, then drunkenly drive the boat back. Cause that’s safer Somehow. Update your website. Intracoastal boat rentals only.

Nice jet skis! Says they closed at 6pm...but staff not too happy we showed up at 4pm for an hour rental. But the owner was! Really enjoyed my first experience on a jet ski! Got to see porpoise too...what a treat! Beautiful scenery too!

First time here 5 years ago was great!I came back few months back and owner was great!! But workers did it for me unfortunately and the amount of rudeness that was going around along with wrong boat rental then we rented as well. The worst place to spend your money. Service was horrible and workers very rude to include owner. All over an additional 10mins of riding the jet skis. Will never use their business again. However, Tim in Stuart at the Marriott Resort was wonderful and patient. Gave us the best service hands down. I would recommend him to anyone.

We went to another place called American Water Sports. Best decision EVER. The people there were so warm and welcoming. They greated us the moment we arrived and began walking us through the process. John the owner of American Water Sports was so accommodating.Dont waste your time with this place unless you like giving your money away to people who dont deserve it...........

Rented three wave runners for an hour. Great location (right beneath a cell tower) and very reasonable prices. The wave runners were brand new, the staff was friendly and very informative. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend them.

My mom & her wife went and it was a complete DISASTER!! The boat wasnt safe, it tipped over and they both fell in the water. No professional swimmer was with them on the boat. Neither of them know how to swim, they were in the middle of the ocean with no help. they eventually found a way to get back on land with no help from anyone who works at Beach Water Sports.

If you want to be harassed by a Beach Water Sports staff who acts like a police while you are enjoying the wave-runner, this is the place for you. Im in my early fifties, I have driven many wave-runners/jet-skis in my life and was literally harassed on four different occasions during a 2hr rental. The staff (Kevin?) was literally stalking me on his own wave-runner while my party and I were obeying the intra-coastal rules. This was a very unpleasant experience for the price of $160! I dont recommend this company only because of this overly unprofessional staff member.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids and our vacation house is in Stuart but since the water conditions were not so great in Stuart Dillion was super helpful and suggested that we goto Jupiter location and all of the guys at the Jupiter location were so helpful and super friendly..We got 3 wave runners and we rented for an hour and that was a great activity for the kids since they did even want to goto the beach after..Thanks again for everything and we’ll probably see you soon 😍

Workers are scammers. The workers assumed I knew nothing about boats although I have owned boats in past. Took boat out for hour and twenty minutes, sat for half the time enjoying company and scenery. When took boat back had additional fees and was charged for using 10 gallons of gas. I have owned bigger boats with bigger engines that went alot faster. I have never used ten gallons in a weekend with larger I/O motors. In less than an hour, on a outboard 150hp motor, they said I used more than 10 gallons of gas. Although they did do me favor and rounding it down to ten gallons because of me being new customer. Would rather to be charged extra for any reason they wanted, than to be charged extra by deception. Also they didnt have the boat I originally asked for, said someone got there before me, but had a more expensive one. Yet the one i originally asked for was there when I left and came back. That may have been true, not sure. More upset about being lied to about the gas!

If I could have put ZERO stars I would. The experience was less than enjoyable, and I will never try to give them any business. Im sorry to the owner who seems like a nice guy.. One staff member imperticular ruined our experience. We spent a total of 10 minutes on a guided tour(which we didnt realize we signed up for) and were screamed at to leave because this guy needed a chill pill. Its a narrow stretch of intercoastal and avoiding boat wake is impossible. I watched as someone in our party going under 15 miles an hour let loose of the throttle to go over another boats wake.. this caused us to be screamed at to leave. We are highly experienced boaters, we own 3 boats and I personally managed a marina for 3 years. I completely understand safety and the importants of safety on the waterway, People get hurt very easily. NOTHING we did was unsafe, or even a hair reckless. After our short 10 minute ride I was given half a refund, and although I believe they should have fully refunded me it wasnt worth the argument. I wouldnt have even made this post, but when we got back to the dock another employee lied to the owner and said I remember these guys from before and it was an issue then as well. That lie prompted me to let everyone know about this poorly run establishment. BEWARE!
