We had six in our group and around 25 total, went out early 9/25 and had a great time. Captain and his partner were courteous, knowledgeable of the area and funny. I would recommend this to any and all that come to the area. Great restaurants to eat when you come in from the two hour tour.

Myself and 5 others booked a trip about 12 hours before the trip. In 2 hours, we had the most fun on our vacation we have ever had. The Captain: Chip, was an amazing person, very accommodating and knew every local spot to hang out and relax. I cannot stress enough how much fun we had with Chip! It was amazing!

We celebrated my friends birthday on one of the Pontiki cruisew, and had a BLAST! Staff was very nice and helpful. Music was great and everyone loved it. The views were gorgeous and we cant wait to do it again. Thanks everyone for such a great time!

Reserved a private charter for a birthday weekend for 41 people. CONFIRMED with their staff, communicated via phone and text messages. Called again to confirm details and ask questions about waivers, etc. and they cancelled on me to fill the boat to the public cruise. The woman I spoke to said “several people use this phone. There was a miscommunication.” I booked it a month out, (April 1, and she said they took a public reservation 4/5 and NEVER CALLED ME or anything!) they had my contact details, name, everything and never called me to cancel. What is the point of calling and reserving? I asked if they would help with other options, additional times, etc., and had no assistance, a phone rang in the background and she said “sorry” and hung up. Poor customer service and even worse business model to confirm a reservation and then book over it and not even contact the original person who reserved. Extremely disappointed.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic. We had a private party with a mix of kids and adults and had the best time. Chip and Gianna were professional, the boat was clean and the drinks were tasty! Would highly recommend it! Thanks for a great time Pontiki!

Today was the high point of our trip to Jupiter. Thanks to Pontiki and Captain Chip. The day didn’t last long enough. The boat was super clean and comfortable. The drinks were cold and refreshing. Captain Chip was so friendly and knowledgeable. Such a pleasant man. We would certainly do this outing again!!

Had a great time with a few friends. Felt very safe covid wise and the captain and bartender were very friendly and accommodating. Time flies when youre having fun!

Today was picture perfect thanks to the great crew on the PonTiki. Captain Chip and Gianna were awesome, played great music and served cold drinks. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The boat was super clean and the kids had a blast. I can’t wait to go back on the boat. Wish we could go every weekend.

Had an amazing time on the boat. We did the Full Moon cruise on a Friday night and it was awesome! The music was loud, the drinks were pouring and the weather was beautiful. Cant wait to do it again!!

Best party ever! My daughter had her 12 year old birthday party at Charlie Pontiki Boat and that was the best decision weve made! We brought all her friends from Coral Springs, drove two hours and it was worth it! I keep getting texts from all the parents saying that their kids cant stop talking about it, they loved it so much!

Took our office out for some much needed fun in the sun on Shaka today! We had a great time! The boat was clean and well stocked with water, beer, and seltzers. This was a great reward for our team working hard through these crazy times. Thanks Chip and Amy for a lovely afternoon!

My group booked a public cruise but due to the rainy weather forecast we actually had the boat to ourselves. Thankfully we didnt cancel due to weather because it ended up being a beautiful day on the water. Our captain, Captain Chip, was personable and efficient in all aspects. All staff were helpful and informative on the entire trip and process. We WILL be booking another trip again (even if its a real public cruise) as we had such a good time. And you should book too!

Excellent! Did a 2 hour 5pm cruise on a gorgeous, sunny Saturday and had such a nice time. There were a ton of boats out on the water but Chip made the ride smooth throughout. Helpful, friendly bartender Mike was great too. You can bring your own food and drinks but we were fine with the Rosé and Bud Light included in the price. Great way to get out on the water and enjoy the beauty of South FL. Highly recommend.

Relaxing 7-9pm cruise of Jupiter Isalnd, plenty of beverages, good music and entertaining captain. Boat is spacious and clean. We ate our own dinner on board and played music we enjoyed. We will definitely go again.

I mean, how can you complain about unlimited beer and wine, and being out on the water for a couple hours?We had to scramble last minute for my Sister In Law’s 30th birthday due to Covid, and we could not have asked for a better birthday celebration! Our guides Chip and Mike were awesome!I HIGHLY recommend this cruise for a fun day/afternoon on the water with friends and family! This is the best way to explore Jupiter! We went out with 6 adults and 4 children. The boat was spacious and clean. The Captain and first mate Mike went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic day; constantly asking us if we needed anything and offering the kids a huge float and toys to play with. Total must do! I highly recommend this experience. I would give 6 stars but it wouldn’t let me!

We got a chance to go out on the super sized PonTiki boat this past weekend for an awesome 2 hour cruise. The staff couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. They served drinks right when we arrived even though we were 15 minutes early and no rush getting off when they pulled into port. The boat is spacious and easy to mill about making new friends. We will definitely put this on the must do list when guests come to town!

This is the second time we’ve gone for a cruise with PonTiki and both trips were amazing! We highly recommend getting on board, and if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Chip and some beautiful weather you’ll have a blast. Everytime we come to town we will return!

I usually leave good feedback but for this specific cruise.. I have to say, WATCH OUT! We booked this trip for myself, husband and our son. The company told us its a four person minimum for unlimited beer and wine/ 1hr...so we agreed to pay more... (my son not consuming any beverages except for one bottle of water) After 45 min, the tour guide asks us if we are in a rush. We were not! Without any notice or explanation, he extended our trip to 2 hours and charged us DOUBLE! I reached out to the company with the promise that someone would get back to me but no one ever DID! Please watch out when booking this tour.. it could be a RIP OFF!

I did not read the email so the lady called me while we were at dinner and said it is REQUIRED for EVERY person to fill out the waiver. I had to interrupt everyone’s dinner and have them fill out this ridiculously long waiver.They say it’s unlimited alcohol but the bar tender cut us off!!!! THEN she complained about the amount of cups we used.This boat service is TRASH.USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

We went on a Pontiki day cruise for my friends 30th birthday. The staff was great! Drinks were flowing. The boat was perfect. We had a blast! We ended up extending an hour because we werent ready to leave!

Pontiki is a great experience on the water!! I recently took a 3-hour trip on the Shaka for my birthday. The staff were great and the Pontiki Pilsner is delicious! Our entire family had a blast! Highly recommend Pontiki.

Down here for our granddaughters birthday took the whole family and her friend on a pontiki boat had an amazing time Chip and Gianna were wonder crew members cant wait to do it again.

The trip was an absolute blast. We went down the river where we got off the boat in clear blue waters, swam, and went off the slide at the top of the boat. We stopped at sandbars and along a beach at the side of the river. They had a decent selection of drinks and even a local beer. The captain (Steve) was very interesting and told us about good places to eat and some other places to go for fun. The price was very reasonable especially considering the drinks provided. When my friends visit, Ill be sure to bring them to Pon Tiki.Only reason they lost a star is because we did not receive a confirmation call/email and some of the accommodations we discussed on the phone were not provided but it ended up not being an issue.

Today spent 2 wonderful hours cruising the intercoastal. This is the 9th time we have reserved the boat. Love it with friends or those coming in from out of town. Pick up and drop off at Guanabanas so you can relax at both ends as well. We bring snacks along. Just great!

Owner seemed nice enough. However, for $80 per person its ridiculous. My Fiance and I did a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. The person on board who was supposed to be serving us, was drinking. The keg lines were so dirty my Fiance threw up after only FOUR beers, FOUR! He can drink...ok. Very disappointed, and disgusted.
