I always love coming here but they are so busy even when you have an appointment

My pedicure was great. I liked the way the salon was set up. And me feet still feel really soft a couple days later.

I understood I have short nails. I kept apologizing for it because it was obviously an issue. I also have a burned thumb with healing skin. I understood it was a risk for one of the employees to clip. She felt bad and said when I leave and pay, then I would be discounted for my thumb since there wasn’t much that could be done with it as much as the other nails. I go to pay, and they gave me full price and then some. I asked them to re calculate. It added a dollar from the first total they told me. I told them the other employee in the back said she’d take off for the nail issue. I also gave a 10% off coupon that they did not use. It wasn’t taken off and I gave up. I explained I did not want to argue or be that kind of person. The guy then started talking to me again explaining “you got gel, that’s $15” yea I get that sir. Your gel prices are insane, but that’s not my issue. The issue was my nail beds bled, one thumb wasn’t cut and I was told it was going to be taken off.I also got a sticker on my nail, not a white dotted design like I originally was told was possible. Never told me how much a sticker on 2 nails was and I never found out.

My nails are better than they’ve ever looked. Staff was great too! Definitely worth the trip

If I could use zero stars I would. This salon always makes appointments and then cannot live up to them. Waited an hour past the appointment to be told they no longer have time to service me today. I wanted a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. When you call or check in there isn’t a single person in the salon who can interpret or understand what you are saying. Will NEVER return here.

I absolutely love the service I get here. Len is amazing at what he does. The only complaint I have is that it takes me several hours to get in and out of there.

*edit: they finally refunded me a week later. Not sure if its because of this public review or because I got the bank involved but the principle still applies*I went here with my daughter for a girls day. Unfortunately they didnt give me my card back and I didnt notice since it was a card I rarely use. I guess they decided after a couple days of me not noticing that it was free game. They charged my account4 times but thankfully only the first two went through. I tried to be understanding and went to the salon to see what was going on. It was after they asked for the card that I realized I had lost it. At first they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. But after telling them I mustve left the card there, the man pulled out MY CARD. He then proceeded to laugh and say his card reader messed up and charged my card. Which is bull considering it was there for 3 days and had just been charged 4 times in a row. He refused to refund me unless I came back after they closed at 7. He laughed with other customers showing them where my card was accidentally charged. I guess to try to make them feel like he wasnt committing fraud. Anyway I gave up trying to be kind and reported them to the bank. Be very careful if you choose to go here!!!

A few Saturdays ago, I witnessed a tech on customer assault in this salon. Misunderstandings happen; grabbing someone by the wrist and trying to detain them from leaving is NEVER OK.My Saturday at the salon was wrecked with anxiety; my hands shook for the remainder of my fill in. It was all I could do not to cry because I was so frustrated and fighting mad myself at what Id just seen. I couldnt believe it!I ended up having to talk to 2 police officers, the assailant, his sister and other random interested parties throughout the service.To say I wont be back is an understatement.

It was super clean. The staff were very helpful. They KNEW what they were doing!!!! EXCELLENT PLACE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came here from a place that I had been going to 15 years where service was no longer good and prices now too high. First place I tried and WOW!! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! AMAZING SERVICE NO WAIT, GOOD PRICES AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERB WORK!! JUST GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!❤

Worst pedicure ever. He was rough; his fingernails were so long they were digging into my skin; he cut my toenails so short and uneven; the paint job is awful! I do not recommend. Did I mention I waited 30+ minutes for this bad service? And 10+ of those minutes my feet were in a cold foot bath. Never again. Too many other salons to choose from in JC!

They do really Amazing work there. Love the atmosphere and they are all very friendly. I will go back when its time for another manicure. The lady that done my nail did a Amazing job on my sunflowers.

A visit here is an exercise in frustration. I came in, w an appointment, to get one nail fixed. Took an hour and a half as he juggled off and on 4 clients. I wish I could say this was an one off. It’s not :( Every time I come in for a powder dip, I leave no later than 1 1/2 hrs later. Normally, 2 hours.. for something that should take 30-40 min. This is my 10th time here. The only reason, because they do a good job. But I won’t be back. Found another salon that does quality powder dip.

So I go there and I kept telling the lady my nail was crooked. I do not have 1 even nail. Literally the worst 50 dollars I have EVER paid for an full set. I cried when I left that I even had to pay for the set. I absolutely hate my nails. I do not recommend

Not clean. Using same nails equipment without sterilized them. Hard to understand them and understand you.

Worst experience of my life! Was there for 3 hours. Dude walks out in middle of nails for 45 minutes and at a part I couldn’t just walk out on. Then makes me pay 70 dollars they are pink with 1 letter on them. NEVER IN MY LIFE! Everyone please please don’t waste your money go to O.P nails!

I have to say I had a guy named Jim and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond. He did an excellent job and he was very friendly. I would give this place more than 5 stars if the system would let me.

Got a great gel manicure here tonight and I am definitely making this my new regular place! As others have said, there are no bells and whistles, but the service and the work are great. I came in at 5 pm on a Wednesday and the place was almost completely full (a good sign, in my opinion) but they were still able to take me right away. My technician was really meticulous and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was happy with everything. In the end, I left with a stellar manicure at a great price. Im so glad I stumbled upon this salon.

I asked for long nails he gave me short nails I did not want powder but he proceeded to put powder on my nails then after he told me he could do the design he told me he couldn’t

20% off for a whole month like what. Its crazy that the price is not much and they did pink&white ombre for me so pretty. I would recommend getting an pink & white. ombre

My sister and i went here, and a very nice young lady came in with pitiful nails done a couple days before. they told her on the phone they would redo them for free. they denied in store, and refused to give money back. they argued with the woman for a good 20 minutes. the owner of the store finally told the woman “ i’m done talking to you.” we will definitely not be back.

Wow...So I came in for a pedi and I was here for more than 50(!!!) minutes without service. There were 2 customers waiting when I walked in, so I expected a bit of a wait, maybe 15 minutes tops. They told me to sit down. I was there for over 20 minutes in the chair before they filled up the water.Another 30 minutes pass, water is ice cold, and NO ONE acknowledged the wait. One of the 2 customers left. When I asked for a towel the heavy set woman (who clearly had a stomach virus, I might add—she vomited once while I was there and claimed it was due to her smoking—so charming) gave me the biggest attitude about it.I’ve come here once before and left a good review, but I retract that wholly. This place sucks. The staff sucks. Don’t come here.

The place was clean and friendly people working there. BEWARE!! They do not tell you prices up front. I went for a simple manicure and pedicure and came out paying $97.00. Way more than I was planning on spending. After a few days my cuticles starting looking bad. Just be careful when you go in and ask first.

In order to plan my day I called ahead to make sure there wasnt a wait and was told no wait at all, so I told them I was on my way. Arrived no more than 10 minutes later and they gave my spot away and had the nerve to ask me to wait behind 3 people with one person working. Never once recieved an apology about the wait nor one for that I had callled and was possibly lied to about the wait time. I angrily left and called to ask to speak to a manager and never got to, or it was the manager speaking who handled the phone call very poorly. Immaturly called me a little girl after interrupting me telling her why I was so upset. I will never go back and am more than happy to tell my sorority sisters and others not to go there.

Incompetent about which nail designs and paid with a card which they in turned out a $7 hold for gratuity in addition to the over price I paid. They did not he me about this extra charge and when I asked about it she said I must be smarter than everyone else there because she never heard of this. Completely rude. I will never go back and dont advise anyone else to.
