Courtney always cuts my hair perfect

My hair was done well, the service was great! I love the person that did my hair and they did a good job. I wish I never went because of the ridiculous price. I’ve never paid over $20 for a trim and it costed me $44! Ridiculous prices! Good quality, over priced. No student discount and not college student friendly (in terms of $)

Great full service salon. Cuts, color treatments, nails, waxing, spray tan, etc. Professional, experienced staff. I always see Kat for any and all services - great job on cuts, color, nails and tanning. Recommend making an appointment.

My wife daughter and I all go here and see Kat, she is awesome. I would definitely recommend coming here. I feel like an ass because I dont really know the other girls, but they all are friendly and professional from what Ive seen.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.*I Paid $115 for hair coloring; 3 days later couple handfuls of my hair fell off and my hairs texture feels like overcooked noodle that broke off after you gently tug at it---- called in they conditioned my hair and gave me a haircut for $42* >> Read below for the full story.I came to the shop last Saturday to get my hair colored. I left the shop feeling good, but I noticed some damaged spots when I took a selfie. I ignored it hoping it was just because she curled it. 3 days later when I washed my hair I noticed a lot of my hair fell off. Like more than a couple of handfuls.Also my hairs texture feels GUMMY like an overcooked noodle and when I tugged it a little bit the hair broke off. It was horrifying it looked like one of those YouTube videos that shows you what happens if you bleached your own hair at home. Mind you I PAID $115 for this mess.Horrified and scared I immediately thought I Need a Refund or they need to at least compensate me for damaging my hair. I looked up their website and I saw a quote from their Manager/Owner basically saying that if a customer isnt 100% happy they are welcome to email her. So I picked up my phone feeling confident and called the store. The lady told me to come in and they are going to do some conditioning and they want to look at it. I came and Vee put conditioner on my hair for about 10-15 mins and then she cut my hair.Everything was nice and I thought WOW They provide really good customer service. HOWEVER the manager charged me $42 FOR A HAIRCUT that WASNT necessary IF her employee didnt broke my hair in half.Ive never had such an awful customer service experience in my life. I guess all JLP Hair Design cares about is money money money. Which is crazy because if they treated me right and compensate for their mistake I would of STILL have recommended them and come back for more.
