I am so thrilled! I got my hair cut and colored by Theresa today and it’s my favorite cut/color I’ve ever had. Drastic change from long and blonde to a short red Bob. I will absolutely be back!

They charged me $50 dollars to trim half an inch off my hair, no style or nothing. and when I asked her why it was so much she said sorry I don’t make the prices I just feel taken advantage of they have very un fair and ridiculous pricing.. i would go somewhere else!!!

Summer did an amazing color, was extremely pleased with the outcome. Just moved to the area, she also; recommended a haircut specialist for me to return. Everyone was extremely friendly and great relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Summer to do your color. I’ll be back !!

Angela did an amazing job fixing a botched haircut I recieved at a different salon! She is skilled, personable and fun. Highly recommend! Angela also gave my hubby a terrific new cut.

I just got my hair done in balayage for the first time ever and cannot say how much I love it enough! Summer did the BEST job, and she also made sure to let me know how best to take care of my hair.

As always a top notch job I can get my hair cut and if I end up going longer than normal is keeps looking good no matter how long it grows out.

I had my hair cut here after letting it grow long for 6 months. I asked for a short, low maintenance hair style. It was probably quite the job for my stylist, Angela, as my hair was quite long and very thick (I tip extra when going this long between haircuts, since its extra work for the stylist). She took her time at getting the cut right, and asking for feedback before cutting more.The results were amazing -- I have had so many compliments on my haircut. One woman I met in North Carolina actually considered driving the two hours to Salon Bella Donna in order to get the same haircut.

Everyone here Is very nice and talented. My hair has looked good since Ive been going to them. They use all natural products and really care about how they make you look and feel.

I had my bridal hair and makeup and nails done here after my original makeup artist went MIA the week before my wedding. Needless to say I was panicking, but every single person at the salon made me feel at home and super comfortable and, most importantly, made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend Salon Bella Dona for any styling need you might have.

Wonderful salon with great service. Mani/pedis are great as are the hair cuts, color and styling. Their pedicure is the hot wax type and when I was undergoing chemotherapy it was the only kind allowed by my doctor because theres no danger of any germs or infections. Vicki and Linda are great, so give them a call!

Ive been a customer salon belladonna for the last 12 years. They have Great service and a Friendly atmosphere. Its very clean and professional. Large variety of products so I dont have to go anywhere else. They treat you like youre in the spa.

Looks like a great place very clean and lady was very nice BUT they need to let people know that on some Sundays they dont do hair cuts. Drive all the way down because it said walk-ins welcome and because their website was open only to find out that on Sundays only one person works and that one person may or may not be able to cut hair. Wonderful lady working who explained it to me but this small mistake ruined my experience with them.

This is the best salon in all of the Tri-Cities, hands-down! Ive been going to Bella Dona for over 10 years and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! They have the best line of products and can answer any questions you have about products. Its the best place to try great lines of make-up and hair products and they can teach you how to look your best! I really like how they track the products I buy so if I forget what shade of blush I like, they will know for me! My hair always looks great when I leave. Linda does the BEST color and I love the compliments I get after she does my hair. I lived in Knoxville several years ago, and I still came back to Bella Dona for my hair and Bare Minerals! Oh, and they have lots of great sales and specials that they run on Facebook! If you havent been here, youre missing out!

Great cut but the keratin treatment used after the color she used had dried my hair out caused my hair to feel horrible. I dont understand her pricing either. I paid over $400.00 for two hair cuts and one color! Never ever have I paid with 50.00 tip more then $270 for the same!

The staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to really listen to what you want done. My hair has never looked more beautiful and healthy! Ill never go anywhere else!

My fiancée went here 2 weeks before our wedding to get some definition added to her hair. They took this to mean she wanted blonde streaks from roots to tips, even with a picture shown of the desired look. This looked horrible in dark brown hair and was completely not what she wanted. She said the woman doing her hair had an event to go to after her appointment and obviously showed no care for how her hair turned out. For just a little bit of work including a brow wax, for less than an hour, they charged her $200. My fiancée later went to Hairbenders in Kingsport to get it fixed and the first thing they said there when they took a look at her hair is “oh honey, what were they thinking?”I’m sure there are some talented hairdressers at the salon, but her experience was not worth the money for the service she received. One time clients should be treated just as well as a regular, especially within 2 weeks of a wedding day. Hairbenders in Kingsport did an amazing job with the color correction.

I highly discourage anyone from using Bella Dona- please read this if you are considering using this salon! I recently booked them for doing hair (mine and my bridesmaids) for my wedding in late July. I have since taken my business elsewhere, due to the unprofessionalism of the salons staff, and the owner in particular. All my interactions with both the owner and her employees were confusing at best, and downright ridiculous at worst. The first two times I called about reserving my wedding date, I was told by two different employees that they couldnt technically reserve the day because they didnt make their calendar until a month in advance. But when I talked to the owner, she said that if I paid a $150 deposit, I could reserve the day. So I did, but as I hadnt made my wedding day schedule yet, she said I could call back with the appointment time. When I called her a week later and told her I needed to start at 8:30, she told me they didnt open until 10, and that I would need to rework my schedule. She said no one gets their hair done that early for a 4 oclock wedding. This was very confusing to me, as I have been in multiple weddings, and have also been a wedding photographer for 10 years, and I cant remember one time when wedding hair began after 10am, unless it was a night wedding. Furthermore, every other time Ive worked with stylists, they have ALWAYS worked their schedule around what the bride needs. And I was especially confused because I had been to this same Bella Dona location to get my hair done for a friends wedding last September, and we had arrived at the salon between 8-8:30. I began asking around and found several people who had used Bella Dona, and all said they had only been charged a $75 deposit, and that they hadnt actually been very pleased with what the stylists did. I also called other salons for their hours and policies. Not one place required a deposit, and ALL said that they would work around my schedule. When I called Bella Dona and asked for a refund, only then did the owner offer that a few of her stylists could come in early on my wedding day, but she made it very obvious that it would be an inconvenience to them. When I told her Id rather just get the deposit back (as I had only paid it a week ago and had not been informed at the time I paid that they couldnt work with my schedule), she said she would think about it and call me back later that day. After a week of not hearing from her, I called asking yet again for my deposit back. Her response was both unprofessional and condescending, saying that she had been very clear with me about their refund policy - I pushed back, asking her to explain the discrepancies in both their hours and deposit prices- her answers were vague (as if they were being made up on the spot) and she pushed blame onto her employees for giving out wrong information. Once again, she said she would think about it and get back to me in a few hours. She didnt, of course, and when I called back later and she answered, she actually pretended to be someone else. I recognized her voice, but she pretended to be her own sister, saying the owner wasnt available. Maybe she has a sister, but I highly doubt they work at the same salon and have the exact same voice. It was actually pretty comical. I told the sister to let the owner know that this whole thing was getting pretty ridiculous and if I didnt hear from her in the next 30 minutes I would come into the salon and make a scene. Within 20 minutes the owner called me back, offering to refund $130, but keeping $20. I took the deal just to be done it, but I deserved to get it all back. Needless to say, what should have been a pretty simple business transaction turned into a frustrating and incredible waste of my time. I am amazed that a salon charging a $150 deposit upfront, and $65 for a bridal updo, could be so unprofessional. Im writing this review because I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my time and money.

I went into the Bella dona salon today and ask Vicky if she could give me this haircut, I showed her the picture and she smiled and said yes !!!My hair is natuaraly thick and waist length. I wanted long long layers showed in the pic. While she was cutting she kept telling me how long it was and it would be easier to maintain. I didn’t have a problem maintaining it, I wanted it layered, even gave a pic of exactly what I wanted.... As I was ready to see she she had done, I was very posed, half my hair was gone and only one layer. The back of my hair was uneven and she said it wasn’t. Then she said raise ur head down and she trimmed it up, I told her it was so thin and the ends of my hair at the end are thinner than all my hair, you can See clearly that was not even close to the style I wanted.... it was like she did what she wanted .... I was and am very unhappy with the service. I felt like she just cut and cut it till it was gone I have hardly any ponytail now . I took a pic of all the hair on the floor, I was sick.... Would not advise anyone to go here. I have posted pics on my Facebook page. Guess you can’t post any here....if you have long hair ..... you won’t have when you leave !!!! Vicky you knew I was pissed and all you could say, it will be easier for you now to maintain... hope u enjoy that $47.00 that’s all you will ever get off me.... I gave u a one cause I had to..... terrible service ....

Sweet, nice hairdressers. However, I went to get my hair done for my wedding. Very simple style, just loose waves. I found it very discomforting that the stylist just used two or three light pumps of hairspray (no pre-styling mousse either) as if my fine hair would possibly hold the style for the remaining 7 hours until the ceremony. I had to apply tons more upon arriving home to feel better, and the style still fell fairly flat soon before the ceremony (though I also blame my own spray for that). As for my bridesmaid who also had her hair done with me, she asked for a simple wash and flat iron, but instead was given a very poofy, voluminous style by use of curling iron. She did mention to the stylist that it was not what she wanted, but the stylist insisted it would look great, so she allowed it. I suppose it wouldve been nice for someone elses tastes, but it wasnt what my bridesmaid wanted, and thus she washed it out upon coming home. Yes, she couldve insisted on not going forward with the style, but she wanted to avoid confrontation after having the style insisted upon. Overall, the stylists did a pretty job, but didnt really consider our needs (length of time until event and actual wants).

Glamorous salon with talented stylists! the salon is luxurious and the entire staff are all amazing! Linda Bos worked a miracle with my hair I am so happy with it! It glistens and I get so many complements on my hair. Michelle Goebel is also amazing ! Both of these ladies have many years combined experience which will ensure your satisfaction and leaving the salon feeling fabulous! I am so excited about the new changes to the salon these ladies know what it takes to keep their clients coming back and thats starts with personalization.and actually taking an interest in their clients and maintaining their clients beauty..You dont just show up for a cut or color you walk into a family oriented salon and sit down in a stylist chair with the garaunteee your beauty is their first priority. New exciting things are coming. Check them out you wont be disappointed. I enjoy the fact I can get cut, color, product, and make up all in one place! With my hectic career thats priceless for me! The salon is not just for women, with all the wonderful changes to the salon my husband has made the change to Linda Bos for his hair needs!
