First visit but most definitely not the last. They done an amazing job on my girls nails. We got the French tips for $33. Highly recommend this place to any and all women out there! Oh my gosh they had such an amazingly beautiful selection of designs and too many different colors to choose from. The one little lady that works here is amazing at what she does. Everytime I go there I have a design picked out and she does such an amazing job. I went there one time and didnt get a chance to pick a design out so I told her to just do whatever and she blew me away that day as well. Her hands are like magic. Im very picky about who does my nails...And this is 1 of the 2 places I go depending on where I had to be. I HIGHLY recommend Q-Nails in Elizabethton

The guy that I was dealing withLet two people skip me that didnt even have an apple appointment, then I ran to the restroom and was in there for 5 minutesAndHe let someone else take my spot after I told him I was going to the restroom. Then he lied and said that my kids went outside and I asked every customer in that store and they told me that my kids stayed in their seats.

Ive been going to these guys for about two years to get my acrylic nails done and Ive had an amazing experience every time. Not even COVID has knocked these guys customer service. Theyre always so sweet and the only people Ill ever go to to get my nails done. Ive never left unsatisfied!

They were the so kind and accommodating! My friends and I have tried many places to get our nails done, but until now we couldnt decide on one we liked. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to going back.

They need to update their service and provide different and more up to date designs if they are goin to charge 65$ for basic square acrylics.They need dip powered also and different charms and stuff..i walked in asking if they could do this design for me and they said they couldn’t, they only do basic nails .I highly NOT recommend.

No extras.... no acrylics.... no nail art....NOTHING! Standard pink fingernails and red toes, THATS IT! Then, they rushed thru because they had 3 waiting!!I will NEVER go there again .

I love Li and Jason! They always do a great job and super friendly. They have always done a great job with my child as well. Ive seen many people walk in shortly before closing and they do not turn them away. Li even hands out free beverages when she can. Her coffee is amazing lol. Sometimes that cam be slammed full so a wait is possible but they are worth it.

I could not figure out why this place had only a 3.5 star rating. The staff were friendly and courteous; their professionalism unparalleled. I had gone in for a pedicure with my friend, and while they werent able to seat me immediately, it wasnt long before they were able to work with me. During it, they ensured I was comfortable and even provided snacks and beverages. I wish I lived in the area, as I would almost certainly be a regular.

Terrible dont waste your money 30 bucks for just gel polish nothing else done looks like a toddler did it polish on cuticles plus she broke my nail then super glued it together

Lee and Jason are the best. They are not expensive and they do not rip people off. They speak perfectly fine English. I have been going to them for several years and i have never had a bad experience. The salon is very clean. They are busy at times, but that is because they have people who will only go to them ..Lee and Jason are wonderful people.

Dont go here! I went for a manicure, and the nail tech started using a sanding tool on my cuticles. I tolerated 3 cuticles to be sanded, and then I said OUCH. AND, my finger is BLEEDING. I told him theyve never done my nails like that before. In Hawaii, they normally soak my hands then push the cuticles and gently remove them by cutting. He said this is better you have plenty skin. I said no thank you and bye.

I have been going here for awhile and never seen them bring anything from a sterile package. Everything theyuse comes from a drawer and has been used on the person before you. Please pay attention to this because not only is Jason super rough but he drills off the cuticles instead of cutting them or pushing them back so it leaves your cuticles open for infection which is what just happened to me. I was on anti iotics for 2 weeks. I will never go back here. It could have been much worse.

Was ok the man did a great job on my nails but he ask the woman to do my polish change on feet it was horrible.first off I ask forgel did regular polish so I said no worries but it look like my granddaughter did it.but she was nice just it looked bad.man did a great job first time going there.great colors most shops dont have.my nail shop I normally go to was close I drove for 45 min so I went out my convert zone .I will try them again.

This is the poorest quality of work and unprofessional treatment ever had. The wait was 3 hours and then the rudeness and rough treatment was worse than poor. The charge was double what it was normally here. Dissatisfied with everything about this place even the bathroom was not clean or stocked. Beware if you plan on visiting take plenty of money with you also.👎😡

I went in today June 14,2020 for a fill in and a pedicure. I waited for an hour and a half to sit In the pedicure chair for 15 mins and the man to take my nails off because he said that they weren’t done right. This man sit there with the drill and etched to make them pop off, he said as hateful when I asked why he said I do for you...they were over priced. I will never come back here again and if you value your time and the way your nails look I wouldn’t come here either!

I am very displeased with the job the guy did on my nails. I wanted this light pink with a glitter accent nail. First of all, he did a poor job on the light pink itself. But when he started to put the glitter on, it’s was much brighter than I thought it would be and I told him that. He continued to paint them and I told him I didn’t like it. He says it will lighten up with he next coat, it didn’t. I told him again that I didn’t like it and he said he would put something on top to lighten it. I still wasn’t happy with it. Overall poor experience. I had to wait an hour to have a horrible job done on my nails.

Worst place EVER!!!!!!! THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! The lady got very violent when i asked her to file a sharp part of my nail. I waited for the police and the police said not the first time they have been called on these people!!!! They need to be shut down!

Came in to get just a set of acrylic nails, and they didnt even cut my cuticles back, or try to align the nails even. This is probably the worst place to get your nails done in jc. I highly recommend not going in!

Waited 1 and a half hours to be waited on and I understand they were busy so I didnt mind. When the nail tech began working on my nails with the drill he kept cutting into my skin causing it to bleed and pain. I was willing to push through it just to finish and leave. The tech then muttered something and got up and waited on another customer who just walked in. Only when I asked to pay for the polish removed did they acknowledge I was still waiting and offered to finish my fill-in. Please save your money and visit another salon!

When I got there I was rushed and no one else was there. The lady that attended me scrubbed my hands so hard with a rough, bristle brush and made my hands turn red and she splashed me with water. Afterwards I asked to pay for what she had done and leave but she continued my manicure and ignored me. After it was all done I realized I had a bruise on my hand. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I do not prefer to post publicly about a business poorly but I walked into this establishment today to get my nails done and they did not explain to me that I would have to wait for over an hour and a half. While trying to be patient, I continue to sit there and watch another employee come in and sit down in the back for the hour and do nothing. Once sat, I then explained to the lady what I would like to have done showed her a picture and picked out the colors that I wanted it done with. Once we got to the end where I asked her to make the designs she told me that she could not do it. So I pretty much just paid someone to do my nails in a design that I did not ask for and I clearly communicated at the beginning.

Amazing service and amazing quality for a great price. Very nice people. I absolutely love my nails.

Would leave zero stars if possible. WORST establishment Ive ever stepped foot in. New to the area and seen a few negative reviews accompanied by a lot of positive ones. With it being a holiday it was one of the only places open later in the evening so I figured Id give them a try. I originally went in for a fill-in and upon filing them down the man explained that I would need a new set due to them not being able to stay on properly and to prevent them falling off. He removed my old acrylics VERY harshly causing me a lot of pain and damaging my nail severely. 5 hours later and my nail beds still hurt...Will not be able to have acrylics for a very long time, long lasting damage that will take months to repair and in the end STILL made me pay for a bad job and a lot of pain after expressing I was not happy. DONT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Beware the OPI nail polish with the silver tops! They want $3 extra to use it claiming it lasts longer! It is great but you can get this same polish for $8 and under. I took my own bottle and was STILL charged $3 extra for a fill! Why not just raise prices instead of using such a stupid method of raising prices? Also their English is terrible. They need to learn the culture and language better.

This place is the absolute BEST!

I had my nails done for the first time in years at another salon in JC. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the other salons work (too thick, not shaped correctly, tips not glued all the way down at the top of my nail, lifted really soon after put on). I was hoping to find a different experience here, and I totally did. This salon is not super frilly and modern, dont let that fool you. They are clean and very good at what they do. They were extremely hospitable and listened to my concerns without judgement or negativity towards the other salon. They offered me 2 solutions and I chose to have the set I was unhappy with removed and a new set applied. They are perfect and beautiful and everything that one would expect when paying for such a service. They were gentle, thorough and had great attention to detail. The best part is even though they were busy, they did not rush and they did not make mistakes. I have found my new nail salon!!!

It’s 8:51am and they are closed. I drove 45 mins to get here because they are the only salon that opens this early. Ive been coming to Q Nails for over a decade. I will never come back.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. No price list for anything posted. Wouldnt talk to me about prices until My turn. Looked up qnails online,found price list, said full set acrylic $27. Thought fair enough. Waited hour and a half, then they priced me set for $45. Acted like they couldnt speak good English

Waited almost 2 hours before I finally left. There were only two people having their nails done when I got there. After 15 minutes one person paid and left. 45 minutes later the lady told me to pick a color and have a seat. Another 45 minutes later a lady came in for a pedicure and they put her in a chair. They started on her pedicure while completely ignoring me. I got up and walked out. They didnt say one word to me as I left. Horrible customer service.

Had Gel pedi/Mani. First customer there on a Saturday morning, they got busy very quickly and the owners rushed through and did a terrible job. One week out, and I have SIX gel nails that have cracked and broken. I have had gel nails for years and never had gel polish break/crack after only a week. For this to happen on SIX nails, it was obviously an error on the part of the nail tech! I will never go back! Huge waste of $100.

My daughter and I went for pedicures for her 15th birthday. Staff was very polite and we enjoyed the experience.

Went in at 730, yes i know they close at 9. there was NO ONE INFRONT OF ME AND MY FRIEND but it still took til past 9. AND HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 35$ and CHARGED 45$ OFF MY CARD.!!!!! IVE TRIED TO CALL TODAY AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE.! AND ON TOP OF THAT MY NAILS ARENT THE SAME SIZE AND TWO OF THEM ARE CROOKED.

Good hours, but mediocre work unless you want gels or acrylic nails, which they are pretty pushy about. I got a basic manicure and the female technician would not trim my cuticles or thick skin around my fingernails stating it was unhealthy. I could have saved $15 by filing and painting my nails at home myself! Not to mention there were bubbles in the dry polish and a few places where the polish did not cover the nail completely and looked like an obvious mistake. And finally the inability to communicate with the technician due to her extremely limited English made it impossible and frustrating. I wont go back!

I went to Q Nails on Sunday. Their doors showed store hours from 10am to 8pm. However, upon arrival, they were closed. Unprofessional practices.=( Wish I could have had a better opportunity to leave a good review, but when you arent open when you are supposed to be and there is no explanation on the door as to why, it leaves me no choice but to give a poor review.

Horrible! This is the worst nail place in the tri cities my nail shop was closed so I decided to try somethin new and was in a rush to get my nails done and it looked horrible. As soon as I got home I had to take them off. This guy does not know how to do nails. It looked cheap and like a person learning how to do nails for the 1st time. Worst experience ever

After 2 bad experiences at anther nail plc, I decided to try Q-nails. I went in for a fill in and came out with a brand new full set. I was not happy about that cuz it was twice as much. HOWEVER the man who did them was more concerned about the quality of his work then the time I took up. He made them go from looking horrid to beautiful. looking at my nails now Im so glad he did. Q nails truly cares about the client

These ppl are amazing. I love there kidness and amazing work they do. I swear these people go above and beyond to make things great. The reason i gave 4 stars was because their pricing is a little high. I believe $45.00 for gel is crazy and 32.00 for shellac. Thats not too bad. but nearly 30.00 for a fill in for gel is crazy. Anyways they are very nice people and they do things to make ur nails look really well that ive never had other nail shops do. I forgot what a good manicure looks like. Great ppl!!!

I’ve got to say, this has got to be the WORST service I have ever had at a nail salon. I showed the male nail tech my picture I wanted my nails to look like and he said you want ombré? I told him yes and I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes (at this point I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and they wasn’t even busy) he then finally sat down in front of me and asked to see the picture again and told me he didn’t have the stuff to do that. WHY DIDN’T HE TELL ME THAT THE FIRST TIME HE SEEN THE PICTURE? I was LIVID, all I knew to do was get up and walk out before I snapped. All I know to tell you is to stay away from this place because I have never felt more worked up at a place that’s supposed to be relaxing. All they did was waste my time. Save your money and go somewhere that they can actually do something that requires you getting what you actually want.

Went I formy 1st visit & was very specific as to what I wanted & even had an example too show them. I needed 1 repair which ended up not looking n e thing Like my other 9 nails. They quoted me 1 price when starting but when it was finished they had raise three price another $10. I told them I had it priced b4 so I would know if I had enough money or not & I did but didnt when they were finished. They took advantage of me. I had my infant daughter with me & she had the nerve to try & take her n her carseat away from me to prevent me from leaving bcuz I tried to walk out only paying the original agreed upon price. They blocked my exit & threatened to call the cops. I have them the last 10 I had just to get out of there. They speak very little English & I believe the language barrier is the problem. She tried gas lighting me by telling me I didnt ask for what I know I did. Off u r not an established customer here I do not recommed this salon. She might have actuallyunderstood what I was asking for if she wasnt on her cell phone the whole time I was explaining what I was wanting. Horrible people, I left crying my eyes out. Overwhelmingly horrible experience. Never going back there again, ever.

This is the best place Ive gone to simply because they go out of their way to make me happy. Theyve stayed open late just for me and even fed me egg rolls and ice cream!
