Loved my manicure. Tina did a great job and only a very short wait.

I am really just astonished by my time at Naturally Nails today. I had a women who was just cold and mean, which is fine I did not want to chit chat anyways. But midway through my dip powder she drilled through the middle of my finger nail down to the bed. I cursed and cried and it hurt. She tried to just add nail polish on top it, fill it in.. I made her take off the dip already on and 1) fix it correctly 2) lets look at it. She injured me seriously. And just worked as fast as she could to finish and get me out of there. Not once did she say sorry. She asked if the shape was fine, she didnt even file that nail cause she knew it would hurt. I told her no I am not okay you just injured me seriously it is not okay. Other staff came and looked and just walked away quick. Everyone started going to the back.I did not make a fuss, I did not ask for manager or complain. I just wanted some human decency and empathy.Needless to say, I will be growing out this injured, half chunk of nail missing for like 3-4 months to come. So I will NOT be back. Was not okay, professional, or remotely fine.

Was my first time going to this place today and it was pleasant. Staff was quiet, but still very nice. The guy who did my nails took his time on my nails and they came out beautifully. Comfortable and clean, would go again.

This is the fourth time I have been there. I am sold on Naturally Nails. My nails look great and they dont chip or peel. They are the best I have found. I want have to keep my nails and feet done often. Thank you to all!🙂

I had used this salon 2 times prior and was pleased with their services. Today I signed in and the guy acknowledged I was there and gave me the sample colors to pick from and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. 6 people came in after me and they didnt have an appointment and were going to wait too. After waiting 25 minutes he came over to me and told me they couldnt do my nails today and Id have to come back another day.

I have gotten a lavender pedicure each time I went to Naturally Nails and gotten decent service this time I paid 65 dollars to not even get my feet attended to correctly and not get the usually foot and leg rub for 20 minutes! I got my leg and foot rubbed done for 5 minutes and I got the hot stone massage on only one of my legs... I’m highly disappointed in this business for charging me 65 dollars to get a normal pedicure when I paid for an upgraded one! Shame on this company I don’t recommend this business and on top of that they are very unprofessional and rude!

Nail tech was awesome....they have different levels for manicures and pedicures that come with massages of some kind. There are lots of people working here....we were here on a Saturday and it was busy.....not as busy during the week

I paid $25 for a pedicure and its already chipping after 2 weeks! The man barely massaged my legs, and the bottom of my feet still feel like sandpaper. Ive had pedicures for cheaper with a much better experience and longer lasting nails.

Overpriced! I went there to get my 4 yr old daughters nails painted with regular polish and my acrylic nails repainted from regular polish to gel because I didn’t like how they looked and they charged me $42!!! Just for a color change and a nail painting for a child!

I decided to go to this salon due to a very bad experience at a salon in the area. I have heard nothing but great things about this salon. I had an amazing experience. This salon is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Alice was the one who did my nails and she did a fantastic job. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and they were. Very professional and clean.

The nail salon is very clean and bright. On time and professional. I had a pedicure and it looks great. I was drying my tootsies in less than a half hour so its quick.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and here for a pedicure. I came with a friend. My pedicure got done and I’m sitting next to her waiting for her manicure to be done. There are 8 other spots open for manicures. A new person walked in and they made me get up and go wait outside so they could sit this new customer in the seat I was sitting in, despite the fact that there are 8 other seats they could seat her in. I think this is absurdly rude to do to any paying customer, let alone someone who is so clearly pregnant. I am livid. Will never ever ever be back.

Favorite place to get my nails done!!

Ive used their services twice now. The 1st time was a manicure and pedicure complete with massage. My first time getting dips for my fingernails and I loved it. They matched the polish with my gown perfectly and the dips lasted a month until I finally gave in to have them remove it and try a new color. The nail grows of course and by a month it was getting pretty far from the cuticle. I actually had them trim my nails the 2nd time before dipping. Henry was pleasant and did a great job. As for the pedicure on my first visit I was less than happy with the final results. If you looked close it looked like a painted project with 2 uneven layers. I think too much oil was used and no drying time. A young girl did the pedicure and did not communicate well. Possible language barrier? The pedicure stations all have massage chairs. I do like the salon and will keep going for the dips. Free parking and walk-ins are welcome.

Does not do acrylic. Charged $60 for gel and additional $5 for tips. For my nails to pop off a week later. Pedicure was 10mins MAX. Do not recommend.

I came in a 10am for a full gel set and pedicure! They told me it was $60 for gel set 😳 and $45 for a gel pedicure! Figured I would be done no later than 11:45 based on my regular salon Nail Trix who are still closed due to covid! The lady took an hour and fifteen minutes to do a pedicure and literally scrubbed my feet for about two minutes😡 did my eyebrows and bye that time it was 11:45! I told nail lady I have to be done bye 12! She let me know there is no way she would have my nails done bye then! I mean obviously!, so I just payed for my feet and eyebrows and left! They take way to long for two minute pedi! And WAYYYY overpriced!

I brought my daughter and daughter in law in for pedicures as well as myself. I had a girl named Lisa who gave me a wonderful pedicure and leg massage. We all started at the same time and the men who were doing the pedicures on my daughters were done at least 10 minutes before me. They acted like they would rather be anywhere but where they were. They barely massaged the legs and their shoulder massage was the same detached manner. I had talked my daughter into coming here instead of her usual place and it is safe to say she will not be coming back here. I am undecided. I have come here several times and there definitely is a difference in service depending on which tech you get. I will be requesting Lisa in the future. My next pedicure will be trying my daughters favorite spot. On a better note. The place is bright and clean.

I have been a customer here for over a year. I am a nurse, and the reason I started coming here is because this is the only nail salon Ive seen with an autoclave. They have always been extremely clean and even more so now with COVID. They even take your temperature.

I was so excited to try some place new. Nice atmosphere and clean.I picked out two colors for my pedicure. One solid color and one sparkly color. I wanted two toes to have the sparkle. I was told it was going to be an additional $20 for those two toes. I said never mind that was ridiculous. They buffed my feet but did a very poor job I asked him repeatedly to do a better job because they were still very rough. I was told if I wanted more done it would be an additional $10. I said that is ridiculous anywhere else I go they get your feet soft and smooth.I was very disappointed and will not go back. I will be letting friends know.

Clean and quick for the most part. I think some of the staff could pay a bit more attention to the fit and finish of work. Also, they should pay better attention to other order in which customers are served. I do think they have a cookie bias based on observation today. I hope Im wrong but today it didnt seem so.

Fantastic Experience!! Made an appt ahead of time..got right in. Green Tea Spa Pedicure was incredible. The hot stone and back massage were such a treat! I cant wait to go back!

It’s a very nice place and clean. However, the woman I had named Lisa was a piece of work. She didn’t speak and did the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. She started tapping my calf’s every time she needed for me to put my foot in or out the water. My manicure was missing polish on the edge of the nail. It was a rushed job to get me out the door. I would NOT recommend her services. Next time I’ll go someone else or go someplace else all together.

It does smell like most nail salons. They do a great job and are really good with my 8y.o. daughter. I love the massage while your nails dry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the gel nails, and a pedicure. The pedicure was terrible. The gel nails, were lifting and had bubbles under the base of the nails after four days... I did call them they had me come in and fixed them for free. (Of course, I wouldn’t have paid them anyway). The same thing began happening just two days later... they are extremely over priced!! I mean 65 for nails and 35 for a pedicure which I had a terrible experience with both...ugh lost my business..

I went in 10 minutes before 2 young women who also didnt have appt and was told around 10.min wait. No problem. 5 minutes later they took both the young women even though I had been waiting longer. When I asked the manager why they were taken 1st he scoffed and said 5 minutes more for you. I said no minute wait and you just lost a customer.

For the most part, its a good nail salon. Techs arent very friendly but most of them do a nice job. Samantha has been the most competent consistently. They are a bit pricey also.

Worst pedicure i have ever had. Only positive thing i have to say is theyre clean. Go to Dashing Queen on the Vestal Parkway for perfect manicure and pedicure and extremely clean. This place is a joke for a pedicure, i only keep going because i have a gift card i have to use. Go to Dashing Queen!!! Youll have the best service and best results!!! Dont waste your time here!!!

Got my nails done a few months back for a wedding as a walk in. Simple black acrylics. They were a mess. Tons of acrylic mold was left under the finger nail potion that presses into my skin. I spent a few hours at home after fixing them myself so they looked decent. The manicurist made rude comments about the kind of nails I chose to have her do. I havent gone back since and dont plan to. Hopefully this was just a bad day for that specific employee and not their regular work.

I normally go to panda to have my nails done. Tonight I decided to give someone else a try. That was my mistake. The nails were longer than I wanted and the girl got upset when I asked her to shorten them. Theyre also a lot thicker than I wanted. The atmosphere was good the massage was good. Clean facility. I will keep going as long as panda is available.

The clothing isnt high quality but its reasonably priced for trends.

This business gets only one star because yesterday ( 1/11/19) while I was getting my nails done the t.v screens above me had x rated movies playing. I was sickened. When I told the owner he didnt care that I was sickened. Imagine if a mom wants to take her daughter to get her nails done! If youre into pornography this is the place to get your nails done, if youre not there are many other good places to go to get nails done in the area.

They are very good, but it feels rushed. Even with an appointment, you wait, and I asked for 2 10 minute chair massages ahead of time on the phone and they were too busy to accommodate that. Once, several months ago, two of the technicians seemed to be complaining about our 5.00 tip on the 25.00 pedi we received. It was nice early in the start of the business, not as much now.

This is the place to go! Everything is sterilized and individually packaged and brand new for you to be at peace of mind! By far the cleanest most hygienic nail salon Ive ever been to.

I spent 60$ on a full set for everyone of my nails to pop off, even before the one week mark. Literally worst nail quality! Soo done with this place!

Used to be my favorite place to go when they first opened but it has gone really downhill. They do a sloppy job on manicures and they do a horrible job on pedicures. Not to mention all you hear the whole time is beepers going off.

First time going to this nail salon and overall i was very satisfied with what you get vs the price. The pedicure i got was very nice and made a great improvement along with the manicure. The lady that did the service was very nice and treated me with respect even thought i was a gentleman. The only thing i would say is weird is their was a lady getting a back massage while i was there and they were using a plastic trash can liner for the hands... little weird and rather annoying to hear crinkling sounds.The one thing i noticed about this nail salon is when i was there it did not have the overwhelming smell of nail polish remover. The salon is also equipped with a tv to watch which was really nice. Alot of stations for nails and pedicures also.

They do magic, my feet are horrible after 10 years in the army. A few times a year here and good as new each visit

Our pedicures were terrible . Basically a toe nail clipping . Spent less then 2 minutes on both feet scrubbing dead skin . We will not be back !

My daughter and 3 girlfriends called ahead to arrange for mani/pedis & a set of nails in preparation for prom. It is an exciting time and a big deal for these girls. As the other girls were getting their manicures done my daughter was told that they were out of time and could not accommodate her with her request for a set of acrylic nails. The girls had arrived at the salon around 6 pm and she was told this at 7 pm. It seems the salon closes at 7:30 pm. Needless to say she was devasted. I am truly disappointed that this situation-especially being in preparation for a special event-was handled with such insensitivity after once again calling ahead to make these arrangements.

This place is great! Today was my first time there, I got an SNS powdered gel manicure. I called ahead of time to make an appt. just to make sure I would get in. As soon as i got there i got right in. A lot of people came in after me that didnt have appts and got right in also! They are overall great. Very nice, very clean, and very time efficient! I got my old nails soaked off and a new set and was out of there in 45-50 mins. They use new/sterile supplies with every new client. The overall atmosphere is wonderful and their whole shop is decorated so nice and up to date and so clean! I will definitely be back again!
