Always clean, thorough and timely with my pedicures! My go to.

The guy that took care of my mani and pedi was pushy on gel. My nails have gotten very brittle because of gel manicures. I got a regular mani and pedi. When it was time to dry my nails, I messed up the toes trying to pull down my pants, which most places do for you as a courtesy. He basically scolded me for messing up my nails and again, saying how I should of gotten a gel service instead. Not ever going back!

Went there for the first time this week. Very happy with my pedicure. Will be going back this week for a manicure and eyebrow waxing.

Always a wonderful experience. Good hard workers. Love the owner. Only down fall is there isnt alot of workers.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was dirty, the woman performing the service was rude. I asked for a simple snake design & got something resembling a sperm. When I showed the woman the picture at the beginning, she said she had it memorized & proceeded to do the wrong thing THEN talk about me to the other workers when I mentioned it politely to her. If I could’ve given this experience zero stars, I would.

Never again! Terrible! Hateful and all three employees were arguing and yelling at each. I assume over tips! I paid for classic ($35) and got one coat of polish. My manicure was even worse. Stay away.

I have been going to this nail place for about a year. The owner was very rude to me when I requested my nails be clipped short. He then started to talk about me the requests i made to the other people working there. Every time he does my nails he either rushes and my nails come out messy. The place looks like it has not been cleaned in months. Will not go back and I do not recommend them!

I am a spa and salon owner however, we don’t do manicures and pedicures. I refer this place to all my clients because they have THE BEST pedicures in town. If you haven’t received their deluxe pedicure, you are missing out!!! I’m so relaxed when I leave, I feel as though I’ve had a full body massage! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been here a few times, staff is always very friendly and their work is beautiful with a reasonable price. John did my nails this time and I’ll be sure to ask for him again, as he was very patient and attentive to what I was asking for.

My daughter (8) and I get pedicures done here about once per month. They are always very good with her, and even paint her fingernails to match her toes. Today they also put designs on her nails! They are always very welcoming and friendly, and the paint lasts a good while.

Worst nail salon I have been to in the area. The workers are incredibly rude and do a very poor job. Will never return and will advise others to avoid at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.

This place was amazing. They worked me in past closing and did an amazing job. The owner I believe, really took his time to make sure he did my nails right and safely. Very sweet man and very clean salon.

3 days my gel nails broke and chipped away. Awful service, I wanted a simple pointed design, had to ask the woman 3 times nicely before someone else came over and helped me explain I wanted the design on more than just one finger. I was so stressed out after trying not to cause a scene and having 3 nail people there, one of them the owner that I just ran out as fast as possible when done. $40 and a $10 tip (because Im a server and I hated being so much trouble) and 3 days later my nails are a mess I am upset and just wanted my money back so I can try again somewhere else... after running out of there I forgot to get a receipt, when I went back he said they only charged $30 and can only give me $15 because of supplies. The owner was very unpleasant and talked to my bf who drove me instead of me about how sometimes things dont work out Im sorry but its not my fault they wasted supplies on a bad nail job. However it is my fault I didnt get a receipt so all I can do is warn you not to waste your time (btw, I spent 2 and a half hours there getting this done) and or money on a place that doesnt respect you.

Back-to-school rush on Sunday afternoon had my niece and me scrambling to find ANY salon that could serve us with less than a 1-hour wait! When called, Sapphire indicated they could accommodate us. Though we had some wait-time on the front end, our TOTAL time in the salon was only 1 hour, and we are both thrilled with our manicures! Friendly staff, and only 15 min. from home! We will DEFINITELY go back!!! Thank you for saving us, Sapphire Nails!

First time here and everyone was super nice. Holly 💅 nail tech did a great job.

First pedi since quarantine and I’m not at all happy with results. I paid extra for the “Classic” pedi and it was done in a very quick manner with barely any attention paid to heels and my cuticles weren’t touched. Rip off

I went in on Friday and got a gel manicure (from the owner, which seemed very rushed) by Monday the color changed from pink to orange on every one of my nails. I called 4 days after having them done and the owner told me to come back in and he would fix them. I came back in to have them fixed and he tried to tell me the color changed from using cleaning supplies?? (I’m 8 months pregnant, so I haven’t been using cleaning supplies) he told me I would have to pay to have them done again. I am so disappointed with the service, and he could have told me on the phone not to waste my time by coming back in. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this place and I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. Unfortunately it being so close to home and convenient won...but I won’t be back and I won’t dare refer anyone.

I went in ask for full Set with gel polish not exactly the color I wanted. Wanted them darker and ask for coffin shape got square. Nails are two big for my nail beds. Pinky is crooked came out and left hand was tacky and two Nailsstreaked. Owner seamed very rushed . he got mad cause my thunbed flinged back cause he was putting so much pressure on my thumb and burying his nail in my skin.that it messed up the acrylic he was brushing on. Needless to say first time going there. And wont reture

Second time there and my daughters and I are so blown away by them! Incredibly kind, great work, fast but attentive and a great assortment of colors and styles!!! Cant beat the price for the overall experience 😊. Hands down our new nail spot!!!! Thank you Sapphire Nails for being awesome!!!!!

Had a hard time finding a nail salon open right after quarantine, was skeptical of going somewhere new as my usual place was still closed but I was very impressed everything was clean and nice, staff was very friendly, I was there less than an hour getting a manicure Which I loved all for a great price!! For sure going back!!

I always come back to Sapphire Nails Spa regardless of all the places nearby me because they do so great for such an affordable price. My nails never break EVER from here and Ive had acrylics on for 2 yrs now. Its unfortunate that her nails broke but if theyre continuously breaking that much it may be from the person and not the employee? Just some insight for prospective customers because trust me you wont want to go anywhere else!!

I first came here in search of a new place for my nails. I have always had thin brittle nails by nature. John works wonders. I love this place. I won’t go anywhere else. They really take pride in making the customer happy and listen to what you want.

I wanted to find something closer to home and work and found this PLACE. They were very rigorous in nails job. They are very creative with their work as well. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else. And I was really HAPPY.

Got a full set of acrylics awhile ago and was very unhappy. The women were super nice but my nails were just not great. They were crooked and bumpy and really uneven in some places. Again I enjoyed the workers and felt it was a good atmosphere but left very unpleased with my nails.

The first nail salon place I have been to and actually feel comfortable in it. The nail techs here are nice, patient and professional. Also, their prices are amazing!

Perfect place to relax and staff pays attention to small details. Massage chairs are so relaxing and the deluxe pedicure with leg massage is wonderful.

The location beside McAlisters is the one I used. I had a pedicure and my daughter had a fill in. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend. Reasonable prices very friendly and clean.

It was close to home but my experience was the worst ! He left gel color on the edges of my nails and the gel color I chose didn’t turn out right at all. $30 for a fill in and gel color was a waste of money. Have to go get my regular nail tech to fix my nails right.

Had a pedi and had to have the nail technician redo the polish because it was bubbly. the lady “fixed” it but when I left I found that my toenails were still messed up. Won’t go back.

Horrible experience. This was my third time in for a fill in the other two times were great but this time he was just rushing not listening to what the customer asked for. Got upset because I didnt want the product he kept trying to sell me. Ending up with the total opposite of what I asked for never once apologized for what he did, he acted like that was what I asked for. Also got upset because I was shaking and said I need to relax and hold still, which I could not help.The guy is so unprofessional and not friendly at all. Go else where for your nails and make sure you when you tell them what you want you get it.

Worse place to go. The owner rushed on my nails. Didnt even let the old gel polish soak off and didnt even file or do cuticles on all my nails . He didnt paint one of my nails because he made me bleed . My nail is now infected. One my nails was messed up where he hurried and blamed it on me .started yelling at me and being rude..i wanted to leave. Horrible place and business. Nails arnt all painted and already chipping after a day and you ask him to fix it he gets someone else and screams at you..Definitely wont be back. I dont see how they stay in business..

Salon is under new ownership called Sapphire Nails. New owner, John, takes in every customer but then you wait. He is also very rude. It took me and my daughter 3 hours to get finished. He is not accommodating at all. Prices are very expensive in comparison. We will not be going back. Ive been a customer there for over a year.

Came here for an appointment at 10:30 and nobody is here? This place opens at 9:30... Also my girlfriend was charged 16 dollars extra while not being told what she is being charged.

I have went to sapphire nails twice in which both times they have changed the color from the color I originally decided on. I am absolutely disappointed in the way my nails look and i WILL NOT be visiting again for ANY service.

Horrible service!! Do not go here!! Lady that done my pedi and mani tried to charge me $18 exrra for a regular mani!!. Plus she did not clip my ingrown toenails, and when it came to the mani she just globbed on the acrylic and let it drip, brushed it all under my nails, and missed completely around my nails! The owner wanted to charge me $10 extra for gel polish! Rediculous! They all sat and talked about me complaining right in front of my face, then charged me 60 for a basic pedi that wasnt even done good, and a mani that hurt. Left broke, crying with my nails bleeding, and the owner didnt even care.

This nail salon is officially the most unprofessional and least capable salon in the Tri-Cities for nails. As a professional I gave it a try for a basic mens manicure and pedicure. The nail tech literally answered her phone and facetimes a total of 13 times the hour I was in the salon. She was facetiming her 19 year old daughter and having full blown 3-5 minute conversations, leaning over and pulling my arms to accommodate her position so she could FaceTime. What?!?!?! Because the nail tech is an actual customer of mine, the salon was closing, and the owner had observed this behavior, I allowed her to finish what she thought was a good manicure and pedicure, I paid the $54.00, tipped $5(just because its the admirable thing to do), gave the tech the courtesy that she seemed to be in a situation and condition she couldnt manage, and I left. I visited the following day to ask the owner to rectify the situation and she said no time....but that she understood and knows the tech was horrible but would fix it. Ive been back 3xs to find them not open during business hours and called just to find out the number on the door has been disconnected. Im currently sitting here tonight, at 7:31pm(been here since 6:45pm) as she(the owner) talks to two other clients about me, and upon returning from McCallisters where I got a drink, one of the clients sees me and says oh no, hes back.As one of the clients left, I apologized if I seemed rude when I came in and she assured me she understood and thats shes had her own problems to deal with here.Im going to sit here and wait, but know Ill never recommend, nor return to this salon for no amount of money. Take your business elsewhere, because its not appreciated at TrueNails by SunTan City.(This is a local chain and my experience was by the mall, beside Sun Tan City)
