Very friendly, did a wonderful job on my nails. i’ve been to so many nail places in the area and this is by far the best one i have ever been too.

I went in with a simple Halloween nail idea And walked out with square nails from the 2 thousands with one bed its with 1 bat on the ring finger because when I said I wanted more designs I was told no and I was also told the shape I needed Im so tired of going into nail salons and not getting what I want 😑

10 out of 10 do not recommend. The work was not quality. My nails ended up all different lengths, the dip powder was not even and the girl made it seem like I was the inconvenience when I pointed something out to fix. I will not be going back.

My friend came to get her nails done and she had someone specific she wanted to do her nails and the lady told her to wait 30 mins and when we came back she said she can’t do it. Mind you she could of let us know and someone else could of have done it, instead of wasting her time. Instead while we were upset and worried because we had somewhere to go that night, they were laughing with no care . However, we shook it off and was like maybe things will be different if we go again. The next time we went she wanted a gel pedicure with acrylic on the big foot, the lady that was doing them made the nail crooked my friend asked nicely and insisted that she fix it, instead she got upset. Also she wanted a specific person to do her nails and the man there lied and told her that she was on vacation, then an hour later she comes walking in and tells her that she has to pay for the pedicure that was not done correctly, mind you again this is the lady that was supposedly on vacation that just got there, so she does not know what is going my on and they also attempted to use regular nail polish when she wanted gel So that way she had no choice but to pay them. Lastly, the lady that my friend goes to and always gives her good reviews and send other people to her including myself tells hers not to come back again and that she will not do her nails. They are just rude and talk about people and laugh at serious situations . Your customers should leave happy not upset and worried about the next nail salon to go to. Just because you have great clientele and plenty of customers basically the whole Binghamton, that does not mean that you can treat customers that way. I’m writing this for my friend because I don’t know if she will and I know it really bothered her and the fact it happened twice to her.

The nail art is unsurpassed, If youre looking for nails that make a statement this is the place to go from a basic color to an Amazing work of art they will not disappoint

Honestly it’s the worst there is, I should have read the reviews..they go super fast my nails are different shapes then what I wanted they made me bleed with the drill I have deep “cuts” on my fingers now, They changed the price when it was time to pay.. they were rude very unprofessional and money hungry

My girlfriend went to get a full set of acrylic nails. The special upon entry was 25 for a full set. She was specific on what she wanted done for her nails as far as length and style. An older man was doing her nails, and acknowledges her requests. As the man proceeded to do my girlfriends nails she stated again the shape she desired. The man filed and drilled her nails and told her to wash her hands. When my girlfriend got back to the nail station she mentioned how underneath her nails were bulky with acrylic and unevenness. The man quickly cleaned under her nails and painted them. The paint job was uneven, and too sheer and the man had missed some spots . My girlfriend left unhappy with the shape, and quality of her service, and had to go to a different salon to get a new set.

Second visit, relaxing,friendly staff. Did excellent job on my pedicure.

Me and my friend went in hoping to get out nails done and we were both rushed and my friends nails were clumpy and the nail just was not formed the way she had asked for. they were very aggressive with our hands. twisting and turning and yanking our hands. rude comments. never going back.

Waited over an hour without being notified there was still 10+ people ahead of me. So I would’ve had to wait another 1-2 hours before it was my turn... if I knew there was that many people ahead of me I wouldn’t have waited an hour to begin with.

My 17 year old daughter got her nails filled and got regular nail polish. This is always $15. But today when she got them done the women charged her $20.00. When she came home and told me the increase in her price... I decided to call and ask how much a fill and regular polish would be. Her answer to me was For you... $18. SO.... be sure you ask them what they are going to charge YOU personally for a fill. Im thinking It depends on how old you are and if they are able to take advantage of you. Shame on them!!!!!!

Would give it less than one star. I guess the star gives them credit for having a functioning storefront and existing. We (a group of four) went in because it appeared they had zero customers and we wanted to avoid the wait. The staff were very short and weirdly aggressive. Other customers came in just as we got started and the staff said it would be a ten minute wait for them. I thought they were saying that to keep the new customers there Nope. I, and my friends got the fastest, cheapest manicures Ive ever seen. One friend told the technician that her nail design was crooked and the technician argued and said which one? and my friend replied all of them only to get a snarky response. Not only are the staff rude and unprofessional but they dont allow you to tip using a card, so if you happen to not have cash, youre out of luck, and the staff makes a point of announcing that you cant tip. We all left laughing at your ridiculous the experience was. Definitely would not go back.

Felt very rushed even tho I made an appointment. I went in and I didn’t like the length of one of my nail and they blamed it on my nail bed (debatable). They made me bleed three times and some of nails are crooked now. However I called them and asked if they could re fix it and they said it’s fine and I walk in.. they were very rude just because I wanted one nail fixed. I didn’t get a welcoming experience. And to put it all together for the amount of money I paid for the outcome. Not worth every penny. They’re over priced with rudeness and quality was bad.

I brought my daughter for a mani-pedi for a special occasion. Pedicure was nice but we noticed that the tools had not been sterilized properly. The manicures were very rushed as more people came in after they told them it would be about a 10 minute wait. The workers never asked what shape we wanted. Polish came off within 1 day as they did not give top coat on my daughters nails. We were rushed to a drying area and were given no information on how long to stay there. We will not be returning.

I love how my nails turned out today. She repaired one of them and changed the shape of them all. The nail polish color is perfect.

I was a loyal customer for YEARS. The last 6 months their service has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. Trying to pressure me into services i did not want, or need and twice,the quality of Services, sent me to different nail salons to fix the mess they made, with in the last 6 weeks. Done. Too many other Salons with quality service.

Ive been several times now and Ive moved my chosen nail salon from regal nails to them because theyre a little more my style. And I took my mother for her birthday pedicure and she LOVED it. Especially one super nice female employee who speaks English to us and is super helpful and sweet.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went in to get my eyebrows done and although they are shaped rather nicely, I have a horrible bumps on my eyebrows from what I can only assume is unclean tools used to wax my eyebrows. Not only did the woman who did them absolutely rip my hairs out, she left a bald spot in the middle of the right one. I now have painful blisters under my eyebrows. I will not be returning.

My trip to nail Trix was incredibly uncalled for. I got cut twice and then once they were noted I got cut, became very careless. Was on the phone and talking to other employees the whole time. Do not recommend. My nails are horrible. Weirdly shaped the ends are sharp, have nail polish on my skin.

I was asked to pay 8$ to get one nail fixed, my nails are pretty long but I have been to almost every salon in the area and Ive never had to pay more then 5$. Also I have coffin shape nails and almost every time they do the shape its uneven and I have to go back and fix it! Would not recommend to anyone who doesnt have simple nails.

I took my friend out for pedicures for her Birthday. Luckily the girl she had did a good job, and her toes left looking neat and polished. Unfortunately, I wasnt as lucky. The man who did mine didnt speak a word to me for starters, just hand motions. Then when I was done I was rushed to the drying station and rushed to pay. It wasnt until I was at the drying station that I noticed he got paint all over my skin. I wouldnt have paid $25 if I wanted it to look like a five year old did it. Then when I asked for them to fix it they had a hard time understanding what I wanted and they acted annoyed with me. Once I left the nail polish was only on my nails. for the most part at least. Next time we will deal with the long wait at Fashion Nails instead.

I have gone many times, they NEVER turn out good, the nails come out crooked and paint chips in hours lierally, also the nails are all different lengths and ahapes! No matter who does them they ALWAYS turn out bad!

I usually get sns and this is the first day time i have been here .. and i must say worst ever.. i got my nails done Saturday and today is Monday and already broke two nails 🤦🏽‍♀️ .. they may be good for acrylic or gel polish, but sns i do not recommend! I will continue to go to VIP in vestal.. i wish i could show a picture of how horrible they looked

The woman that did my nails were really nice and sweet, but the actual job that was done I was very disappointed. I wanted square ends and instead I got these really wide and very very very thick acrylic nails. The color was very pretty but the price I paid for for gel and a relic I think is very unreasonable compared to the nail job that I was given. I will never go there again.

Unimpressed by the service given. As usual u sit there getting ur nails done n the workers talk about u to each other. So rude. When will they realise that we the customers cannot understand what they r saying about us, but we know that its pure gossip. Not terribly professional.

I have gone here for a long time. They are very friendly and professional. I only go once or twice in the summer...they always remember me and greet me with a smile. Very clean. I wouldnt go anywhere else.!!

Not the best place but the only 1s who touch my nails are Britney and Haliya (which I believe isnt there anymore) but Britney is and she is really good. She is the only 1 who touches my eyebrows as well. Ive had bad experiences with almost everyone else except Tina.

I went there with my best friend last week to get our nails done. It hasnt been a full week and the paint is very dull and wiping away. On of the guys was on the phone the entire time. We were rushed to pay as well. And a week before that, we went there to get our toes done. And i didnt stay to dry them but my friend did and both of our toes were messed up when we got home at the end of the day. I only decided to give them two stars because theres one lady that does my eyebrows very well..but other than that. I wouldnt go back.

I would never go back to this an or give it a damn star!! I went in because salon I go to was not taking any more people and my one nail was broke! The girl who did my nails clearly needs to go back to school I left with my nail still broke!! I didn’t even get them painted I left! Worst place ever I would not recommend anyone to go in there! My friend and I got our nails done yesterday we both got a full set of acrylics and it was $5 extra for the shape. Completely ripped us off not to mention my friends nails were miss-sized and poorly painted. My nails were done well but the workers were very rude and snarky. Overpriced, terrible work, not going again. I suggest you don’t either.

I always go to Haliya who is amazing!!! Everytime I go I bring a more intricate and difficult design and she knocks it out the box! My nails stay on great. I couldnt get in for a fill for 3 weeks once and I still had all my nails on.

Ok. So I went In to get my nails done for homecoming and I asked for almond shape nails and I wanted them all white except the middle finger which I wanted to have Cherrys on it for my theme. Well, I got my cherrys alright, she started off on the right hand and did two separate cherries instead of the stems being connected so she painted over it with white and I put it in front of the fan and started on the left one she did the cherry on the middle finger but I had to tell her again thats what one I wanted it on. So lifted my hand from the fan and she painted it on the ring finger and I didnt notice also she never put a top coat on the middle because that was the one she was supposed to do it on and so I touched my hair and because its red it dyed it pink🤦‍♀️ this was a horrible experience. She cut my hand several times and got her orange nail polish in my white as well. I ripped my hand away at that point and she yelled at me to be careful. Also my nails came out like circles. The sign said on the outside $25 and it was $35 because of the shsha I wanted. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon and Im very upset. Do not go here!

I feel like my pedicure and manicure was very mediocre, my feet still were a little rough after the pedicure..the paint job on my feet and nails didnt look professional and the eyebrow lady ripped half my eyebrow off although I told her to keep them thick and just line them up, I was so mad, I didnt even get my other eyebrow done.

Came here because my normal salon was very busy, I just needed to get one nail fixed And a color change so I figured it would be quick and easy. After attempting to explain to the woman that I was allergic to acetone and they normally just file the pay off for me, she still tried to force me to use it. Which has caused my hands (still) to be broken out. When I told her it was burning my skin and asked her to do a different way she told me I could just leave instead, at this point I still have a broken now and now half the polish removed from the rest of my nails. I asked for someone else, a manager or the owner, who did come. He fix the nail but made it look absolutely horrible, so horrible I’m convinced that could’ve been on purpose. Two days later that same now has already broken in half and I will not be returning to my regular salon to have it fixed. I will never go back here again, if I could give it zero stars I would. Not only was the customer service horrible, But also was the work.

The man who did my nails was nice, but didnt do the greatest job. He went to cut my nails down for my acyrlics to be done, but he barely cut them down. And my nails were pretty long, and glud the nails on?Then when he glued them on he didnt press them down all the way. Making there a gap from my actual nail and the acrylic nail.. making them more prone to fall off. Its been a week and my pinky acrylics falling off, three others are wiggling at the end because he didnt glue them correctly. Also didnt file them evenly so when I got home I fixed them myself.So therefore.. I wont be returning to nail trix. 🙂

13 of use went there on my birthday 2 weeks ago. I went back a couple days later and asked about the gel polish i had on because i broke my toe nail and wanted to get it repainted. They were rude. Wouldnt help me find the polish. Left me sranding there with ma y ppl looking at me. And the owner went about doing his business and not helping me. I finally walked out. So irritating.

Took my daughter for a fill. Nails are crooked, ends are sharp, fill wasnt done properly, paint job was horrendous.

NEVER EVER GO HERE! Im sitting in a walk in clinic two days after pedicure because I have an enormous blood blister from where the technician used unsanitary utensils on my feet. I cannot walk Ive been crying all night soaking my foot and its only gotten worse. Make sure they change your water and sterilize theirs utensils FIRST. My holidays are now ruined.

Horrible service my nails look like they were not even filled the lady did not say one word to me made my skin around my nails bleed. Will never going back.

I would put 0 starts but I cant. The lady almost chopped my finger and then she said it was my fault. The sign outside is misleading, it say $25 for the new set and $15 for refill, I had 3 nails broken and I supposed they would charge me as a new set because of that, they ended up charging me $40, because according to them it is both a new set and a refill. They are thieves who make profit out of poor students.

I always leave not being happy with my nails, probably because it takes them 10 mins to do them and they always fall off and look horrible. Worse place Ive ever been to.

Go somewhere else I went there and had one of the worst experiences ever sat in silence while getting an acrylic set and if we all know acrylic text sets take forever not only did I said silence but it was very impersonal and the nails came out like crap the paint on my nails have already shipped and its been less than 5 hours I have not done any more than usual wear and tear like washing my hands and usual life stuff I am very employees with this I will never go back and it was the worst $25 Ive ever spent do not go there

The last time I had dipping done there it was frustrating because the coating was so sheer and they made my natural nails so short and uneven that when I had to fix them myself they were left very small.
