We paid 375 $,for 4 sets of full pedicures and manicures and mine didnt cover my nails the polish is chipping after one day. My granddaughters chipped the same day and my daughters chipped and come off after 2 days. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will never go back to the one in jc. Very rude

PAINFUL: The most painful nail salon experience of my life! Tech got them so short that the skin on the tops of my fingers feel burnt from the drill. Two of my fingers literally bled during the process and she just giggled it off and kept working with my blood on her own hand. (Ironic considering this place still has signs everywhere for mask usage... blood is ok though.)On top of the pain, the nails are short and uneven. My nail beds surrounding the nails are completely jacked, torn from the drilling and never corrected. The paint colors are not as they were displayed, so I ended up with transparent baby pink instead of the hot pink glitter I actually picked out.. Ive never experienced anything like this in a salon and I will NEVER step through the doors of this place again.

I absolutely love going here! I go every two weeks, like clock work! Chelsea is my favorite!! She always does fantastic work! They are always busy so making an appointment is a good idea! It is clean and well taken care of. I have tried many places over my life in the Tri-Cities and US Nails has been the best by far!

I visited US Nail on a friday afternoon when a friend and I decided on a whim to get a pedicure. The first 3 nail salons were booked with no room for walk-ins, which is totally understandable. US Nail had a big staff capable of taking walk-ins, of which there were many! Our nail techs were very nice and we had an enjoyable experience! I will note that during my time sitting at the front of the shop I was very disappointed to hear how rude the customers can be. I didnt hear one person ask the girl at the front how she was. Every person just told her what they NEEDED. I need, she needs, ugh how long is the wait? So many people seemed personally offended that they would have to wait when they were walking in with no appointment. Have some respect for others, people.

I have been going here for years but will NEVER walk in their doors and spend another dime at this nail salon. I had a pedicure and manicure yesterday. In less than 24 hours my nail polish was 1/2 off. I went back to ask them to repaint my nails and they refused and talked to me like cr_p.

So basically they do a decent job. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I waited almost an hour and a half WITH AN APPOINTMENT while other clients without an appointment went in before me but showed up to the place after me. Nail tech had a wart on his hand but Chile anyways so like yeah that’s ab it.

I dropped by today for a manicure & pedicure. Young lady was upset that it didn’t want gel or dip. After doing my pedicure she moved me to do my pedicure (never cleaning the bowl out) within 5 minutes they put another woman in to do a pedicure (keep in mind they didn’t clean ! I’m reporting to the health department tomorrow ! Not a place I would return to or refer friends to go to .

They are rude and try to overcharge you when you don’t get the services they ASSUME you want. Will never EVERRR be back here!!

Mary is awesome. The last several times have had great and quick service. Sometimes there’s a wait but if you get there early or right when they open (which is what I do) they get you in very quickly. Highly recommend

There for a pedicure. They filled the foot soaker as normal. After placing my feet in the water, I noticed nail clippings, chipped nail polish and a bunch of other nasty trash in the water. It was obvious that it was NOT cleaned after the last customer. I immediately left. If that’s not properly cleaned, I was definitely not taking a chance on the other tools being sterile. Never visiting that place again!!

I’ve tried a couple nail salons since moving to the area, and US nails in JC takes the cake by far! I always come out staring at my fresh set. Their prices are super affordable, staff is great and they have such a good selection of shellac. I always enjoy my visit and the techs are so accommodating and kind. Love US nails!!!

Took my daughters n their friend to get their nails done n her friends nails $43 n my daughters 45 n my other daughters $38 the nails look crooked n badly done my youngest daughters nails were really short and are coming off!!! Never again taking them here

Absolutely awful.. Burnt my fingers with the drill! She took 5 mins to do my manicure. Cut all my nails off and didn’t even shape them. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

My friend at I went Good Friday, April 19, 2019 for a pedicure, The two technicians that did our toenails were terrible. They did not speak and no one greeted us and my so called nail technician did not use the toenail separators, threw a coat of nail polish on my toes and no top coat, and that was it. My friend’s were no better. When we left, I was halfway down the road, and noticed one toenail wasn’t even painted. My friends toenails were worse. The polish was old and it rolled up on her toenails and came off. I returned to USA nails in Johnson City Tennessee and told them one nailed had not been painted. There was no I’m sorry, nothing. I waited for about 15 minutes. My so called nail technician painted the nail and that was it. This is no way to run a business. The atmosphere was one of no one being friendly or asking how was the service, Take it from us, do NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. YOU WILL REGRET IT. D. Heaton and J. Campbell

Was told $28 and ended up paying $53 because it was “$10 to pick a shape” and the man told me I had to pick from a box of specific colors which ended up costing me more money. I asked her in the beginning the cost of everything and she said $28 and when I got the the counter it was completely different. They weren’t even, she kept jerking my hands towards her, she talked to herself the whole time and made me uncomfortable. Customer service was awful. I do not recommend Johnson city US nails!... but I do recommend the one in Bristol!

I went last week and they had me sit right down in a chair making me think theyd be right with me but I ended up waiting in that same chair for an hour. I go back the following week and get told it would be over an hour wait AGAIN but this time with absolutely no one in the waiting room. They really act like they dont need your business to keep their doors open. Do not go here

This place is bad, one of the most expensive, I paid $35 (not acrylic or gel) and left with uneven nails, nails with a lot of skin around, nails where the color didnt go up to the top, they didnt shape my nails how I asked even though I showed them a very clear picture of what I wanted, very bad work overall. The ladies were pretty friendly, but nothing special and one of them kept talking to herself the whole time, I have no idea what she was saying. Really regret wasting $35. Ridiculous price for a ridiculous service. Please, go somewhere else.

They may have decent nail service, but I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and it was by far the worst waxing experience I have ever had.The receptionist was sweet. When she led me to the room and she asked how I wanted my eyebrows done but the technician shooed her away. I just wanted my brows to be cleaned up. The technician not only completely reshaped my brows, but I barely have any left.I might have let this pass, but the technician was also extremely rude and unprofessional. She never once spoke to me, she had AirPods in and was just on the phone, and she was extremely rough and jerked my head so hard it hurt my neck.I don’t usually leave reviews but I just want to warn someone about this service. Get you eyebrows done somewhere else.

I only go here to get my nails done in the Tri-Cities. Each time I go, the experience is great regardless of who does my nails. Andy (spelling?) gave me a shellac manicure and it was fantastic. Highly recommend.

While theyve always done a good job on my nails, the customer service is lacking. The past three times I went in to get shellac, a younger girl demanded from the back that I sign in. The first time, I asked for a pen because there wasnt one on the counter and she said, oh we must not have one, but you need to sign in. Did she want me to prick my finger and sign in with my blood?Once they sat me and wrapped my nails in foil, they then asked me to move seats, not once offering to help me carry my jacket or bag. I was left maneuvering my things and pulling out the chair for myself while all of my nails were covered in acetone and foil. That was the case for the past three visits as well.This past visit, the polish I chose looked different than it did on the plastic nail, so I requested a different color. As I was choosing, the lady doing my nails moved to the next seat and began working on another customers nails, never returning to mine. Instead, the younger (teenaged) girl finished off my nails. While the job she did was not bad, a few of my nails had cotton pieces that had been painted over. I dont want to assume, but Im guessing she wasnt certified.When I went to pay, I stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone noticed that I was waiting. Like I said, for the most part, theyve always done a good job, but their customer service really needs some work. While the end result may look good, the way the customers are treated during the process will make or break a salon. Im fairly disappointed-Im usually one to give a place a second or a third chance, but theyve ruined those as well. Ill be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Went here 3 days ago and was very disappointed. I had a picrure of the nails I wanted and walked out with something completely different. Instead of having someone else work on me I was told I couldnt have what I asked for and it wasnt anything crazy just a glitter and white ombre. Ended up with all white nail with glitter on top. Wont be back.

On went to US Nails on 10/03/2016. I just needed a simple fill-in and gel polish, on my acrylic nails. When I arrived, a very young girl loudly asked me from across the room what did I need? When I described what I needed, she said sign the sheet, and when I was looking for a pen, she again loudly told me to sign-in. I got signed in and waited only about 10 minutes, before I was told to go sit at one of the nail stations. A middle aged Asian man was going to fix my nails for me, and I told him what I wanted. During the service, he would very rudely tell me to loosen up my hands and to leave them draped over the table. After, have artificial nails for 15 + years, trust me, I know the routine. I though, well Im getting my nails done, so Im just going to keep my mouth shut. The whole nail service took only about 15 minutes. I actually mentioned, serveral times, that I had never had my nails done that fast. Later that night, I noticed a couple of chips in my nails. By the next day, the polish was just peeling off in sheets. I went to another nail salon on 10/06/2016, and I had to have a completely new set of nails put on, because the fill-in was done so poorly. The nail tech said it was one of the worst jobs on nails that she had ever seen, and described the work on my nails as, shameful . So, I rarely write reviews on anything, but US Nails is not professional, and there services are horrible. Do not use them, it is a waste of your time and money and you will be very disappointed in your nails.

For many years Since shellac has came on the market I have preferred it on my nails over anything else. I have never had an issue with shellac, I work in healthcare and wash my hands a lot, making my nails fragile so shellac allows my nails to grow from the hardness and thickness of it. I had been to US NAILS on various occasions, this same location and the last time I got a color changing/ mood shellac and the clear coat was separating as the gentleman was applying it, ten minutes later he tried a different clear coat and made a comment idk what’s happening with the polish it was separating.... he kept repainting them... they were not smooth however at this time of the day I was pushing it after being there for an hour to make it to work. He informed me to come back if Something happened to them, because the clear coat still didn’t appear correctly, however I appreciated him doing all he could to fix it. That set lasted over two weeks the clear coat had came off halfway up the nail, the polish had faded but the shellac itself was still intact, that was good enough for me. Today I returned to get a different color put on, called before leaving work to see if They had availability and were able to do it in time for me to return to work from lunch, she said yes. I walk in took ten minutes for them to apply the foil and acetone to my nails to remove shellac, then a different person came over, when he went to remove the shellac it wasn’t soft and had to reapply the foil, then another person came out and took over a young girl who had never done my nails, I reminded her I am on my lunch, I pay and tip well hurrying to get to work after being there for Over 40 minutes, I get to work and notice my nails are fragile and bending, I return to US NAILS after I leave work and inform them my nails are just painted and are brittle and the polish appear to just be polish, after telling two people I was there earlier l, the older woman’s reaction informed me that my nails weren’t right she was working on another persons nails at the time, so then I explain again and the girl returns from the back who had done my nails earlier with an attitude, she said can I help you? I said was there a mistake that this is shellac and my nails are brittle and thin and they appear to just be painted, she snarled and said what do you mean? That is shellac that’s why it was dry before you left here. As a matter of fact I’d it was shellac then why has it chipped off in a few hours on this nail, I informed her never at this salon or at any other salon that I received shellac has this happened, she said I can repaint this nail only, l?!?! Do what? Are you kidding me? No manager, boss or anyone cared to intervene with her attitude or how she acted other customers were asking what the problem was while I walked out, and another employee said she’s not happy.... ok it’s not that I’m “no happy” but give people the same and consistent service always! And the customer service today was horrible. I will never return to this location. I had also referred people to this salon and I will inform them of my experience today..

Great quality work every time.

After a mediocre pedicure, I asked for gel nails and the girl had a really hard time with it. She had to redo it twice because it kept coming out very lumpy and bumpy. Finally I said I have to go, this is not gonna work out today. She took all the lumpy gel off my nails, scraped them clean so now they are obviously not as strong as they wouldve been before hand. The kicker is she tried to charge me for a manicure! I told her I would not be back, how ridiculous to charge me for that mess that ended up damaging my nails in the long run! I paid for my pedicure and left, will never go back.

Went a total of 3 times (everyone has bad days) nails were uneven, very bumpy, not smooth or clear. Unsatisfied does not even begin to describe my nails... They are embarrassing!

Had to ask them 3 times to redo my nails cuz they didnt want to do them the way I showed them in the pic when I first got there...ill never go back they for sure..they had a lil girl painting everyones nails & toes an they looked awful she done a really bad job on my sisters nails also!! Lesson learned for sure!!!!

Used to go here all the time and recently went back with a friend and realized that I made a mistake. The lady I had spent the whole time answer questions to other people and because of it she took a chunk out of my toe and tried to ignore it and rushed through the polish. It sucked ended up being more money then I was told and very bad nails needed fillin in one week and one nail pooped off within that week . One side of the nails were thicker then other side . I hated my nails and had to pay 45 $ for a bad job and experience.

Went to have a refill on my nails....the girl was rough she cut my fingers twice...argued with me over what I wanted done.Rude,sat and talked in jibberish to the mail tech.....Rude and the instruments are not properly cleaned.
