The place is big, high ceiling with nice modern/contemporary touch.They are professional and always full of suggestions for your new haircut, color, and style for men and women. They also have a make-up, beauty and nail salon at next door to complete a full feminine restyle. Appointment only.

Great one-stop shop for hair (Rania) & nails (Anita)!

I went there at least three times on weekends to ask if they could wash my hair and do a blow dry. Without giving me any specific reason, the front desk told me they couldn’t do that and refused to serve me. I am not sure if it was because they were really understaffed but every time I went there, the salon was almost empty. Maybe they didn’t even wash hair as a salon? I wonder what this business really does. I will not recommend anyone to use their service for their unprofessionalism and rudeness.

A great salon, dont hesitate to come here if you live in the area. The staff is really nice. Rania is a great stylist, she turned my scraggly mop into a beautiful, chic pixie cut, which Ive maintained about 4 months now. So friendly and professional.

Anita is very good, very pleasant. I like the salon because they are clean & u can see everything is sterile. BUT it is VERY, TOO expensive for manicure/pedicure & unfortunately, they no longer have their Wednesday specials anymore. 🥺😢Than you Anita for your services. 👋🏼

Yesterday I had the bad idea to go to Supercuts and got a horrible haircut. Today I went to Salon Be to fix it and had a GREAT experience with them, Amanda was my stylist and Im super happy! Thanks guys!

Good service, great people. Maria was very gentle when doing a facial massage, after learning some of my pain points.Also got a hair cut, it was exactly what i was looking for.

I give credit for their attitudes but the overall experience still very unpleasant! The nail lady hurt my nail when polishing and the lacquer is all over my finger tip!The lady that dry my hair at one point burned my scalp and I have to tell her to stop! Well, they even have a minimum tip for that. Next time, before asking for 15% or 20%, ask yourself if your service lives to that standard!

First time visitor Service:eyebrow threading . The lady do does threading is too good. No pain at all. Much better than many threading salons near by.

Nails people suck. They work as if they are cleaning a toilet and leave you in pain that lasts days. Zero massage time. The outcome is awful too. Rough heels and hang nails. I was better off before.I tried them twice because I thought it could have been a mistake or lack of experience. Cheat me once, it’s on you. Cheat me twice, it’s on me.Oh, and the place is expensive so you expect a spa experience. The basic nails place next to the Path might be a less painful experience at lower costs. Never going back to Salon Be.

I went here 4 times. Twice for a haircut; the hairdresser cut my hair very nicely both times. The third time all I got was a bang trim and the hairdresser did a nice and professional job. It was not until the fourth time that I had problems at the Salon and will not go back nor recommend this place. It was a while since I got my haircut (I was busy and didnt have time to cut it). My hair was very dry and they handled the situation very unprofessionally told me there is something wrong with my hair and that I had lice (which I knew was impossible). Instead of providing a relaxing treatment for dry hair they stressed me out and offered me one of their cheap shampoos. I went to a different salon and they gave me a hot oil treatment and said that my hair is absolutely fine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Usually good, but they messed up my appointment and gave me some new person instead of Rania who did a bad job. Disappointing.

It was an amazing experience. I got my long hair trimmed and my hair stylist(Rania) was very sweet and friendly the whole time.

The most unprofessional salon I have been to. I made a phone appointment for a hair cut. When I show up for the appointment ( on time), the hair dresser says he is running 1 hour late and tries to move my appointment to another hair dresser. This person clearly had no other customer and wanted to take a break! Then the other hairdresser says she has to leave early. So basically, I had to leave without getting a haircut. Do not recommend going here! Terrible service and unbelievably rude hair dresser ( so called experienced stylist ) . Overall, a totally ridiculous place not worth your money or time.

Chris was amazing professional.Mani pedi were Perfect. Foot massage super relaxing. It took me time to find Chris after he left Hoboken. An incredible professional. The salon is clean and beautiful.😞 The rest of the staff need heavy improvement

Got a gift cerificate here and I heard Chris is great! His work is absolutely amazing. My uv nail today came out perfect it. It was on point. The atmosphere was great, music and the lighting.They should have like a happy hour time and get the music bumping.

Unprofessional. I made an appointment for spa week one month in advance. When I called to confirm my appointment they said the person who took my appt was no longer there & they didnt have my appt. The manager refused to accommodate me for spa week pricing. They lied and said the dont participate in spa week when they clearly are online participating. They were rude & said try elsewhere. It was an awful disappointing experience. When I requested to speak with the manager they said he was unavailable.

Haircut! First time haircut was decent (paid $60), then the second haircut was uneven, not professional. The amount paid was not worth the haircut. The so called experienced stylist was insulting and a bitter person. He made personal remarks such as you have too much hair, dont you get headaches?.I will never go back! The haircut itself was uneven, as I had to cut off the longer strands myself when i came home :(

Khris provides an exceptional service and he goes above and beyond. Love the place.

We always go to the nail place by the Path because they are friendly and they have good prices. As we walked by Salon be, we noticed they had a special mani and pedi for $35. Laziness got the best out of us and decided to try them out. We all asked them for a mani and pedi. They charged us $47. When we asked them about the special they said that was for the express mani and pedi. Seriously, what a scam. Put up a sign and dont ask the costumers which mani and pedi they want and give them the expensive one. I went with two friends and I was paying. So they took me for $36.

I had always come there for mani/pedi - no complaints... always fast and excellent. But in february i went there to get my hair done just before my baby shower as i was at my 8th month of pregnancy. Unfortunately i forgot the name of the colorist who did my hair, but he behaive very unprofessional. After he washed my hair he said i was done and free to go. Excuse me... it was the end of february, i was all wet ... even though it was already closing time as he mentioned to me, but he had no right to do that. Ppl stay away

The most horrible service Ive ever experienced in my life.

This place trashed my hair by redying my damaged ends when I asked for highlights. During the process they told me it was toner and boy was I surprised when they demanded to be paid for color and highlights! Years of careful care of my hair are ruined.

They cut my hair uneven and rushed it and finished cutting it in 15 minutes. Other places I been to in china town or queens, they usually take more time and care. I needed to go to another hair salon to get it fixed

On two occasions i called before coming in for a haircut and was given ok. Both times when arrived in 15min was told that no master is available so had to go back. Poorly designed booking system. Will not try again.
