Please believe the reviews. This was the fourth and last visit to this location. As you can see in the photos, I had requested a gel manicure and pedicure, but received something completely different. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding.I am extremely unsatisfied with the work done by their employees. After my visit on Wednesday, I had to return the next day because the GEL manicure did not last more than 24 hours. I returned today to get it fixed and ended up with the same results. I was an advocate for this location for a short amount of time because they were efficient. Unfortunately, their service has regressed and I will no longer use their services.I felt rushed off my chair and my toes and nails show.Will never return.

Horrible service. She had to redo my nails. UV nails at that. Me and my daughter were super mad. I sure as hell did not leave no tip. I had to complain to clean all the nail polish of my skin. Never again. And believe the reviews

Inexplicably rude, negligible, and inadequate service. The gentleman who worked on my nails did a juvenile job at painting my gel color. Throughout the experienced I politely tried to mentioned minor adjustments that should be made to my nails in order for them to come out satisfactory. I received a nod and a promising “I will fix and do for you” repeatedly while no corrective actions were taken. Firstly, when receiving a gel manicure, I have never had a technician ask that I place my hand in the UV light before they remove the excess gel from around my fingernail as it is difficult to remove after it hardens. This particular technician in a very domineering way, assured me that he would be able to fix it after the gel hardens, he explained it as the process he always uses. This particular procedure was not one that I was used to but I’m not a nail technician and maybe he could. After he “finished” my nails - they looked as if my 3 year old niece painted my nails. There were streaks in the gel and he had completely missed the side area on about 4/10 of my fingers. I pointed this out to him, to which he got annoyed and said something to the tone of why am I just telling him this now, he can only do so much. After a bit of back and forth which I feel was unnecessary considering I was asking for a professional nail job and not him to redo all of my nails. He decided the fix was to use a nail file to scrap the sides of my nail to remove the excess gel, when a simple wipe with acetone before the drying process would have been sufficient. I pointed this out and he did not like it. He ended with this being the best he can/will do and that he’s done nothing wrong and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. If you want a subpar nail job, with complete disregard for how it turns out (the manager didn’t seem to care or see anything wrong with this nail job either) so I will certainly not be returning and I cannot recommend others to go through this experience and waste their money on a subpar job. I have never experienced in the mail service industry a technician who did not take care in their work on a clients nails. There are plenty of nail salons in the area, choose one of those.

Lisa did my nails. She did them in a rush and the paint was all over my nails, and didnt add a clear gel on the top coat. The overall service took about 20 minutes and I saw she took a longer time with a customer she knew and chatted with.When my friend got the same exact service as me done by another manicurist at the salon, she got gel on her top coat, with a design she wanted and was quoted a price lesser than mine! They are inconsistent with their prices & service. Please dont bother and find a more fair place.

Horrible experience!! Waited an hour to get a spot and the lady did the WORST job ever!! It was my first time here and I’ve never left a review on any place before but I’m just soo horrified at their business I had to!! She did not remove my old nail polish and just put a coat over it even after I pointed it out to her… there are many places on the same road with the same price and I definitely recommend you go there, the others were either closing down or had too many people ahead of me that this was my only option.They tell you on the phone yeah come in there’s a spot for you but make you wait a long time . I needed to get a gel manicure done and had to keep telling the lady to remove the polish from my skin which she didn’t bother to do. I didn’t read the reviews before going and read them later. Just don’t come here. Period. Horrible horrible experience.

Currently sitting here..... for a whole**** hour and no service ...our appointment was at 4 we got here before 4pm is 4:54 .. I get you have to make an appointment in order to come in.. do to Covid 19. But dont take friend or other costumers that havent made appointments..and make us wait with out tell in us anything

DO NOT COME HERE ! This place is very unprofessional. Everytime i asked her to fix my nail polish she would say something. Then she proceeded to pretend to cut my cuticles by just sliding the cutter over my nail i have a video. The place is very unsanitary they don’t clean there nail clippers or the tub you out your foot in, in fact they don’t clean anything i saw rust in there clippers. She gave me one massage on one foot and was done. I will not be returning this place should be shut down for unsanitary purposes.

May 1, 2021 I went to get my feet and nails done and walked out feeling satisfied. May 4, 2021 my nails started bending and breaking because there was not enough ACRYLIC on my nail to begin with, Lisa has done my nails several times over the years and I always told her I work with my hands so I need ACRYLIC. Today I went to get my nails fixed and walked out with a worse job because she really didnt want to do it. She only did it when I said I would pay for more ACRYLIC. 75$ on Saturday and 23$ today and now I have to find another spot to fix herPiss poor job. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO

Pathetic service! The people working there are very rude and unprofessional. The lady doing my nail literally stood up in between the process and left saying her shift is over. Nobody even came to complete my nail. When i asked the other technician that who is going to finish my nail,she rudely said i don’t know. When i complained at the front desk, The guy literally had no manners, and was shouting. The owner of the store has no manners at all. This is the result of my nails. Worst nail spa ever!!!!

I had recently got my nails done 4 DAYS AGO, i went to this nail salon because my other nail salon was closed . Lisa did my nails in a rush, there were gaps in between my cuticles and the acrylic nails, very unprofessional I waited about an hour to get put in a chair for my 5 o clock appointment when they were still taking clients before me even though I walked up to the desk and told them my name and appointment info,Not only that THE ACRYLIC STARTED LIFTING AFTER 4 DAYS !!! A WELL DONE. acrylic set should last you a good week and a half or two NOT 4 DAYS !! Honestly i’m frustrated but i suggest DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE !!!!!

Do not come to this place! I went in because my usual nail salon was very busy and I was desperate to do my nails and unfortunately did not have an appointment. I came here instead and will forever regret it. The woman did my fill in 20 mins and I realized she didn’t really fully remove the previous nail polish from my nail. She continued doing the fill and proceeded to put the acrylic on top. Now that I went back to my regular nail salon when they removed the nail polish, 4 of my nails had green fungus on them! The tech told me that’s what happens when they don’t fully remove old polish or do the fill correctly and leave it open, letting bacteria into the nail. I am disgusted with this trash of an establishment. Will definitely never be going back and recommend anyone who doehsn’t want to end up with fungus to do the same !

This place is terrible!!! I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Lisa did my little sisters nails and she did a horrendous job. There were gaps between her nails and the tips, her cuticles and dead skin werent cleaned up, the nail polish was painted on her cuticles. It was disgusting. It looked like a child had done her nails. When we asked for our money back Lisa kept responding with there is nothing wrong with her nails and that they were fine. She had the entire salon go look at her nails to say there was nothing wrong. Lisa was rude and was refusing to give me back my money. This was the absolute WORST service ever!

I go here every Friday after school with my six year old daughter to get her nails done. Every time I go in the place they treat her like she is gold. They talk to her, they ask her questions and they answer her questions. I couldnt ask for a better place to take my daughter to get her nails done on a weekly basis.

I absolutely hated it. Im not one to write a bad review but they clipped my skin several times while doing my pedicure. They left polish all around the edges of my skin. Then they did my fill in but didnt file it correctly nor even the nail so it looks worse then what it had before I had gotten it done.... The wowoman kept stopping to talk to the other mail techs. I went in at 6:45pm and didnt leave til 9:34 pm. Im upset that I paid $50 for crappy service.

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years, this has to be one of the worst acrylic set I have ever done! First and last time coming here! Best Bail Salon in the Tri State! Hands (and feet) down!

This place is dirty and nasty, I was going to this nail salon for a few months the only thing that kept me going back was their prices they are cheap. But that saying is so true you get what you pay for. I am warning you if you do not want to get a foot fungus I suggest you not go to this salon. They do not clean the pedicure stations after each and every use all they do is run the water and wipe down no disenfectant etc, just so they can hurry up and take the next customer. I got fungus from this place and my whole big toe nail came off, Ladies please please do not go here to get your nails done, sometimes its better to pay the extra 10 or 15 dollars more at another salon which is clean and better customer service. The owner is very unprofessional as well she only caters to her own clients which have appointments anyone else she will act like you dont even exist to her. This place is very dirty they do not sanitize any of the nail equipment after each use they are just dirty ladies please I am warning you, I will never ever go back here again !!!

I used to love this place, but I dont know what happened. My nails began breaking all the time within the first couple of days of getting them done. My cuticles were dry and gross. My nails started coming out thick, crooked, and uneven. However, last week I decided to give them one last try. Unfortunately, 5 of my nails broke back to back. The first 3 we fixed them the day after I got them done. Two days later they broke again, and it didnt matter because they were ugly, thick, and uneven. This was NOT done by Lisa who usually did my nails. But either way I was unhappy with the results. I decided to go somewhere else ( Lyndhurst Nails), who showed me how nails are supposed to be done. My new nails are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Im sorry Express- but I will not be returning

First I asked If they do ombré nails, the head woman told me yes. I explained I wanted it On my hands and toes. She quoted a price. I go To the pedicure chair and the woman asked me what color I wanted. I told her ombré, talk to the woman I spoke to...after they both had a discussion back and forth in their native tongue, the head woman then tells me another price. Smh OK FINE. Then the woman who did my pedicure is now starting my nails. She stopped at the coloring part and told me the Head woman would do it.... mind you, she has a client already in her chair... that has ALREADY BEEN WAITING. Then another woman pops in and wants the head woman to do her nails ASAP. The woman already in the chair was kind enough to let the 3rd woman get her nails done quickly. Lol then the head woman tells the other tech to do my finger nails. Then they all left me sitting there waiting. THE HEAD WOMAN now has me in the chair and does not... I REPEAT DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT YELLOW TO DO MY NAILS!!! She ended up doing my finger nails in pink and ORANGE/YELLOW not the bright sunny yellow I showed Her. I then tell her I’m not satisfied DO NOT DO MY TOES. Because she saw how upset I was She felt putting sparkly tiny glitter to make it look “pretty”.The woman who did my pedicure and fill in did a half @ss job. The polish did not meet the corners of my finger nails. No one put lotion on my feet.I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! THIS SALON DOES NOT DO DESIGNS!!!! IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL DESIGN YOU WANT DONE... DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT GO HERE. IF I COULD PUT A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD.

I have been coming to this place well over 20 yrs an the service was excellent but about the last 10 yrs they bring in people to work there an they arent doing such a good job any more an are pushy tying to get u to other things they offer an keep at u which is annoying.they need to teach them their jobs better

This place is absolutely awful. I normally dont write reviews, but I dont recommend this place at all. They did such an uneven, sloppy, rushed job. I asked for french? the white tips look so messy and dirty. Poor. Get a lot for cheap, but nails look a hot mess.

My first time giving a place a review mostly because of their unprofessionalism. No customer service, did not provide what was asked for. I personally wouldnt recommend this place because I asked for an ombré look with powder light pink with white owner did her job asked me if I wanted an ombré look with gel or powder I explained myself very clearly powder. Even showed pictures of shape and color so as I sat down again owner mentions gel I personally have never received gel ombré and was hesitant. Owner places me with a none English speaking elderly woman and I can see her start the process correctly (I should know being a nail T. Myself). Since she didnt not speak english she shaped and cut my nails in her own way but no in a bad way just a tad bit longer then I wanted, also shaped them a tad tilted but since I can do my own nails I fixed the shape and size myself. She placed the right color pink but did not do an ombré effect did my entire nail in light pink clearly she didnt know what I wanted. I tell the owner that was clearly more occupied in getting me out to sit her next client then providing great customer service. Owner gets up and very fast and badly tries to give me an ombré look using gel and a sponge instead of acrylic clearly did not know how to do an ombré. Instead of apologizing she gave me an attitude and said if I didnt like it I can leave 😔. If this person was a profesional she could have scraped off the top to remove the shine and the access gel also removed a bit of the acrylic from the tip and proceeded to place white acrylic in a faded manner and given me my desired look. Clearly it was a no brainer for a profesional nail tech teaching her employee the proper technique. Again this place I would not recommend for quality work, all I can say is that it is cheap with no customer service and they clearly give you what they want instead of what you want. To end this disaster I left this place with plain light pink acrylic you could clearly see my nail underneath. Elderly was clearly tipped for trying but I would not go back 👎🏼

I stongly recommend you avoid this place. I literally just got my nails done here 2 hours ago an my nail polish is already chipped. I asked for rounded tips and it is COMPLETELY uneven. They rushed the entire process and didnt even paint my entire pinky nail. If i could give it 0 stars i would. The absolute WORST.

Worst place ever, i got my acrylic nails done here 5 hrs ago, not the shape i ask for, my tumb hurts alot, all uneven and thick, when i came in i show the lady a pic of what i wanted and she said it was $25 than send me to one of her workers and when she was done she charged me $35. I wish i could post a pic of what i just got done horrible experience.

Went here and waited a half an hour to get a pedicure. I get called walk to the back, none of the girls greet me but instead one looks at me, obviously says something about my height and they all start laughing. I walked right out. Thanks for being insensitive to different people and being plain rude and unprofessional
