Good work. Just wish they had more polish selections and designs.

I absolutely love this place. One of the best places to have a full set done. Haven’t let anyone touch my nails for about 4 years now. Quality product and doesn’t damage your nail bed like other acrylics. Nancy and her staff are amazing !!

Solid work and the best prices on west side but.... It gets crazy busy here during peak times and they dont allow for appointments so thats annoying.

First visit and I WILL BE BACK!! Friendly and professional staff. Nancy was my nail tech, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Very reasonable prices, but I will advise on making an appointment or get in there EARLY!!! With the level of professionalism, and so many loyal customers, I’m not surprised it’s so busy.

I went there about 2x’s before and I always have a problem with Nancy. I walk from my house about five blocks with heart and lung issues. When I get there I’m usually out of breath. The first time I went everything was fine she was chatty about why she has costumers that pay extra for the acrylic she has. Then the second time she made me wait 2 hours then she said she couldn’t do my nails. Huh?? Then she did a horrible job and tried to charge me extra for coffin shape when I went in with coffin shape. It’s not like she made a change. But she was charging 5 extra dollars. And I refused to pay that. Then I went on Friday afternoon and I was rejected. She said she wasn’t taking anymore costumers and that she was closing early because she was going to a party!!?? Nancy thinks that because she has a strong acrylic she can treat people poorly. So I left and went to Queen nails and Lisa did an amazing job on my nails and I also had a pedicure done. I also went to eat, I passed Natural nails returning home at 6:40pm and she was still there doing nails when closing time is 6 o’clock. Funny business. Don’t take it so hard. Petty

Small hole in the wall place that you wouldn’t think to stop in. I did for the first time yesterday and while the wait was a bit long and the prices are higher... my nails are fabulous! Totally worth the wait and price! I’ll be coming back!

Owong is the best nail tech ever. Ive been going to this salon for 12+years. And nails last more then a month. Its worth the wait time and prices.

Always do my nails well. Never have had issues. They do get packed but they do it right. Reasonably priced compared to other places. Not a fancy salon but color lasts long and they take their time.

First time customer & I would definitely go back. Well let me start by saying that I was looking for a new nail place as the one I went to normally has shutdown for “maintenance” it has been about a month with no fill!😱 I asked some co workers whose nails always look good about a good place to go near me with reasonable prices. Two of my them recommended Natural Nails. Ok so next step was to google them and see reviews. I did that saw mixed reviews but overall ppl were satisfied it just seems to be a wait because it gets really busy. Well that is a plus to me. I’d rather go somewhere popping then somewhere dead. So now it was just a matter of getting there because my work schedule is crazy.I went kind of early around 12ish. There were only two workers and two customers. One was working on a pedicure and Nancy was finishing up polishing a customers natural nails. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t crowded. I waited no longer than 3 minutes. Sat down with Nancy. She was very nice to me. She was talkative but not in an annoying way. She told me to take her number but text her because she doesn’t answer the phone because she gets really busy. Ok. She knew it was my first time there she asked me what made me come there? I told her she was recommended & I googled her. She looked pleasantly surprised. She went on to tell me they’ve been there over 20 years before all the others, that the place is small but they do great jobs that’s why they’ve been around so long. As I’m sitting there chit chatting with her all I kept thinking was please let my nails come out how I want them to!🤞🏾😬 I’m like a really picky person too, so fast forward to the end. My nails came out exactly like I wanted and I didn’t have to say anything to her. Like not too thick, coffin shaped, make them look natural as possible etc, nothing! She was on point! 👍🏾 When I was almost done three more ppl had come in. I was done in a timely fashion & made it to work on time. Thanks Nancy I have a new nail salon. And I’ll be sticking with Nancy. Just make sure you go early or else you will be waiting a while.

Nancy the owner was very rude she had about 6 customers come in and leave very upset on a day she said she would be there. They said she wasn’t answering her phone and she does this all the time. I was told to come back the next day because the one other nail tech said she had two clients and it was only 3pm. I came the next day Nancy was rude telling me she had two ppl and I actually didn’t want to go to her but the other person. She asks me what I want I told her a regular fill in and she calls out the price as she is sitting with someone as if I had an issue when this was not my first time and she hikes prices if you don’t do gel color. She doesn’t like when you don’t do gel so expect her to be rude if you want regular color and tell you she has more ppl than she actually has waiting. I know gel color is where the money may be for her but she have a list of services and shouldn’t discriminate and force someone to get a particular service because it’s higher price when I prefer Essie or OPI regular polish.

Honestly I don’t write reviews but the owner Nancy was super rude and my nails came out horrible. Asked for coffin and received these chunky bubble shaped tragedies on my hands. Never again.

The worst place to take care of your nails do not finish their work correctly and they charge dearly I will not go more to that place I do not recommend it
