Great service. They were very nice to do a follow up confirmation call especially when I was running late. They were able to keep my truck rental since closing my house took longer than expected. Make sure you use your triple A card for further discount. They do allow overnight drop off. They will require an $150 deposit but it will be refunded upon your return. Excellent Service! The service/sales manager that helped me return the trailer then the truck separately was great! Very Friendly and I won’t hesitate to come back for all my rental truck needs! Even the mechanic in the rear of the parking lot helped remove the trailer real quick and send me back on my way! All without asking! Thanks guys!

Not as expensive as other rental moving trucks. Better customer service. My first choice when Im moving or when a store does not offer delivery. Best choice when you need a rental truck. I meant to add that your employees are deserving of recognition for a genuine kindness to customers. Unfortunately, it is rare to be treated with respect and kindness in this day and age. Maya Angelou said it best; People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

I drove 4 hours to go and test drive a truck. Only to be told that, I cant do a test drive. Needless to say probably wont be buying a truck from Penske.

Best service Ive had in a long time. When Enterprise messed up my order, the people at Penske relieved all of my stress by treating me kindly and beating all of Enterprises prices. Two girls (Essance & Danielle) treated me like family and were able to answer all of my questions. Great service, great prices. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic service at this location. My ordered truck was ready and fueled before I arrived. The checkout service was fast and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All in all I was out of there in 15 minutes and that was with 2 people ahead of me. I will be renting from here again.

Premium compare to uhaul. < usually cleaner, better looking.Some sort of secret society swears to only use them.

I had to give 2 stars because the individual that helped me get my rental was quick and efficient. They also exhibited excellent customer service. If it werent for her then i would give them 1 star. Penske company is holding my refund and telling me i have to wait an additional 3 to 5 business days to receive my $60 refund. I received my rental on the 07Nov19 returned ot on 07Nob19 and have yet to receive a refund. I spoke to representatives on 2 occasions. The first was yesterday 20Nov19. On this date i was told my refund was not posted but the woman was able to speak with manager Connor to correct this issue for me. They stated the refund will be in my about yesterday 20Nov19 or today 21Nov19. Today i call penske a lot more distraught and confused because i was told my refund would be posted but i have yet to see a dime. After speaking to Lisa M. Customer service rep, William Rock Retail manager and Dustin Dance District Manager, I am basically being told Im delusional and that the money was already returned to me. Yes Id admit they attempted to help by posting the 60$ again (in quotations because i never received the first $60) but say it wont post for another 3 to 5 business days which is absolutely absurd. They are literally playing with my money and my livelihood and expect me to continue waiting for my money. With this being said i wouldnt advise anyone to use Penske especially not the Jacksonville FL branch because of their lack of professionalism and concern for their customers. On a lighter note Uhaul deposits your return the very next day without any hiccups. They are a little more expensive but the total experience is 10 times better. With this being said shop wisely my friends.

Very good prices. But u have to do your research to find out what city and state for pickup. There is a big difference in prices depending on where u pick up ur truck

Not a lot of space for the trucks. Gas isle takes so long to fuel. Penske only has 1 entrance.

They helped us get an emergency shipment on the road when our company trucks transmission bit the dust. The truck had a governor that made it slow going, but overall a good rental experience for a non-CDL truck.

Called 3 times with no answer.On the 4th call they finally answered the phone, I confirmed that the size truck I needed was available, but was told there was only a ramp available not a liftgate. I stated that I would confirm a ramp was acceptable, and then call directly back to reserve.I called back 2 times trying to confirm that I wanted the truck, and the call was not answered either time.This location needs to have deticated desk workers, along with deticated runners to g9 get trucks for customers. It is completely STUPID that they do not provide enough workers to have at least one person behind the desk at all times!!!! Horrible horrible horrible business practice to leave your freekin desk, phones, reception area, unattended!
