Nice storage place. Has a drive in. Seems like all the motion censored lights arent working. Friendly staff. Big units.

Everything seemed to be an argument with the lady working here. Not very accommodating and if something isnt or wasnt right its always Uhaul or someone elses fault. Find a different vender if at all possible. I sat and watched a customer who rented a storage unit there and all this lady did was argue with customer. Total drama queen and very unprofessional!

Tagged along with my friend Charlene to rent a storage unit. She got a unit that fit her needs very quickly.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. New vehicle, at least the one I rented. Reasonable prices. Will be going back for future needs.

Manager was rude and aggressive. Said i can pay online when i already did and always have and got a discount. She came at me and made me leave had to call u-haul and get refund.

This place was a waste of time and no one was there to help me when clearly the sign was posted open. Your better off going to Southside location.

That place was a waste of my time when in there with a problem with the bolt that was on the hitch and the gentleman looked at it came back about 15 minutes later told me there was nothing he could do it was out of alignment and he could not put a bolt in cuz he did not have the right size. Thats one of the typical places where they cant do anything correctly. But there are some very excellent U-Haul dealers in the area you should go to. Just keep looking

Ill start by saying the only reason there is even one star is because I couldnt post without it.If you are moving and need to rent a truck, DO NOT DO IT HERE. Mary is incredibly unhelpful.I had reserved and paid for a truck with pads and dollies online, but when I arrived, the pads and dollies were not on the truck. When I inquired with Mary regarding the extra equipment, she said I had not been charged, when in fact I had(to the tune of $50). She told me I could try to rent the dollies and pads from another location on San Jose, but wouldnt call to verify that the equipment was there OR give me the address.All in all, what should have taken 20 minutes at the most, ended up taking 2 hours because I had to track down what I needed.I would advise anyone to go to a U-Haul corporate location - or at the very least, avoid this place.
