Every one of the crew members were happy to be here and do their job! They set up early had an ample amount of man power and equipment to prune my overly grown water oak in a tight space… the boys were quick and tidy, they cleaned up over 4 yards of debris and kept the roadways clear for neighbors, Highly recommend Eagerton they were awesome 👏🏼

When the team came to do the work they were quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and were very respectful of my property. If I could give them six stars I would. I have never seen such a well orchestrated and professional job. They removed three large pine trees, one over 20,000 lbs that was 5 feet from the edge of my roof. These guys were meticulous and had unbelievable precision. Their equipment was amazing and employees were respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They removed the three trees and ground the stumps. All debris hauled away. They blew off the roofs, cleaned the yard, and the street. You would not have even known they were there. On top of all that they gave me the best price out of five different tree companies. I can not recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The whole crew was incredibly professional and did an absolutely fantastic job on my tree trimming! I had 5 trees in the yard that needed trimming, some much more than others, and these guys came fully prepared and ready to go. They took care of all the limbs and debris and left no cleanup on my part. I definitely recommend Eagerton and will use them again for any future needs I may have.

I had Patrick come out to give an estimate to have 1 dying tree removed from our front yard. While he was here, I told him that depending on how this job went that I might want them for future maintenance.I explained what I would want in the future...this included the removal of additional large oak 2 medium red maples and canopy lifting and thinning through the middle of 3 large mature Laurel Oaks. I was very clear what I was wanting done, as I used my neighbors trees as an example of what I wanted. Patrick assured me that he understood what I wanted and that he would make sure I was taken care of and that if we were flexible to scheduling that he could get me the best price. And he delivered on the proposal, easily a $5000 job he bid at $3000. So I agreed to hire them. First off, DO NOT let these guys prune, trim, or do anything in your mature trees! They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Huge mistake that cannot be undone to which we are considering legal action for the permanent damage to the trees. Not to mention the additional property damage they caused to the driveway, concrete parking pad, and both my yard and my neighbors yard. Jake, the foreman or owner or whatever he is, is an absolute MORON! He has zero customer service skills, and apparently knows nothing about tree trimming or beautification. My free advice is to move on to the next tree service company it’s not worth your time money aggravation or disappointment! The last pic shows my neighbors trees as comparison.

I highly recommend this company for any tree removal services. I had two trees cut down and removed at my home. I was in awe of the time it took and clean-up afterwards. They were very professional and courteous. Since the tree removal at my home was excellent, I referred them to my mom and she had a tree removed as well. They did not disappoint. Had them remove three trees. One a tricky crane job in the back. They showed up and took care of everything so fast! They cleaned up after themselves really carefully. Lucas even helped me trim a couple branches on a tree that had been bothering me. I feel like they kept their prices fair even though others had raised significantly during the tail end of hurricane season. The salesman didn’t fully acknowledge some of the limitations of the tree removal job, but the on site guys did a great job.

Outstanding service by Patrick and all involved in the service that was provide to me yesterday. I met with Patrick on Tuesday on concerns of a damaged tree. He inspected my front area and pointed out a few hazardous areas I had not seen on other trees. So glad I took his advice.I think Jake was the person in charge of the actual removal. Excellent job. When I first moved to Jacksonville I loved the tree in my front yard, but then it decided to go rogue and literally began falling apart! Pat was extremely helpful, offered a few different options to make the situation safer but in the end we went with a full tree removal. They were able to fit us in for the following morning which was a total blessing! These guys got the job done quick and they were very friendly. After having several trees removed by these guys I couldn’t be happier. Patrick (the estimator) was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process as were all of the men on the 10 man crew. These guys had the newest and best equipment to get the job done efficiently and without leaving a trace that the trees were ever there. I have already referred these folks to several of my neighbors and will be using them again!!!

In actuality, a 4.5 star rating. Very timely and responsive to provide a quote. The service provided was quality, with a very polite and professional crew. Although, a few water bottles were left scattered about the yard. They did well to clean up scraps and trimmings. Unfortunately, a portion of the job was overlooked, but their crew chief called before we could, and arranged for prompt return to finish the job completely. We were impressed that Lucas came out on a Saturday, amongst a heat advisory, to finish the job. He did a thorough job, and even cleaned up the trimmings to take away, since the city collection is not currently reliable. We are impressed with the professionalism and friendly attitude of all the technicians.

I called for a quote to have 2 trees removed, stump grinding for both and have the canopy raised on our oak tree. Pat and Dan came out the same day and gave me a quote. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Price was fair and reasonable (I compared to 2 other companies). Scheduled for a week later. They were on time and delivered what was promised. These guys were great from start to finish on a very high risk tree we needed removed over our house. Jake, Patrick, Daniel, and all of the crewman were very professional, hard working, and safety oriented. They showed up on time, used professional equipment and cranes, and left our yard pristine after they finished. Great service at a fair price - we were very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I give them a C- trending D. I had a huge portion of a old water oak come down in my yard. I was concerned and have since confirmed the rest would need to come down. They came out and gave me an estimate for the removal and clean up of the portion along with taking the tree down. I waited the two weeks for them to arrive the morning to do the work. When they did, they suddenly decided they couldn’t take the tree down because of how wet the ground was which is understandable but, they underestimated the job and wanted to renegotiate the price. The price was contingent upon all the work being done at the same time. Since I hadn’t had access to my backyard for 3 weeks because the part that came down was literally blocking my back door I went ahead and had them remove the fallen portion. We’ll that was some shoddy work. They took my fence down and put it back up wrong and now I’m unable to close my gate, they threw water bottles all over my yard and just left them there, they didn’t put plywood down and chewed my yard all to pieces and they even left 2 limbs that had gone straight into the ground sticking up out of the ground. To top it off, I asked them if they could leave me a few pieces for my fire pit and they giant size logs I can’t even pick up. So now I’m back at square one trying to figure out how to get my tree down.

Had a last minute call to remove and trim some of the trees on my property and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire crew. One technician stuck out amongst all the rest, and that was Lucas. When the job was nearing its end while the rest of the crew were wrapping up and heading back their service vehicles he (Lucas) stayed back and cleaned up little knick knack branches here and there just to ensure the job was fully completed. I was extremely surprised by his overall positive attitude, drive to provide quality work, and to find out that he is just 20 years old was an absolute shocker because of how well he carried himself and having the maturity of someone twice his age!

The Eagerton caravan, led by the 30 ton crane, arrived at 7:15 a.m. Very efficient teamwork. They had everything in place in less than an hour. They removed two large oak trees......one of which was a 90 - 100 year old live oak in the middle of my elevated rear deck. The job was completed in 7 hours. The crew was not only incredibly organized and fast, they were a group of happy guys that enjoyed what they were doing. Their price was also very reasonable.I highly recommend Eagerton Tree Service and have already done so to my neighbor.

I would highly recommend Eagerton Tree Svc. They came out did a quote then came out within a week to provide the requested service. While here we did a change which they were very accommodating to the changes that we requested. In total we had one tree removed and we had stump and root grinding. We had multiple trees pruned. And lasting we had a tree removed to include having the stump removed and a load of dirt brought in that they smoothed and leveled for us. I also want to say all Eagerton employees were polite and wore safety gear. Thank you for your service.

Eagerton Tree Service is the absolute best! We had a broken tree branch hanging dangerously over our neighbor’s property. We reached out to the Eagerton team, and they were here the next day. The entire time, the workers were professional, kind, and efficient. And most of all, they did an incredible job. 10/10 would recommend!

From initial appointment for an estimate to property clean-up, Eagerton was professional, responsive, and courteous. On my property they removed six large oak trees, two dead trees, and topped five large shrubs. Patrick and Daniel came to give an estimate very quickly, were extremely polite, and provided me with a detailed explanation about how they would conduct the work. On the days Eagerton came to do the tree work, they were very professional and operated multiple heavy equipment in close proximity to my home and my neighbors. Their experience really showed as they carefully maneuvered between homes to skillfully remove and trim very large trees. All personnel on their team was very polite and knowledgeable about how to do the work. When the work was completed they cleaned up my yard and street to leave it like they found it. These guys were awesome! A tree fell on my house and they were on it right away, swooped in and knocked it out. Patrick was super nice and accommodating assessing the situation.

After getting a quote from a different tree service for some moderate tree trimming, that company rescheduled me 3 times before they finally came out. The day that we had scheduled the third attempt for, I woke up to 8 men standing in my backyard with no phone call or knock on the door or anything. After 30 min of them standing around talking, one finally came and knocked on the door and told me that they wouldn’t be able to cut anything because they don’t own a lift (🤨) and they recommend going with another company bc they underestimated the complexity of the job. I was livid.Then, these guys came recommended by my dad who had run into them on another job site and told them everything that happened with tree service A and how I had been screwed over 3 times now. Pat came to my house that very same day and gave me an excellent quote that was even better than tree company A’s. He was easy to talk to and I told him exactly what I wanted and he said “no problem. We definitely own lifts.” He was very reassuring and I felt confident that these guys actually knew what they were doing. They called me when they were on the way, talked to me before doing any work, took my patio lights down before they cut and hung them back up for me, blew off the roof, and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. Daniel even called me outside several times to make sure that I was happy with how it was looking and that there wasn’t anything they missed. The trees have so much more life in them and it really brightens up the home so much! Couldn’t be happier with them! Would definitely recommend!

My 65 year old husband saw Eagerton Tree Service this morning - readying to take a very large - cracked and very dangerous tree down in our neighbors yard. We have not been able to fly our American Flag for a number of years because the flag rope had broken and we couldnt find anyone with a ladder tall enough to restring the rope. He listened to what I wanted done with tree, made suggestions. Bid was competitive with other businesses. Crew showed up as scheduled. Work done quickly, safely. Full cleanup done. We called Eagerton for a tree and stump removal of a tall and large tree. Patrick came out the next day to give us a quote and set up a removal day. They came out the following Tuesday with a large crew and lots of big equipment. They even helped the husband load our rotten fence into the bed of our truck, so we could take it to the dump. The tree was located near a outbuilding and a above ground pool. They were extremely careful as to not let any limbs or debris fall or come near the pool. The large crew assisted in a very controlled manner and they cleaned up the debris as they removed the tree and hauled it off. The stump and surrounding roots covered a large area. When they used the stump grinder it produced so much debris that you could not see the entire stump/root system. After they left, we started clearing away the mulch and dirt. There was a large section of stump and roots left behind that had not be chopped up. We outlined the area with paint and flags and took pictures. We sent them to Patrick and they came back out in few days and removed the rest of the stump and root system. No auguring or negative attitude. Just did the job. Excellent service and professional. I would use Eagerton again and certainly recommend them.

Did an excellent job. I had Eagerton remove a couple of tree, trim a couple of oak tree, and trim 4 palm trees. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything really well. They were fair in their prices as well.

We have a hugh (approximately 42 year old) live oak tree that needed a reduction cut. We saw their add in the Mint magazine and called. They had excellent equipment to do the job. They mulched the limbs, blowed off the roof and driveway and were finished and leaving in an hour. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a tree service company.

After removal they grind down both stumps, filled holes, and cleaned area with professional results. Eagerton Tree Service, removed 2 trees and did some much needed tree trimming for me. They were very efficient in the services that they provided and left no trash when they left, all debris from the trees were chipped and big pieces hauled off. This tree service is top/notch. A huge limb fell through two rooms of our house on Thanksgiving day. We called Eagerton late afternoon and they completely cut, removed and even helped put covering on the holes. The staff are very professional and know how to navigate for safety and efficiency. They cleaned, swept and completed the task in less than 2 hours.

Getting the estimate they explained technique and the process.After receiving an estimate and ready to go my wife asked for a couple more. I needed two 80 ft Live Oaks removed from my backyard. From beginning to end, it was an absolute pleasure working with Eagerton. Patrick was very knowledgeable, respectful of my timeline without pressuring me, and quick to respond to my messages and all my questions. The on-site crew was incredibly organized, professional, and fast! They managed to finish the job in under 2 hours. They cleaned up everything, and you would have never even known they were there (no debris, lawn looked untouched, etc). Eagerton came in and did a job well done. I had several limbs hanging over my house from my fairly small fenced back yard, and a tall pecan tree in the middle of my front yard that was rotting from the trunk with limbs stretching toward my neighbors property and near electric wires. Eagerton brought the manpower and the right equipment to get the limbs cut and tree completely removed, quickly and safely. The proposed work was competitively priced, in writing, with multiple options to consider. Patrick and his staff were respectful (busy), and took pride in their work.

First time home buyer. Last thing I wanted to do in my first 30 days of home ownership was deal with this. From the beginning, in just the estimate phase, Patrick saw it on my face how stressed I was over this massive rotting dead tree in my yard. He cracked a joke to ease my anxiety. Crew got here this morning at exactly the time I was told they would. In and out in an hour and 45 minutes. Super personable m, kind, professional and left my yard clean. I have used Eagerton Tree Service approximately 8 times for tree removal. I call, they respond & take care of like its suppose to be done. They come on time, and complete the job correctly the first time & for a fair price in the market. During a hurricane, a tree fell on my roof & Jake/Eagerton came out quickly with a large crane & removed, which was Amazing. I highly recommend them as a company you can count on.

THE BEST!! I had very large trees removed from my backyard by having them craned over the house. They arrived as promised with all the equipment and workers necessary to do the job. The workers were all dressed in company shirts looking very professional. The equipment was in excellent condition. They were expedient and neat. When they were finished, except for the trees being removed, you wouldnt know they had been here. The price was extremely reasonable. Ive had five other tree companies and none can compare with Eagerton. Dont waste your time with anyone else!!

Daniel and his crew came out today on time and did a fantastic job removing 3 trees and trimming large branches that hung over the house. They made sure everything was cleaned up before the y left. Definitely will use them again.

My neighbor across the street was removing some trees and so I asked him who he was using as there are quite a few of those businesses around here. He told me hed gotten a lot of quotes and Eagerton had the best with good reviews. They came out and gave me a free estimate which was very reasonable, plus a discount for an additional job right across the street. On the scheduled day, they arrived right on time and got to work and I was amazed. They brought a whole crew with all the power equipment needed including a crane. Come to find out, my neighbor down the street was going to use them as well to remove two trees from the backyard (that was a sight to behold watching a crane lift a couple of massive trees out of a backyard). They had three huge jobs done in three hours. They were all courteous, hard-working, and great to talk to. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a tree service. I even asked for some of their cards in case anyone I know needs a good company. Great job guys!

The whole Eagerton team gets a 10/10. They removed a large pine tree in my back yard with their crane and made it look easy. The owner was on site running the crew and made sure everything ran smoothly. My yard was completely cleaned afterwards and you would’ve never known they were there. I’ll only use this tree service in the future.

I’ll start with the good. The guys arrive on time and communicate extremely well with you up to the day. They’re all very professional and extremely friendly, and the teamwork they exhibit is truly astounding. They managed to get several huge trucks onto a very tiny crowded Riverside street which was impressive to say the least. They’re flexible with what you’re wanting done and have good prices. They did a great job of taking down a rotted tree and not hitting my neighbors house nor mine. They have all the equipment ready to go, so don’t have to outsource anything, which is a big time saver. They only took 2ish hours to remove a tree, several limbs, and some overgrowth. They also cleaned up the yard and driveway with rakes and blowers, so everything they did was completed well and cleaned up.Now for the not so good- I specifically called them to remove a specific stump in the backyard. They knew for a month that this stump needed to go due to a scheduled fence installation. Unfortunately they didn’t do their due diligence prior to the visit, so they didn’t realize a wire fence might impede the process. They left and said that they would be back in time to remove it for my fence installation. Of course, the day they planned to come back the whole crew was given the day off due to rain (which is very understandable), however rather than immediately coming up with an alternative, it took me calling them the following morning and asking when the guys would be there for them to realize this. The person they wanted to send couldn’t even be there until after fence installation and didn’t even contact me until later in the afternoon that day (a problem since fence installation was the following day). The amount they withheld for coming back for the stump wasn’t even half of what I ended up paying for it to be removed, so to say I was disappointed is an understatement given it was the entire reason I called them in the first place. Especially, when the guy I called to get it done had the exact same equipment as they did and managed to get the entire stump out.I also originally asked for all debris to be taken away, to which they said they would. They didn’t tell me chips would be left after I clearly explained that I wanted all debris gone from the yard, and only after stump removal did they tell me removing chips would be extra. My landscapers can’t sod my yard with the giant pile of chips. In my opinion if you say you’re going to get rid of all debris a huge pile of wood chips count and if it costs extra then that should be discussed up front. They will say that with rain it will sink into the ground- after 5 days of Florida thunderstorms it most definitely did not.

My yard look better and sunny after remove two big oaks. These guys are professional. They use the latest equipment to do the job fast and secure.

Pat from Eagerton came out to give a very professional free estimate. He carefully explained all our options, the reasons for the different options, and prices for each. I like that I did not feel the pressure to make a decision on the spot. I was able to carefully review the estimate. When compared with the other estimates I received, Eagerton was the best deal. The day of the removal of one tree and trimming of another, the team was on time. They prepped the area like removing my mailbox and moving my yard flags so they would not be damaged. The team worked like a well oiled machine and were done in less that two hours. This also included cleaning up by raking up leaves, blowing materials out of the yard, and replacing my mailbox and yard flags. I highly recommend them. Awesome job!
