They. are very reasonable and do an excellent job. Because they are the best around, there is a 2-3 month waiting list.

3 stars because there are things they did very well and things they could improve upon. We have 8 trees on the property. Seven needed to be pruned and one needed removed.Things that were great:1) They’re the only company that called back. I called 4 companies in total.2) The prices are very reasonable. Supposed to be $1500 for 4 pruning and 1 removal plus stump grinding. Ended up paying $1k for 3 pruning and 1 removal plus grinding.3) They cleaned up after themselves. The yard looked like it did before they came.4) The crew was friendly5) the tree removal and stump grinding were done really wellThings that need improvement:1) communication: had to contact via messenger app and there were a few times I was left on read for over a week. I had to repeatedly contact them to get a timeframe. I was told right off the bat that it would be mid September until they could get to me. That’s fine, I don’t mind waiting but not okay with being ignored.2) there seemed to be no rhyme or reason for why they were cutting limbs. At one point I had to go out and remind them that they weren’t removing a particular tree. The crew member cut off multiple lower limbs for no reason. After explaining that I just wanted it trimmed I went back in. They didn’t touch that tree again and left multiple dead limbs present.3) Due to the size of my gate and the fact that they use a bucket lift to access the trees, they were only going to be able to do five of my 8 trees but in the end they only trimmed 3 and removed one. They quit working on that one and then didn’t even touch the walnut tree.

Called during a busy time, they still managed to get back to me and take care of my fallen tree. Very pleasant people to deal with.

T&K helped me clean up a treeline that is on the north side of my house. Friendly staff, great clean up and haul away services, and up front pricing. My bill was exactly what I was quoted (no surprises)!
