Hit a huge pothole and blew my tire. They were to me and my family within 20 minutes! Fastest Ive ever had a tow show up! Driver was awesome and friendly.

I’ve recently called Jacksonville Towing & Recovery twice to have the same vehicle towed. Herbie (the Love Bug!) arrived in less than 30 minutes!! He expertly loaded my vehicle onto his truck from very tight quarters, one of which was a pretty full parking lot. I swear he’d win all competitions! And I told him so!! Thank you very much Herbie!!! Absolutely amazing people! Never even got to use them for my tow service cause cops impounded it to another location before I had the money for tow. So Jacksonville Towing never even got my money and had called back n forth with me multiple times and called other recovery places and found my car before I even did! Genuinely cared! Even saw cops at my car the day I was to call back and say “ok I have the money, tow” and called me to let me know! Choose Jacksonville Towing & Recovery every time! My family will! Jacksonville Tow and Recovery is a rip off. My car was in a reck, One of the guys stated to me to bring my title to him, he will hold it until i decided if i want my car What! He must have been drunk because, where they do that at?..I also wanted my belongings out my car, they gave me a huge amount to retrieve my things. I quickly changed my mind in wanting them. I stated to him we are in a pandemic and they should be trying to help people rather then rip them off.

Herb is the best. Such a friendly guy! Has a love for cars like I do! The towing service wasn’t as expensive as other places. Fast friendly service.

Prompt, affordable and professional service

They were quick to get me picked up told me to Jacksonville from North Little Rock. They had a new starter, rebuilt put it on and it worked well. Were very kind and professional. They didnt put a scratch on my truck. I would recommend them anytime.

Called to get a tow Friday after work because my car didnt turn on that morning. They would get it next day because by the time we get to the dealership would be closed so we scheduled the pick for the next morning, they told were supposed to call me next morning. Waited for an hour and nothing. I called and they are sleeping. Whats the hole point of scheduling a pick up?
