Called the listed Jacksonville phone number to ask about one of my customers vehicle that they towed and the man who answered didnt answer with the business name so I had to ask if it was Fagans and even the tone of the mans voice was rude from the very start. I have never been talked to with such distain for no reason. I will NEVER call them again. I dont know how they have any repeat customers with the way they treat people.

I called Fagans Towing to help me recover two vintage mid 60s volkswagan buses that had been hidden and stuck behind a house for more than 20 years. The vans were located in a very difficult, close confined, area down hill from the narrow, winding residential street. Fagans Towing was able to get the job done. First to get them to a position for a roll back and then to tow them to a place to be loaded onto a long haul carrier. Both times his knowledge and expertise to handle this job was spot on and very much appreciated. I wouldnt hesitate to call him in the future.

Late night break down on I-20 in my truck. Everyone I called was 2-3 hours out. Larry was helpful, professional and arrived in under an hour. Wonderful man!!! An absolute blessing.
