Very friendly and professional. I was a little late getting out of JAX airport but my driver waited for me. Am staying at Seaside Amelia Inn, Amelia Island lighthouse close to Inn so my driver went by lighthouse for me first so I could see it and get some pictures. Highly recommend if you dont to rent a car.

Reserved a taxi to drive me to the airport from NAS JAX. They called 5 minutes prior to my pickup to tell me they didnt have anyone who could drive on base. Would have been nice to know either at booking or anytime not when Im supposed to leave.

We were never picked up and the phone number doesnt work when you try to call them! We have used this service before and never had an issue. We will not be using this service again! This is so unprofessional!

Use Uber, if you don’t have a smartphone get one learn how to use it (I’m telling you it will be worth the trouble) super shuttle will bail on you an hour before you are counting on them.... DO NOT USE!!! They where supposed to pick me up at my house at 5:30am to fly out of JAX. I confirmed twice the day prior. They where a No Show and I Missed my flight. When I called to find out what happened they hung up on me.Still No call back.Complete Chaos.I would not recommend.

Shuttle service from Jax airport to residence was great. Driver Claude very nice. Will use shuttle service again.

Due to having oversized luggage, I could not make a reservation online or via app, I had to do so via phone to ensure oversize luggage was accounted for. Reservation was done 3 weeks before pick-up, given a confirmation number, and I paid paid extra and in advance. less than 24 hours before pick-up, they called with an issue that my reservation type wouldnt accommodate the oversize luggage (the only way they knew I had oversized luggage was due to making reservation via phone to accommodate for it). After a combined 45 minutes of phone calls being transferred between agents, being on hold for supervisors, my reservation was cancelled in order to replace with the correct reservation. However, after cancelling, was told the new reservation would be more than double the original cost ($45 to $110). I dont have any other options available due to the short timeline for pick up. I wont be using this service again

If I could review lower I would. If you make a reservation that doesn’t mean you will get a ride. Worthless company cancelled early AM ride less than an hour prior to pickup.

Don’t use them...Lousy services, they didn’t show up, missed my flight, they claim can’t find the address, never called me for directions, never refunded my payment, they want you to go to a website and request the refund takes forevermore to resolve, will never use them again..find other currier.
