Highly recommend! Used them for a very late pickup from Jacksonville airport and then a very early departure a few days later, and each trip went very smoothly. Car was clean and COVID-19 precautions were followed by each driver. Professional, safe, and reliable. Will definitely use again!

Terry is very professional and reliable. You can tell from the very moment he answers the call that youre going to be treated very well! The shuttle ride was better than I expected, good conversation, and clean comfortable ride. It definitely made the 45 minute ride go by fast after a long air travel AND after waiting on Uber and Lyft! Im glad I had Terry as my driver. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially if youre looking to have a good conversation on culture and arts and more. Its like going around the world in 90 seconds!

I just completed my first visit to Jacksonville. When my friend learned my return flight home was at 7:00 a.m., I was told not to worry. My friend informed me that she has been using Mr. Terry’s taxi service for many years and that his prompt, reliable service would have me at the Jacksonville Airport on time. On April 9, I was greeted at 5 a.m. sharp by a smiling gentleman asking if I was ready for the best taxi ride of my life. I did indeed, have a great taxi ride, which even included some area history. He, his drivers, and his office manager, Dorie, are extremely professional, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. I always send Dorie my travel itinerary and know she will make all the necessary arrangements.I am a senior lady and it is extremely important to know I can always call on Terry and Dorie in any event, emergency or just routine service. I love this service. They are so reliable. We used them two years ago for a late night pickup at JAX. We used them again last night. Steve was our driver both times. The vehicle is super comfortable, and Steve provides a safe drive.

Terry was great! I flew in for an interview at UNF, and there was a snafu with the taxi reservation that UNF had made. He drove me (late at night) even without the reservation so I wouldnt be left at the airport! Id definitely take Taxi Terry transportation again, and so should you! He said they run taxis to and from UF on Fridays.

Very rude people I use them back in September I called them trying to be a repeat Customer because were going in February the lady was horribly rude the price was double what it was I wouldnt recommend them to somebody I didnt like....sad sad wont be getting my business and I come to Jacksonville regularly to cruise to the Bahamas
