I would just like to say my driver was absolutely fantastic! She was super nice, had cute little dragons in her cab, and took me to an extra stop I did not initially request! I am super satisfied with my taxi service today!

The lady in customer service was sweet, but my cab came 25 minutes late even after calling 30 min ahead of the scheduled pickup. I will never use this taxi service again. Just dont waste your time.

This “cab service” is so unprofessional. MOST of the male drivers are rude as heck. Very early in the mornings I experience the most rudest drivers ever. They don’t even sound like they care, just rude. Always late or very early, they Never give you a straight up answer which is inconvenient at times. It’s your last resort because there’s barely any drivers out here. Ghetto.

When we arrived OAJ, we had been “stood up” by our scheduled limo service. There was a Yellow Taxi parked outside the terminal and she did not yet have a fare. We had a lot of luggage and the mini van was just what we needed? The driver, Liz, was personable, friendly and asked about our comfort level several times during the 40 minute drive. She asked if we needed to stop for anything as we told her we were returning from overseas. We were very pleased. When we arrived at our destination, Liz even assisted us getting our luggage out of the van. Next time we need a taxi in the Jacksonville area, we’ll be calling Liz at Yellow Taxi. And thank you.

At this point yellow cab been around for years lol. That speaks for itself. But i will still rate just because. But every one should know by now they are great. We use this place a lot for trasnport they are great call day befoe schedual a ride . Only thing some cabs need a good cleaning and repair and few drivers needs to be a little bite more friendly over all they get you where you need to go.

Called an hour before to Schedule a pick up, that never showed up at given time for me to be picked up. Once called 10 mins after the time I scheduled I was told they were on their way and STILL NEVER SHOWED UP so I began to walk. When I called My sister to see if they even decided to show up over an hour later no one did. I would never recommend this service especially when trying to get to work because that person would have no job. They are unreliable, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional.

The driver while in the middle of a heavily use rd will not pull in the drive way then proceeds to swear at my girlfriend because she did walk out asoon as there got there. We have use this company many times before and even with them being late most of the time we still called back till now.

Cab driver did not come to my house was talking to other people and drove off. Called dispatch and there saying to meet at the mailbox they want you to pay for service and dont respect you I told one of them to get out of my yard he refused. So I called the cops he was disrespectful please use another cab company. The cab driver and dispatch argue with you threaten you and make you feel uncomfortable. To ride dont use them.

Normally my Experiences with yellow are pretty good but today out of all days two drivers were rude only one was very nice and polite.The dispatcher was very rude and didnt want to talk to me About a driver who was extremely rude refusing to answer my question and picked someone up in front of me who had not been waiting Then the dispatcher went on to tell me that I had only been there 20 minuteswhen I was waiting for nearly an hour.I dont have a phone I had used someone elses so the person whos phone I used had also apparently been waiting on a cab for 30 minutes another driver pulls up waiting on a gentleman and says that people call cabs and walk away a few minutes later calls another and into someone elses ride. All an all my good fridays ruined because of 2 drivers trying 2 catch a quick buck and a dispatcher with a bad attitude.

Cabs are ALWAYS late even if you call HOURS ahead of time to schedule your ride. i’m always late to work. definitely don’t use yellow cab. consider using uber or lyft instead.

Horrible experience! I will not be using this company again. I needed a ride to work in the morning so I called the night before to schedule a pick up time. The woman I spoke to was in a rush to get me off the phone. When the cab failed to pick me up, I called and was told that because she had failed to get my phone number, they had no way of contacting me to let me know that there wasn’t a cab available. The man I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. He couldn’t be bothered to apologize and was extremely argumentative. His solution was to have a cab be there an hour after the scheduled time. When I said that would cause me to be late for work, he wasn’t empathetic at all and just acted annoyed to be talking to me. I would give them a negative rating if I could!

It is in poor taste to almsot be hit and cut off by one of your vehicles when it speeds and does not use turn signals while in inclement weather in tight spaces. Thoroughly unimpressed

If it wasnt for the price being cheaper than Uber, I honestly wouldnt even use this company. The more I used this, the more I witness some rude disrespectful people. Its like they choose to hire anybody! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Making me late for work, even when I schedule my pick up hours in advance and make the pick up 30 minutes before I need to be somewhere and I only work 8 minutes away!!!! I spend way too much a month with this company.. its ridiculous. Get your stuff together and be better with your customers.

Did not properly communicate, I’ve never heard of a driver refusing for pick up. If you are new to the area, use Uber instead. Customer service and accommodation to new comers not welcomed.

Quite honestly shocked by this place.Been using them for a couple months.Phone people are rude 90% of the time.The other one just sounds like she doesnt want to be there.Some of the drivers and cars are actually clean.Been collecting cards so I can call drivers instead of the office.Understand drivers having bad moods the way they are treated on the radio.Evidently its common to treat the customers the same way.Heard the dispatcher yelling at a driver and threatening to call the cops on a customer over a misunderstanding about a credit card.Carry cash and you wont have credit card problems.Those people have no compassion or courtsey.Most of the ones who get dispatched to by cell phone are pretty arrogant.They have attitude I guess because they make more money than the ones who work by radio.Most of the ones who work by radio are ok.Although the one man should really take a bath.Called to be picked up at store.Had to walk across the parking lot to catch one of the ones sitting on their stand.Evidently the ones who get dispatched to by cell phone get the calls before the ones who work by radio.Dont understand having to wait 30 minutes for a ride when one is sitting right there in the parking lot.Phone person got nasty when I called in to cancel whoever she was sending.Sorry lady but my frozen stuff was melting and had to go.Driver said sometimes if its only cash cabs on stand you might have to wait for a credit card cab.Told her I always pay cash.She looked a little shocked when I told her about the ones who get their trips from the dispatcher over the phone.I have seen it happen enough.Maybe you have to be with the company for awhile before you get that priviledge or you have to pay extra?We have collected enough cards I think to get by until we transfer.We have 2 from day drivers, three from night drivers, and one from a lady who splits her shifts.We will never call those hateful peole on the phone again.If none of our drivers can get us, we will just order a Lyft.

Driver was 20 minutes late, showed up smoking in his van, no mask. Van was disgusting. Began talking on his handheld cell phone while driving.

The company deserves a negative star rating. Whomever answered the 353-1111 number on 1/12/2020 was the rudest person on the planet. Just because my number didn’t show up on the caller ID. The man on the other end yelled at me about having a private number and to never call him again! And hung up on me😡 What! Are you kidding me! Who does that ? That company needs to be out of business. Don’t call them! Call an Uber, or catch the transit bus.

This company went out if their way to help me, Im in Michigan, my wife was on base in Jacksonville, and needed a ride to the airport. They got a car to her in less than 5 minutes, and the driver was great, waited for her to finish packing and gather her stuff. Very accommodating in this situation, Awesome Job...

February 2, I took a to a couple of places. Needless to say, I had bags of things. Yet, I accidentally forgot ONE badge that had a new release DVD, a remote control, and prepaid $55 cell phone activation card. Everything in the bag was worth about $100. Will u believe that I called the company back when I realized that I forgot my bag. They said it wasnt in the car. They couldve care less. What makes matters worse is that I gave the driver a $20 tip!!! YET, THEY STILL DIDNT CARE!!!😠👎😠👎

Do not waste your money on these people. I called them at 2:34pm today for a ride to my job. I called while i was already outside waiting so there was no confusion with which building to go to. I had to be at work at 3. I called them back at 2:55pm asking for another cab because no one showed up, mind you, I have been outside for almost 30 mins. The lady who answered was not only rude but tried to argue with me, telling me what time i called and that she called someone as soon as she hung up the phone with me. I saw 2 yellow cabs drive straight past my apartment complex, both going the same direction. Not only am I late to work, but I had to call another taxi company for a cab. Thank god tarheel taxi came as soon as possible. Just horrible service with these people (yellow cab). This review doesnt even deserve one star but I couldnt leave them blank.

These people dont even deserve a star. Been waiting for service for over a hour which is like this all the time. Then to top it off the dispatcher messed up my ride and thought I was being picked up where I needed to be dropped off. Tarheel is so much better, dont waste your money on slow service

One of their drivers honked their horn at me to get me to go faster on a road where the speed limit was only 35 miles per hour and they wanted me to go faster . Im not getting a ticket for no-one . They need to check themselves.

Drivers phone wasnt working for the card app. So it costed me my appointment I really needed to go to. They had me there late. And the police was called for the fact his machine wasnt working on his phone. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Never ride with this cab company. I paid 15$ to go up the street because the driver wanted to procrastinate where to drop me at. Going around in circles. They got my money but next time I know better.

They tell you 10-15 minutes. But it has been an hour and Im still waiting. I had to call them back to give them directions to a place that is on any gps map. Either they dont use GPS, or they lie to their customers telling them they cant find the place. Either way. If you can use Tarheel Taxi on the Air Station I would. Not yellow cab. Every time Ive been disappointed by this cab company.

Awful, disgusting, and RUDE. BOTH operators I had had such horrible attitudes that I was tempted so tell them never mind but I had somewhere to go. WORST TAXI SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! My driver RICH was AMAZING and had such a great attitude that it ALMOST compensated for the horrible treatment but not quite.

I usually call yellow cab for our customers here at the Motel. Who ever they hired for a dispatcher has a bad attitude. I called 3 times no answer/ fourth time they finally answered but with a hasty tone.

Yellow cab use to be my favorite cab company. But here lately they have been a huge disappointment. Example: I called for a cab at 1030 pm and the man said it was going to take about 45 mins. Ok kool I can do that. It’s now 1135 so I called the company back and I guess they have a new person that do the calls but she is nice/rude if you know what I mean. She has a nice tone of voice but with a lil rudeness to it. I told her what the man had told me before her and she cut me off and told me to wait but really she hung up the phone. I wasn’t rude or loud of any sort. I was just answering her question. Long story short I called right back and told her who I was and she says “ I told you to hold on ma’am.” How is that you put me on hold but I clearly just called you back and you answered. Doesn’t sound like call waiting to me. If you don’t like your job then leave is how I see it. Oan the older cab drivers scare me when they drive. Swerving all over the road. Not doing the speed limit is dangerous too. All in all It’s just not expectable.

There shouldnt even be a star. I dont know her name but she is car J41. She has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She lied about having to pick me up all while texting and left. I waited 30 minutes because I was waiting for the actual cab (since she said she wasnt my driver) and dispatch said she WAS supposed to pick me up. Another 15 minutes later she shows up. Doesnt speak when I said hello. She doesnt speak when I leave. Absolutely worse service Ive ever recieved. I hope no one else goes through this.

Sorry for your bad experience with yellow cab yes I do agree we do have some rude dispatchers and some rude drivers but not all of the dispatch and drivers are rude if you do find a driver that you like and I hope that you do you do have the right to request that driver to pick you up all you need is the cab drivers cab number or ask the driver for there personal number and if there are anything unsafe a driver does on the road nothing can be done unless you get the cab number so please get the cab number so the situation can be handled appropriately please we don’t want to lose your business because of a couple rude and unsafe drivers we would love to have you back thanks
