This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was attempting to get a hold of a ride, he let me know that the ride was 20 minutes away. I asked him if he possibly had something quicker, and he rudely responded “No, go find somebody else” then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back, to let him know he did not even give me a chance to respond to confirm, I did in fact still want to catch the ride.I would not recommend this company to anyone with his type of attitude.

They told me someone was coming to pick me up. They never called. I called back again and was hung up on three times before they just said NO and hung up. Do NOT use these terrible people. 4/24/2021

Could not get a hold of no one!

Rude and not helpful

The guy was trying to sound like he was operating a fleet of taxis, pretty sure he operates the phone and drives. Asked me if I was paying with cash (so he could pocket it) and got busted by the police trying to pick me up in a personal vehicle. This is NOT a taxi service, this is some guy trying to fly under the radar of taxis and Uber.

No one answered.

Said it would be a 10 minute wait. Waited 30 minutes and they never even showed up. Pretty crappy service.

When I called I was told 30.00 for round trip 10 miles one way. I waited 1 hrs. before he showed up,when we got to destination,he charged me 30.00. I sshould have read the reviews before called them,I will never use them again. I dont recommend using this taxi..........

Dude told me he would be here to pick me up in 15 minutes & now 40 minutes later he wont even answer the phone. Never use this service. Horribly unprofessional & a liar.
