I give 2 stars vans need to be clean more and people need to wear deodorant and quit smoking cigarettes but BETTER THAN TITAN TAXI and they actually come and get you in 20min or less theyre good and King Xcab good

I called a guy name Billy Drake hes friends with guy that goes by JW hes with Tarheel Taxi and gave me Billys # and said he send me a taxi so Billys sent me one and it was a van and it didnt have A/C but the time is whats important! So I give 4 starsNote: please clean your taxis and fix your A/C!

I have a disabled child with I weak immune system & needed medicine. Called NO ANSWER. Got an immediate ignore message”I’M SORRY I CANT ANSWER RIGHT NOW” OK CALLED AGIAN NO ANSWER 20 minutes later I get a message “WE ARE UP AGAIN” CALLED AGAIN ONCE AGAIN NO ANSWER! WHAT A CROCK! DEFINITELY NOT A BUSINESS!

There is no point in having a cab company if u aint gon be here on time. I called for a cab around 12 something to scheduled a pick around 250 or 300 the man said ok here it was 340 in I get no cab. This businesses should be shut down honestly you ask to be picked up in NEVER get picked up.

I have used a taxi service for the last 3 months and this is the third time they did not show call a different company!

They never showed up and blocked my number when I called to make sure they had the right address! DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldnt ask for a better service! The driver was so nice! Very clean and professional!

They never picked me up and when I called again they hung up on me!!

I called and they said they would be here in 20 minutes. Stood outside waiting for almost an hour, called back several times and they just never answered again and never showed up. Ended up walking

Save your time and money the will never show when you need a ride.
