Good and convient

Hated cab ride. Asked for ac to be turned on but refused. Hot,very hot ride. Driver was rude.

I got off of work at 2:30 and I called to get a cab on base. They told me they would have one on the way. I was waiting outside of work for nearly an hour when a co worker offered me a ride home. Since I live on base I called and told them my new location which was like 4 minutes away from work. They told me they had updated the address. The woman was rude and in such a hurry she hung up on me as I was asking a question. I had been waiting for another thirty minutes so I decided to call again. They told me the driver was 5 minutes away. Thirty minutes later I cancelled my ride because where I was going was closing soon and there was no way I could make it there in time. I spoke to a manager and all he did was say hed write the driver up. And offer excuses for his workers. This cab service is truly terrible.

Excellent service and very helpful when coordinating schedules. No problem with booking and really good communication. Certainly from now Yellow Checker is my go-to ride service. Thanks!
