Was traveling by train to visit my recently widowed sister. After requesting rates from other companies, the lady I spoke with at A-Team took the time to explain the rates and was not only pleasant but very professional. Tony came to pick me up. He loaded my luggage and opened my door for me. The car was clean and the rates were less expensive than the other companies. During my stay we had to call Tony to escort us into Jacksonville. Again, he was prompt, polite, professional and got us to our appointment on time. When leaving my grieving sister he took me back to the train station in plenty of time. He was there when we needed him. We have named him Tony the Angel. From the time they answered the phone until the time I left Jacksonville I never had to worry about a safe ride and their professional nature. They should be the only company you call if you want great service. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Tony.

Really came to my rescue after the Toyota dealership decided to keep my car for overnight repairs without speaking to me about it; thus, stranding me at the dealership. Fares were very reasonable; the driver was congenial. Wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

The ride to my friends place was soso. When I got there, I paid him and then told him Im gonna prepay $20 for him to come get me in the morning. He agreed and said, call me at 5:20 am. So I called... Nothing. Nothing... And more nothing. I called for an hour. Probably 25 times. I was late to work and he never even called me back to say Im sorry. Ungrateful and unprofessional by the least, in my book..

I had an awful experience with this company. Im looking at the great reviews and am totally confused. I called the car for 2:45pm for my mother and sister to get to the airport by 3:15-ish (it only takes 1/2 hr from our house). Well apparently the driver went completely out of the way to pick up ANOTHER passenger (if you warn the patron in advance, fine, but to not tell them?!) and an hour later they were STILL not at the airport. The driver kept on telling my mom that they were almost there - they didnt get there until an hour and fifteen minutes later. Once there, the driver charged both my mom and sister AND the other passenger the full price - $60...even though they told me it would cost $45-50 on the phone. Because of the delay my family almost missed the flight. I called the company to complain and the guy I spoke to had NOTHING to say. He responded, ok, when I was done and thats it. Not even an apology. Will never use them ever again. Absolutely, awful experience.

Wow, they suck!!! I requested a cab and they told me it would be here in 15min. Then I called back in 45min to have the cab driver tell me that he would be here in another 15min. What the heck??? One hr and 15 min later I get a cab. No, thanks. I will go with another company. This taxi line is completely unreliable. I wish I could give them a minus 10 star!!! They were going to charge me $65 for the ride. After waiting for almost an hour with this taxi line, I went to Uber and got a ride in 7 min for $17...GO UBER!!!

This has to be the worst cab company in Jacksonville. I called them for a ride and was told fifteen minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes I called back to see if they were close. Close hell, they hadnt even dispatched someone to me. When I asked what the hold up was they simply said we dont have anyone in the area currently???? Why not just tell me that when the call was originally made? No Im sorry the guy just hung up on me when I told them to cancel the call. I believe this was the owner as the call went direct to his cell. After all the bad reviews I cant believe they are still in business. I suggest no one call these people and then eventually there will be more room on the road for a real taxi service.

My only experience with this company was of their driver running a red light and totaling my car. And the awesome part; they have ZERO insurance. And then, they threatened to sue me; really? What a crappy company.

I HAVE TOO ride with them every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for my appointments, My insurance sends a pickup and drop off time to then the day before the apt and they still cant get to my house on time. And as for pickup after my appointment, I waited 1 1/2 and no one came. When I called them and asked where my ride, she says, Oh you have to call us when your ready. I stated that I had a pickup time in the computer, and she saids, I see it but we dont send drivers until you call us. Then it took 56 mins after I called before they picked me up. Not AT ALLa good company

Unreliable! So I called UBER!!!I called A-Team Taxi the day ahead to set up a ride to the airport. (Could hardly hear the guy over the TV in the background.) He guaranteed that a cab would pick me up at 5am and get me to the airport. Taxi never showed. I called at 5:08, it went to answering machine, but it wasnt taking messages because it was full. What to do?! I called UBER! My ride showed up in 15 minutes and it was half the price of the cab company.

The worst never showed up and didnt have the decency to answer my calls when I called back an hour later while waiting on a ride... missed a days of work thanks C-Team .. You suck!!! I could give a 0star !!!!!!!!

What a great company,I was running late two months ago and needed a ride to work .everyone I called was too far away and too high in cost...so I called the (A Team) I was greeted with pleasantries, they were professional, they showed up on time and got me to work...great company...

Wasnt even in order/working when I called early on a Friday night.

I have yet to use this service. It just seems to me like the A-Team may have posted a couple 5 star reviews on themselves, I just want to balance out the reviews, which read as awful as any could, so maybe some people can avoid a terrible company.
