I 100% hate the customer service here. This usually ends up turning into a 3 hour event for a pedicure and a manicure no acrylic.They try to fit as many as people and keep things moving which I can appreciate but its at the expense if the first person to be served.The work is mediocre they usually always leave my corners unpainted or leave a thin layer when I do get acrylics that they chip within the first week.I tried to hang in there but its time to move on.

Plenty of room.Must make appointment staff our friendly and very professional and so relaxingI come here all the time

I’ve been coming here for 16 years! Nancy is my favorite! But all employees are great! I always feel welcomed and they’re worth the wait. Did I mention I no longer live in the area and I drive 45 minutes every 2 weeks to go here. 💅🏼

I’ve only had pedicures done here and they are always incredibly relaxing. They were extremely thorough and the prices are excellent. I love the massage chairs and the hot towels on my calves. I’ve never felt rushed; they really take their time! :)

Ive been going almost 2 yrs, I love Sonny and Nancy, my nails are always done perfectly and they way I want them. They stay up to date with the latest nail trends. Sonny always gives me something new and exotic for my Birthday. If ever you break a nail or smudge your nails they fix it no problem. .very sweet, people, very calm and relaxing place to pamper yourself, feel beautiful without breaking your pockets!! :)

My first time going to this nail salon was on Monday and the lady that did my nails did a wonderful job. However I broke two nails on Thursday so I went back to try to get them fixed waited an hr before I could get them done and the guy told me since I only got a fill in and not a full set theyre not responsible for breaking my nails and that I need to go to the place that did the full set because its there fault I even offered to pay and he still refused. Then I asked him well can you just take these two nails off and he said he would have to charge me so I was confused still. If I just got my nails done with you on Monday why are you charging me to take them off and when I ask you to fix them you say no. He then began to argue with me as I was explaining myself and talking over me. So ladies make sure that you ask them there nail policy before you get your nails done.

Somewhat friendly staff....The lady that normally does my eyebrows referred me to a new lady....However, I already stated that I would wait on her instead, but she insisted that I go with this new lady, and that she can do the same job as good as her....To make a long story short, the new lady ended up cutting my ends too thin, in which I had previously grown out my eyebrows just so that would not happen....Now, I have to start all over!

Great service, nice staff and great job! I came here monthly for a year and was never disappointed. Only thing I’ll be missing from Jacksonville.

I always get my nails done and never have a problem with my nails being “crooked”. Until the man that’s working here cut my nails down and didn’t make sure they were even .he was very rushy and unprofessional to have a nail salon or to even work at one .I would not recommend nobody to come here if you want your nails done the right way .

In loveeee with this place! I went in two days ago, the previous person who did my nails did the worst job possible! They were a train wreck! Kim took her time, evened the length, perfected every nail. They did not have a sample color of what I was looking for so 3 of them helped to find my perfect color. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When she told me the price, I almost fell over! After all i put them through, it was all for an affordable price! $20 less then the hack job i walked in with! They gained a forever customer❤

I wouldnt go here if it was the last nail shop in town the girl sat in front of me Doing her own nails apologizing saying she didnt want to be rude.she also took another client to do her lashes while she had me waiting for her to get back to me. Just never again

4th time Ive walked out due to sitting waiting for 45 minutes or longer. They need to have more staff and make sure that you are seeing walk ins IN ORDER.

Wait time was over 30 minutes. Once the lady started on my nails (destroyed them ) I was told it was going to be twice the amount then what the sign said. So not so politely left after paying for what was already done (filing and cut down)and went across the street where they fixed and charged what was on THIER SIGN....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN EVER.

I Absolutely love this store! Their so respectful, they do a Beautiful Job! My nails always last me 2 -3 weeks!

They advertise that they open at 10 am on Saturday but when I get there at 9:55 am they’re already full. This is the third time it’s happened so I most likely won’t be going back unless I have no other options.

I love this nail place, just moved to the westside and needed somewhere that was clean and relaxing. I love this salon, the people are nice, patient, and very professional. Not only do they go nails they do massages, wax, and lashes. They even have a pedi specifically for men...

Its was great they did a wonderful job especially with my nails I had old polish I couldnt get off and they got it off they were kind and have beautiful service

I wish I could put it lower than 1 star over a 2 hour hour for eyebrows. The only reason I stayed was because my husband was doing shopping in Walmart. Not an apology or anything. HORRIBLE will never go again!

The worst work ever!! I decided to splurge being my birthday and get a set of SNS- I read over the reviews ignoring the bad ones. I came across a review that recommend the owners -husband and wife. I walked in surprisingly to no wait on a Saturday (side eye). I was paired with the husband owner Sonny. Nice guy, bragged about doing nails for 15 years, he has clients for that long and now services theyre kids blah blah. I was initially impressed with all the options and products he had on hand available. Needless to say, $45 dollars later I couldnt be less satisfied. My nails are snapping right where he applied the tips. The misshaped and lopsided nails look as if I did them with my left hand ( im right handed btw). I was distracted by the glitter color Id chose and didnt get to examine until I got home. The shop was closed and I had to leave town to return home that following morning. Not even 2 days later, 2 have broken, all my nails are bumpy, none of my nails are coffin shaped as requested (not even close). SAVE YOUR MONEY. This wasnt just a rushed job! He simply didnt take the time to care that I chose his shop to patron. Sometimes these so called vets of the game get comfortable.

I would never go here I came at 6 and waited there just for them to tell me they not gone do my nails cuz they not gone have time smh I could have been somewhere else and got service instead of wasting my time.

I got kicked out and yelled at by some guy that works there not sure if hes the owner in front of everyone simply because I had ask for a mask to cover my face because Im asthmatic and he refused to do it. 😞

Please do not go here, my acrylic nails only lasted a week before they started cracking off ! Me and my friend went and the older man got mad when she wanted to change her colors he got very rude and and aggressive. Then to top it off they screwed my eyebrows up ! Ill never go again and please take my advice dont go !

I didn’t get my nails done but their customer service is horrible they let someone who came in after me go before me after I was told my wait was 20 mins and sat there for more than 20 mins only for them to let someone else go before me because “they left and came back” well the wait time for them should have restarted over like any other place

Waited an hour for a mani/pedi, then after being sat in the pedi chair, was put on hold longer because the other woman, whod only been waiting 10min, had an appointment.
