Usually this is my go to place. The service is usually good. It is a very busy atmosphere as they have a lot of pedicure and manicure chairs. Sometimes people do get skipped over but not on purpose. Lack of communication in busy atmosphere. The last time I went service was awful. After arguing with the other workers on who would get me out of my friends the man who got me was unhappy. He did my manicure and pedicure unhappily the whole time. It took the breath out his body to serve me. He half effort the whole process. When it came time to massage my legs he looked like he wanted to flip his chair over lmao. Im a tall girl 58 size 10 feet, he was upset he did not get my friend 53 child sized feet lmao. Only lady who was nice did my eyebrows. The others will be the reason I find a new salon.

I took my daughter here for her 1st full set and a pedicure for my son and I. When my daughter sat in the chair she showed the nail technician a photo of the nails she wanted. After the nail tech started her nails my son and I was called for our pedi.During the pedicure the technician asked if I wanted a mani? I replied no.The technician then proceeded to ask If I was on a budget? I was suprised by the question and responded my nails are not strong enough for a gel mani because they are weak and brittle due to the last gel mani. Also, while I was getting the pedi the technician complained about the another co-worker not being there.Once the pedi was done I paid for services for the three of us and set next to my daughter to catch a sneak peep at her nails. At which time I realized other than the color they are not like the picture. I asked her why she didnt get the design nail (clear with butterflies). She told me the technician said he cannot do it. I spoke with the technician and he lied and said my daughter never asked for butterflies. I followed up by advising she showed him a picture of the nails she wanted and he lied again stating she never showed him a picture. I was there when she showed him the picture and asked that he do the design. The technician then stated he would take longer and I advised we have time.Needless to say the design was not what we asked for and we left very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I came in as a walk in and I was attended right away. Everyone was so nice. I am a very picky person and Amber was not only professional and sweet but she is very talented. Amber gave me exactly what I wanted and more! I highly recommend this place ! Very well priced, lovely environment and great work!

New owners are no better than the last ones. They call it you be nails now and still have the same bad quality work. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NEVER BUSY!!! Went Sunday and paid 89 for a pedicure, fill in and gel polish. By Wednesday the gel polish was peeling. Not to mention terrible customer service and no accountability for bad work. And yes I did have to end up cussing him out when he refused to fix the gel polish

I found Ken to be phenomenal with my pedicure and foot massage. I highly recommend his service. Two weeks prior I have my gel nails done by one of the other ladies who did a phenomenal job as well. I wish I could remember her name. I rarely give reviews but when I do, it is because the service went beyond the ordinary call of duty. Hope this helps!

I went in there and they told me it would be $30 for my eyelash extensions, but after they where done and I had to pay. IT WAS $70! But I was nice and left a $5 tip. But still $40 more than what I was told. This was after waiting an hour past my appointment 😒😒😒

Even if you call for an appointment, you will still have to wait for a tech to do your nails. This nail salon overbooks and this is why there’s a long wait time.Edit:I’m changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because my nail tech was very nice and did an awesome job on my nails. However, the management should still not overbook their appointments to avoid long wait time.

I loved Mr. Han! He was gentle with my nails and explained many things about my nails. Hes funny and insightful. After almost 2 weeks of him doing my nails, the nails are intact and you can barely see any growth. I would come here again and again and have him do them.

My favorite people here are Mr. Hank, Tina, and the Owner Ivy.Mr. Hank does the absolute best nails...they last several weeks before even starting to lift. He takes the time to do a good job he doesnt just do it for the money, he actually cares about his customer.Tina, is the best with pedicures and wax jobs. Shes even spent a time holding my infant daughter so i i could enjoy my manicure. Shes super sweet and really does a great job.Ivy, is always so sweet and very good with waxings and my nails. She can do intricate designs not many else can. My nails do not pop off or lift if she does them. The polish always look better that perfect, especially the matte top coat.I highly recommend this place. I absolutely wont go anywhere else.

Just came here and let me tell you the best place ever. The nicest staff and best service I have received in a long time. They take their time to make sure every nail is perfect.

I was pleased with my visit. The nail technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. I didnt have to wait long to get service. I would suggest that they are a little more conversational and friendlier with the clients.

I went to the nail salon on a Sunday and the very next Sunday I only have 3 nails left. They make their acrylics very thin and so they break off easily. For example, I was just scratching my skin for an itch and 1 nail just snapped off. It’s not even the fact that I’m careless, because when it comes to my nails I am very careful. Wouldn’t really recommend, unless it’s like a two day thing.

Came here with my daughter who had a pleasant experience with nail tech Ivy.. Today she was absent so my daughter was stuck with another nail tech... The one that calls everyonebaby which I hate. He continued to tell my daughter what he thought her nails should look like. Nevertheless she told him what she wanted and the results were nothing like she asked. Not one to make a scene we will never return because our money will be spent elsewhere.

The only thing that was right was my length that’s it. My polish looks horrible and I’m tired of having to paint my own nails over because a NAIL SALON doesn’t know how to. And messed up the skin when filing my nails down with the automatic thing they use. 3 out of 5 of my skin below my nails on each hand burned when I used fingernail polish remover. And my pinky and ring find burned whenever they were touch halfway through.

This rating is based on my second visit to this establishment. I went for a gel fill and polish change. When I left and took a closer look, the color was applied unevenly and my nails were lumpy. That wasnt a surprise as the nail tech that helped me was constantly up and down doing multiple different things while performing my services. Also, when he was doing my nails, he also took multiple persons calls, one of which he was paying for something with his card while drilling my nails. I went back two days to get them fixed. While drilling the color off of the messy edges, I asked her if she could fix the lumps...She said it would be $23!!! She was already drilling the color off and stated it was also for the color removal. The guy that then applied the color again did a good job but because of the initial disappointment in services and then them failing to correct the job unless I REPAID them, I will never recommend their services to anyone. This ended up costing me a total of $52+$27=$79 in one week. Im sure they wont be around much longer if this is how they handle issues.

Worst experience ever! I paid for the deluxe pedicure, I chose my color and number from the gel color wheel and told her what I wanted she brought me 3 different colors that looked nothing like what I chose, finally I settled for the last color she brought that was bubble gum pink when I chose a fushcia color. My feet needed to be grated with the cheese grater, ALL the lady did was wash my feet, use the pumice, clip my toe nails, sugar scrub, and hot towels. Then I was told how dry my feet were and needed to be scrubbed I told her I thought they would use the grater and I know theyre dry thats why I get them done regularly. She painted my nails and said I was done. No nail shaping, no cuticle cutting, no grating, and she cut my toes up. Then had the audacity to say hope everything was good for you... I will NEVER go back!!

Not from here. I normally wait to get my nails done at my local salon in Texas. Both pedi and medication techs had amazing attention to detail. FLAWLESS!! Tina did the most amazing pedicure Ive ever had.

Have been coming to this place for over a year. I always make appointments because I have a very busy schedule. Last week I showed up for my appointment with Tina at 5:00. Had to wait for her to finish up with another customer about 20 minutes then she came over to tell me that Ivy told her to take another customer and I would have to wait for another tech. I wait for another 30 minutes for another tech to come over to me. When the tech finally did come over he told me to wait a minute and then he went back and did a waxing. I estimate I spend around $130 a month on all my services at this place and they treated me horrible. The whole time I waited there were 4 walk ins they took to do pedicures before me, who had appointment! Worse customer service ever!!!!. Me and my dollars are going to another shop. I will never set foot in this place again. Dont waste your time the Ivy chick is rude and needs lessons on simple customer support.

This places continues to go down hill I no long have hope. Been coming here for about two years, the owners changed so that come with a price change cool. Today I came in as usually they sat me and then I waited almost 20 minutes still nothing. Its Saturday why is nobody working? If they were busy and waiting thats different dont sit me with my feet in water for no darn 20 minutes or so without even acknowledging me. In addition to that they guy had they nerve to get a attitude when I asked for a towel. Man give me a towel or I track water on the floor your choice cause Im leaving

The only thing I will get done here is my eyebrows waxed. This lady nancy painted my nails one by one GEL nails and all I wanted was a color change. It took her an entire hour and 15 mins to that and they look AWFUL. I cant wait to take this polish off. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my eyebrows look nice. Ugh Im upset about my nails.

Came here for the first time during Thanksgiving break in 2015 by recommendation. Moved down to Jacksonville and have not/will not go to any other salon. They are often busy but personally I have never felt rushed here. I have let 4 or maybe 5 different nails techs cater to my nails and each one I have done a great job. I finally only request one of them but I am not hesitant to allow someone in this salon touch my nails. I have recommended this salon to various people, who are now regulars

Ive had a few good experiences and few awful ones. There are only 2 good techs here so be cautious. They are all friendly and welcoming though.

Had a wonderful pedicure. Wasnt rushed and she did a fantastic job!! Ive been here 2 times when in town on business. Both times have been great.

Hank is by far the best!! I am extremely picky about my nails and he did amazing. I didnt feel rushed and he took his take to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely start coming to him for my nails everytime.

I took my mom there today to get our nails done for one of her mothers day present.. She loved her nails and loved the person she had... But.... Not all of them can be that person.. My mom had acrylic nails on already.. She got those taken off and got new ones with designs on them.. She was done in 30 min.. My experience on the other hand was horrible!!!!! I went thru two people and they said they were the managers.. They were very rude.. Kept getting up and doing other things instead of doing my nails.. I was there for 2 hrs trying to get my nails done.. I ended up not getting what I wanted.. And my nails are horrible looking!!! And the woman that did my moms nails had to redue my nail polish cause I went to pay and the polish completely messed up.. After drying them for 10 min!! The manager started getting loud with my mom cause my mom was sticking up for me cause she saw how upset I was.. So I started in on him cause of how he treated my mom.. I ended up paying $80 for our nails and I dont even like mine!!! It was just over all a horrible experience!!!! We wont be going back there!!!!

There are better options in the area with nicer staff that has better attitudes. As soon as I walked in, I got the nastiest response from staff. The woman who was responsible for my pedicure pulled my nail so hard it hurt. She was also picking off my nails and skin and putting them on my feet. Worst experience ever- the people are not kind at all. Don’t waste your time- go somewhere else.

I will never go back. They did a shity job. And if they sit there and talk bad about the customers they should make sure that their customers dont know what theyre saying. Awful experience wouldnt recommend this place to no one. My nails look better before I went in if they havent been done for 3 weeks

My gel nails chipped within 1 day, I just had them remove them completely cause I knew they would keep chipping. While I was getting them removed one of the other workers sat at the table next to me and put her bare feet within a foot of where I was getting my nails done. She never wiped it off. The entire salon seems unclean to the point I didnt even want them to redo my nails. The manicure instruments that were used on me were taken out if a little plastic box not at all sterile and put back with skin still on them. It was uncomfortable as none of the techs engage in any conversation. I can not stress how dirty this place seems which for me is a deal breaker.

Just got my nails done by Hank and I must say, he did an AMAZING job! Very gentle, very precise and took his time. My nails came out so smooth and even. I’m so happy with my nails! I got sns from a different salon 2 wks ago and they started lifting about 4 days later. They were very unprofessional as well, rushed through my nails, very thick and bumpy and they’re attitudes we’re bad. So glad I found Hank! He was a joy to have joy nails.. definitely going to him for my nails for now on :)

This place blew me away. I purchased the super deluxe pedicure for my tired, aching feet. Tina did a fantastic job, she was genuinely dedicated to helping me feel pampered and to ease some of my tension. They stayed open 1/2 an hour late just to complete the mani/pedi, which ended up being 1.5 hours long. I know now that I need to go earlier.I purchased a gel manicure and my thumb nail polish came off the next day while I was washing my hands. I went in before work and she touched it up immediately, on the house. Thats professional service.I think the polish came off because there was 5 coats or so.. Im going to ask for 2 and see if that makes them last the 10-14 days that they are supposed to.

I was going every 2 weeks to get a fill in and Gel polish for 30$ but everytime i go back they change the price .. if u get a different person.. i paid 45 $ for a fill in and Gel polish this time.. that was the last time they will do that...

Great experience. Im all for first impressions and they get an A+ from me! This was my first visit and they will be seeing me again! The people were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and soothing. I had Tina for all three services (mani/pedi/brows), she was beyond wonderful and did a great job on everything! I noticed a couple of customers were a bit rude to the staff but they handled it in a proffessional manner and didnt lose their cool. I saw that they also offer wine. I cant speak on that service, being that I didnt want any, but it was a nice touch! Check them out!
