Had a pedicure & gel manicure today & it was amazing she took her time & catered to all my needs recommend this place especially if your picky like me

Ann & Bill do excellent work! They are not only affordable but clean! On top of that, they give great customer service. This is a mom & pop shop so an appt is your best bet.(In this pic, my gel manicure is a over a week old.)

I got a gel FILL (orginal gelset from here) & paid $36 for a fill & an additional $5 because a nail popped off. Maybe its me but I thought that a Gel Set was like $40 ... SO WHY IS A FILL $36?

She took her time and did an excellent job! When I messed up my polish on the way out the door she repaired it without question. My feet have never felt so soft. If you want an amazing pedicure #4 all the way, but be careful youll be hooked!!

I loved everything about this salon! They did my nails exactly how I wanted them and they are sweet as hell! I went to this place because of all the positive reviews and o finally found my home salon! I spent $80 for a full set and deluxe pedicure plus tip. Take care of your people and they care for you!! Ann and Bill and sweethearts and have people that have been with them for years. It’s family going there. You need to have patience and make an appointment before you. That is a must!! This place is amazing!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, haven’t gone anywhere else because I really love their service. It’s a small place, but the couple who works there are so friendly. They will remember your name and details about you that you tell them( good listeners to their customers, makes them seem more loyal to their clients) they listen to you, they’re sweet, they are just overall great people. The woman who works there always is happy to see me walk in, refers to me by my name (as well as my husbands) so they DO care about their clients, enough to actually know names ( lots of places arent like this).The woman always does my pedicure and her husband always does my nails, I’ve never had to wait to get my nails done even when I just walk in with no appointment. It’s not extremely busy so as long as you call and ask if a certain time is OK, they’ll let you know. And they ALWAYS answer the phone! Which is a plus, some places dont answer.I remember I was there once and it had gotten very busy, and to avoid people having to wait, they actually had somebody on standby, gave them a call to come in, and not even 10 minutes later another worker came in and proceeded to work to avoid people having to wait. I think that’s great! I really love this place, always love how my nails turn out, the wife always gives me suggestions for what I should get when I’m stuck between colors, they’re just so friendly. Im gonna miss them once I leave Jacksonville! Great place, great couple, great service.

I had an amazing experience and always have. Been coming for years and always top notch. I had an fantastic pedi for $60 and it was well worth it. You get hot stones, herbal in pool pedi and herbal massage therapy. And hot wax, also heel treatment. Mrs. Ann always takes her time and treats you so well. You will not be disappointed! My friends and I came here as a group on the 4th of July. Its definitely a mom and pop shop. The owners were very cordial and kind but they were the only ones working. They did a fantastic job and we really enjoyed their service to us.

They do good work and are very nice and accommodating. It is not the most modern salon but it is CLEAN. They have a machine which sanitizes the instruments and I saw the man scrubbing the pedicure chairs and bowls with a bleach scrub between each customer. I see at a lot of other nail salons they don’t clean thoroughly and reuse instruments so it is a big deal to me. I’ll be back.

Ms.Ann does excellent job she always knows what I need.I wont go anywhere else.The quality is great. Ive been coming here for years. I always feel so pampered. Theyre very sanitary. Im always greeted with kindness.Mr. Bill does pretty designs and is very creative.

I was referred to BT Nails by a friend of mine and was quite surprised at there great prices, excellent service, and quality of their services! I went for a fill in on my nails today and wound up also getting a brow wax and back and neck massage that was totally worth it! The prices cant be beat and Ann and Bill are super nice people! Im going to refer all of my friends there!

Mrs. Ann and her husband are wonderful! I was greeted immediately. My nails were removed gently, and replaced by a beautiful full set. My pedicure was AMAZING. I recommend them to everyone!.

This was my first experience at BT Nails and it was a lovely one. It was quiet, peaceful, and most importantly, neat and clean. I had a pedicure, and the prices are very reasonable. You also have the opportunity to upgrade the package that provides some nice extras. I upgraded and was very pleased. I felt pampered by Hahn (she is wonderful) and will be returning on a regular basis. Spread the word. This is a jewel of a nail salon!

I brought my wife up here for first on her birthday and we both feel in love with BT Nails. They did a great job. Ann did a wonderful job on my feet and calves. She went out of her to massage my calves and feet. I would recommend this salon to everybody.

I love Mrs. Ann and Mr. Bill - they are always very professional and dependable. I visit this store at least twice a month for either Nails, Eyebrows, a Fill-In, or even a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage .. They are great and very well worth it.

I love how everyone take their time with me. I had my nails done by Mr. bill & the nails last me for a month & still going strong as of now. Everyone ask me all the time where I get my nails done because you can tell that the staff knows their craftsmanship. Every time I leave their shop Im really satisfied! Really sweet people who are informative on what you want & down to earth sweet people.

Salon is clean and employees nice. However over priced, I stopped in for SNS because my regular girl was out of town where I pay $30. At BT Nails I was charged $48 and few days later nail was chipping. I won’t go back.

Best nail salon in Jacksonville. They do my nails perfect every time. They treat you wonderfully. Have a conversation to try and get to know you. And when you come back in they remember you. they truly care about their customers. When another salon messed up my eyebrows bad by taking my arch completely away. they fixed them entirely. Never once have I ever been dissappointed with this place, I recommend it to everyone.

This nail salon is awesome! I trusted the previous Google review and was not disappointed. The women who were working were so friendly, professional and pleasant to talk to. They did a stellar job on the basic $20 pedicure I got. I will definitely be going back!

The best pedicure I have ever had extremely relaxing I almost went to sleep! They helped me with my full set of nails and instead of insisting on new nails offered to fill in and matched my set! Absolutely outstanding!

I LOVE BT Nails! I always go for my Acrylic Nails and Pedicures. Mr. Bill does an excellent job on the acrylic nails, and even repaired a toenail for me that had broken really far down. He also does great artwork. Miss Ann works her magic with the best pedicures Ive ever had. I go there all the time and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!

I looooove this place. Mrs Ann and Bill are so awesome. The first time I went we had great conversation and the next time I went they both called me by my first name. They are so personable. I love that. But I love the pedicures even more. I dont go to a nail salon looking for a rush job. When they take their time and do a wonderful job Im hooked! Do not come here! The man literally ripped off my nail and made it bleed. Tried to give this place a couple chances and was disappointed on both. Its hot in the salon, feels like no ac. Than the service is really slow and decent at best. Got charged 12 dollars just to take off my nails and have them still ugly. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY RATING

Best pedicure on the West side. They do very pretty nail art too. All the ladies have a nice personality and knew how to help relieve my ingrown toe nail. Unlike other nail salons, I felt like a valued customer. Its lovely to have a conversation for once while getting a pedicure. You should give this place a chance! I WAS going to try happy nail (next to target) since I needed to do grocery but I saw the bad review and didnt want to waste my time. Ill be a returning customer to bt nails and thats a big deal for me!

I was looking for someone to take off my gel full set for a reasonable price and that was relatively close to my job so i could stop in on my lunch break. I saw a lot of great reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. Im not extremely picky, so Im not upset, but I do feel like there is room for improvement.When I came in, there was a lady sitting on the couch and she asked me what I wanted...and then asked if I wanted it right then. Which I thought was odd, but nonetheless, I had to wait for a moment while someone in the back finished washing dishes, or whatever they were doing. When I sat down, I asked for the prices, which to my surprise was very reasonable.It wasnt busy at all, only one other lady getting her feet done. Throughout my visit, she seemed to grow more and more unsatisfied, as it seemed like they couldnt execute the design she desired, which seemed pretty simple. I still continued with my session, but the guy moved so slow. When I got my nails filed, they were so sharp, i thought I was bound to cut someone, mainly my daughter. I asked the lady there to round the edges, but still keep them square, which she did for the most part. Some of my nails look way too rounded, which make my nails look janky if you look close enough.By the time I sat down to dry my nails, my break was past over, and I had to leave with wet nails and continue drying them at work. When I finally took a closer look at my hands, it looked like someone poured elmers glue on my hands, let it dry and did a shoddy job of taking it all off.All in all, I would go back because of the prices. $20 to take my nails off and polish them isnt a bad deal. But there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Im honestly upset. Wish I could upload a picture of the horrible job this guy just did on my nails. Ive never been so upset. I mean, this is my second horrible experience with a nail salon here in Jacksonville. Are there any decent nail salons here at all? There is no reason why myself or anyone else should be able to notice that Ive had a fill in. Super pissed right now.
