My friend and I went to BB to have our brows micro-bladed. She did an AMAZING job! I could not be happier. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and gave detailed instructions on after care. I just had my touch up done and they look so good!I have also had a wonderful pedi done here and would recommend services 100%.

I was in the area and saw this place so i decided to to give it a try.First time I walk in to this salon to get a pedicure and dip Powder nails. They managed to accommodate my request services in less than a 15 minutes waiting time. mature Lady who did my pedicure don’t speak English, she did really well, pedicure ended up been a bit pricey after picking one of their deluxe pedis plus gel polish.Dip powder nails were done by a mature gentleman (wish I had wrote down his name) he did an Amazing and outstanding job. My nails looks incredible and so natural, i don’t live in the area and i would love to go back for my dip nails place again. I Just need to learn his name so i can make an appointment with him, I will recommend him in a heartbeat. I recommend this place 100%I will be back and try other services next time no matter the driving distance.

I walked in and stood at the door for awhile while everyone (including workers) just stared at me. Finally someone greets me. I wanted acrylic nails but the nail tech felt like my nails were long enough already so didn’t give me acrylic. They weren’t cleaned up very well either. Usually an okay experience but not so great this day.

My Mother (age 75) and I (age 45) both love this salon. We started coming here when I started working in this area again. We were able to make appointments which were taken on time when we arrived. The quality of service for pedicures is unbeatable to any place I’ve been throughout Duval, Clay and St Johns county.We truly appreciate all of the time taken with us both. My mother is diabetic and the technician took the utmost care and concern with her which was very appreciated. I have suffered from ingrown toenails for years, but after going to this salon not anymore - the man technician who did my pedicure cut my toenails in a way that my feet are no longer cause pain after a few weeks not even a few months of going between pedicures (before this I had contemplated surgery). I truly appreciate the time, safety precautions, quality service and kindness this staff shows to all of its customers. We will be lifelong customers as long as this salon stays in business. Binh tweety and Philly have been my go to for lashes and pedicures and nailed for 5 years!!! I am still coming for these services. They do an amazing job and I always recommend them to my friends.It’s funny seeing new random people come in and complain and complain. Their quality matches the prices that they put out for them. I have never been disappointed. I have moved 45 mins away and I still go bi weekly to get my services.

Not happy because she didnt remove my ingrown toenails on my big toes. I dont think her English was very good and I probably should have told the the manager. I kept pointing to my toes she says yes and okay but my toes are still hurting.

Very friendly staff and clean work spaces. Tweety by far did an Outstanding job! My nails are done to perfection and she made sure every step was correct to asking me to the shape of my nail and to what length. I did get the dip powder with a tip because nail biting is my bad habit. I will be seeing her in the future for my next fill in for sure!! Keep it 100 ladies!

Went here to have my acrylics soaked off and had gel polish put on. It wasnt very busy when I went and I did not have to wait long at all. Everyone was really friendly. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely be returning here next time!

I am a new client. Originally, I was a little sceptical due to the area.But, it is in a nice revamped bank building.Clean. Friendly staff. They need a few more staff for the later afternoon influx. Waited 24 minutes in between services. However, it is Covid19 related.Warning: They take their time. So budget your time accordingly. Very thorough.I got a full-set, gel dipped acrylic and luxury gel pedi. $100.00.

After reading numerous great reviews I made an appointment, initially went for a full set and a pedi. After Justin put on the tips I knew we were heading in downward spiral. My tips were sloping up, I pointed it out and said you need to fix this. I cancelled the pedi and told him to just leave my finger nails as is. I didn’t have the energy to make a stink I told him just do a clear top coat and that’s it.I’ll never go back. I went home and filed out the lumps bumps and ragged edges.

This was the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The mood was relaxing and the employees were knowledgeable and professional. It is small so there are not a lot of customers at one time. So the staff can concentrate on you. Highly recommend.

I tell you this shop is great I dont miss an appointment the work is outstanding. I love the fact that when they are going on vacation or the shop will be close they let you know ahead of time. They fit me in last minute which was nice since I was on vacation. My gel manicure lasted about 10 days before the corners started peeling. Pedicure was fine. Tech was friendly but not as skilled as I would have expected based on other reviews.

Definitely won’t be back. Got my nails done here on Saturday and today is Wednesday and two are cracked across the top. Sent Veronica a message to get a repair and she said she is booked and would not be free to fix them until Wednesday. Fun fact, today is Wednesday. In my opinion if your work is cracking after three days you should move your schedule around and be more excited to repair it, but i guess not. So, I’m supposed to walk around with two cracked nails for a week. By the time she can fix them it will be time for a fill, and it definitely won’t be at eclat.Follow up:After I posted the review Veronica sent me a message about “communication”. I’ll share screenshots below. Go to this salon AT YOUR OWN RISKFOLLOW UP ON MY FOLLOW:Since I’ve posted my review Veronica has reached out to me to call me out of my name and attempt to bully me. I am so surprised a place of business would allow an employee to behave this way. There is never a justification for this type of bad behavior. I would not send my worst enemy to eclat to sit in Veronica’s chair. I will not say bad things about the rest of the techs in the shop, because I have only experienced one. After many bad experiences at other salons was very happy to find this place. My nails stay put no matter how hard I am on them and haven’t lifted or bubbled 3 weeks out. The only problem I have is the that they still look so good I keep forgetting to get a fill.

The first couple of times I went it was good, got offered wine and they were nice. But I tried to get a fill in and was calling the whole week and went there but they kept turning me down. Definitely not my nail home anymore.

Considering the 4.6 review rating, I figured Id give this place a try. My first experience here was great. I had no issues with my techs. My dipping powder lasted exactly 2 weeks and I returned last week for a new set and pedicure. I thought i would get the same nail tech but she was busy, so Veronica took care of me. While, she was doing my nails i stressed my concerns on the chipping of the dipping powder. Instead of considering my wishes, she informed me she was the best, so I let her do her job. I was happy before I left the salon, and gave a tip, later that evening my nails started chipping and one completely broke off. I contacted bihn, whom I believe is the owner. She told me to come and get them repaired free of charge. Veronica repaired them for me, this time with the wrong color and when I told her the colors didnt match she told me they were the same and it looked darker because they were freshly done. I knew that wasnt true so I just got up left unhappy and decided to never return. I even considered asking for my tip back, but that would have been a little absurd. Anyhow, if you do decide to get serviced here make sure to get a tech whose passionate about their job. I just had my two experiences and after the second time i wont be returning nor referring this place to anyone. It was a waste of my money and my time.

The nail tech was very nice and I enjoyed her but this was honestly the worst full set Ive ever had. I got almond shaped and within five days 2 of my nails had broken as if they were lee press ons. Didnt even hurt just snapped like pretzels. They had good customer service in that they fixed them free of charge but here it is week two and one of the other nails has split at the base and this hurts like hell. There was a weird shape about my nails when i first got them done like the nail bed was flat and then the acrylic thickened towards the end of the nail. I think my tech may just have been inexperience. Either way $50 wasted.

The owner and her entire staff are very knowledgeable in their field not only for nails but a variety of other beauty treatments. They offer helpful suggestions when you haven’t made up your mind so that you can make an informed decision. If you already know what you want they are extremely accommodating and offer top of the line products. My technician Tweety is so kind and patient and has an extraordinary attention to detail. I thought I was getting the celebrity treatment while I was there. My nails are perfect and they have my business for life. Do yourself a favor and check them out. The owner texts so you can book that way as well. E’clat forever!!!!!!

Ive tried this location three times. I dont like giving bad reviews but I was really unhappy with my experience. I dislike this place because despite having different services they do not ask which one you would like. They do not communicate with you on what you want. My mother and I go for pedicures together and usually she gets her nails done. The establishment is clean but cramped. Despite service they do a decent job on your nails but not great.

New to Jax, from Houston and tried several nail techs..I tried Eclat out and initially was pleased with their service! Heidi did great on my nails! HOWEVER I discussed pricing the day before and made it clear exactly what I wanted. It could of been a misunderstanding, and I am a very fair, but to be told my full set would be 45 with and extra 10 depending on length... and to only get to the register and I was up charged to death!.. The total came out to 80 bucks (this was for just my nails not including Pedi and brows)!! This truly disappointed me because I was prepared to leave a great tip and review. No need for a response... my only advise is to make sure that you are absolutely clear on what you want or you will be UPcharged for things you have no idea about. Welp another not so great nail experience here in JAX.. :(

Somebody else ended up doing my nails and they came out fine. May go back. Update: Victoria ended up sending me a message explaining her situation and I’m totally fine with that. Things happen. Came in for eyebrows, no one greeted me, girl carelessly got wax in my hair without mentioning anything or apologizing. price was $10 instead of standard $8 and i still tipped.

I visited this establishment when I went to visit my brother and may I say I was truly satisfied with the place the service was great and the place was very clean I was blessed by Heidi thanks again for taking the time to meet my every needs and doing a great job on my nails and feet!!!

I literally just let the nail salon and Im 100% dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of my pedicure. This was my 2nd visit and the first time I went Heidi did a great job BUT she was not there today. The guy that did them was on his phone the whole time texting and watching something and skipped a few steps. I walked in at 11:49am and left at 12:10pm. The gel polish I got is unevenly and on my cuticles. Im not a confrontational person so I paid (35$) and left but I definitely wanted to warn others! If Heidi isnt there dont go! BEWARE

They do great work but if you arent a regular they will cancel on you to take a walk in regular

Went on a Friday to get a fill and a pedi. The girl who did my pedi acted like she didn’t kno what she was doing, it took her 2hours to do my pedi. My pedicure came out ok even tho my polish was chipping after 3days. I asked for a bottle water she gave me a small tiny like mouthwash cup of tap water. V did a great job on my nails! But she had a snotty like attitude she was gossiping in between doing my nails. Talking about how this person stank and that person stank, inappropriate conversation in front of customers period. The owner did my lashes they came out beautiful I love them. This shop does good work but they need a lesson on customer service, timely manner I made it there at exactly 2:20pm leave till 6pm. And from the prices she charging the least she could do is offer bottled waters
