Love the staff! I usually get a gel mani and gel pedi once a month. I have gone well over a month with out getting them done and my gel polish still looks great. Van and Toni are awesome.

The shop is very clean and the employees try their best to give you the services you ask for. Everyone is friendly and polite. I have tried 5 other nail shops in the area and will not return to any except Beautiful Cuticles. Prices are good also. Over all it was a nice experience., try them you wont regret it 💅

They rushed through the whole process! My nails are not even and the ironic part is that the business is called “beautiful cuticles” and they didn’t touch my cuticles! I hate when you get powdered nails at places that don’t think they should trim your cuticles as part of the service. I shouldn’t have to trim them when I get home! We won’t be going back.

Love love love this place. They made me comfortable after having a horrible nail visit to a different place that made me stop getting my nails done for years. The pedicures are so relaxing.

Acrylic nails actually stay on!! I work with my hands a lot so having sturdy nails is very important to me, beautiful cuticles always makes sure you are happy with your nails before you leave, they are awesome.

Had the Volcanic pedicure. Literally the most relaxing pedicure ever. Ill be doing this at least once a month!

This place does not like blacks..clearly..I was the only woman of color in there today and I received a water bath..no pedicure salt..nothing..I asked for a deluxe pedicure and the young lady told me that it takes longer so I had to stick with the basic (pretty much) and that just how she did it..everyone else was asked if the wanted something to drink..I wasn’t offered anything..I was placed in the back of the salon with several chairs separating me from others but other women were all lined up in the first 5-6 seats together..with no seat between..smh.. I will never return again..

It was an amazing experience. Im on my feet for work 40-60 hours a week and I feel so rejuvenated after my pedicure treatment. You should go and let them take care of you.

I got a gel manicure which was $40. The technician was friendly and attentive to what she was doing. My nails looked fine for about 2 days. By day 3, the polish was already lifting off :/

The elderly man did my mani pedi. He was AWESOME at the massage part and seemed charismatic but he was terrible at the nail painting part. He also removed my old gel polish by just peeling them off instead of soaking which ruined my pinky nail. I brought up that he was supposed to soak them and that my nail is ruined now and he seemed like he was trying to just be quiet to ignore what I was saying. When the check came he was telling my he took off the Gel removal fee of $5 which was something but I was still upset he ruined my nail and did a very bad job on the polish. I walked out of there looking like a child did my nails, came home, removed the terrible polish and redid them myself. I guess I’ll just keep doing them myself since I can do a better job. Good masseuse bad nail tech.

Had a full acrylic set done by Katherine. She did a fabulous job. Very professional and you can tell she really cares about her work. Her own nail design was super impressive. I will definitely be back. I went on a Sunday afternoon at about 5pm and it wasnt busy...she said they just slowed down though.

Horrible and no customer service. I was going there on the regular to my feet done. This time a took a friend she decided to get her nails done. She simply want pink with gold flakes. The nail tech she had did not know how to do it. Which is fine. But instead of just saying I dont know how to do it. She just kept messing up. The owner and other techs tried to help her but she just didnt know how to do it. Which at the point someone else should have taken over. But no instead the owner got rude and had an attitude. I told my friend lets just go. I paid and left.

I have been getting my nails done at Beautiful Cuticle for nearly 2 years. My gel manicures by Van are beautiful and last 4 weeks or longer. I am able to wash dishes, type and do normal activities without having to worry about chipping my nail polish. I get my pedicures with Bau but all of the staff is very good with the pedicures. They always offer drinks and are very gentle and kind. The pricing is posted so there is no confusion on the charges. I will always recommend Beautiful Cuticle. Many of the ladies in my office go there as well. Very busy salon, but they multi-task well.

I have used this place on and off for years. This past visit turned into a night mare. After paying 53.00 for acrylic nails (including a tip) my nails started hurting g a few days later. Still not thinking anything was wrong. One week later the pain under my nails was so bad I had to soak them off. Somehow I contacted a fungus under my nails that were perfectly healthy before having the acrylics put on. My nails now look terrible and they are separating from the nail bed. I will NEVER use them again. I am almost certain they did not sanitize their equipment.

Great job on color and massage worth every penny and very fair priced. Most friendly shop ive ever been in Tony and Van treat you like family every time you walk in!

Rude and disrespectful service ! Dude at front desk told me Glamorous nail is cheaper as if I couldnt afford just because I ask the prices!! Racism still exist in 2017 ! The greeter set the tone . Now why would I stay and get serviced with this rude immigrant at the service desk!!

Everyone has their favorite nail place but to my friends this is our favorite! The location is very convenient and the staff is always very friendly. Ive been going here for more than 2 years and I love that they will give you a glass of wine. They also have gift certificates, which is one of my favorite things to receive! Services I receive here range from deluxe pedicure gel nails and wax. I think making an appointment is best if you are in a hurry. If they are busy, there is lots of stuff to kill time near by - Tuesday Morning and a great sushi place. For pedis, ask for Henry or Linda!

I walked into get my nails done(just moved in the area). My boyfriends was going to get a pedicure for the first time(excited). The lady asked me what we wanted I told her a pedi and she said ok if you want to wait and I said yes we sat for like 15mins or so we were the only black people on there and all the white people where looking at us weird but I honest was unbothered until after 2 white ladies walked in and immediately got serviced! If you didnt want to do our feet you could have just said it instead of having wasting my time for almost 30mins. We could havebeem somewhere else!

Not only terrible work. But terrible customer service!! The woman “Min” or ‘Vin” had the absolute worst attitude doing my nails. If you don’t know or don’t feel comfortable doing a certain style... JUST DONT DO IT!! Needed my nails done for a trip and now I’ll oribab take them off while I’m there and get a professional to do them. Will never back!!

Dreadful experience. The staff for the most part was quite rude. I would be asked what I wanted done and as soon as I started to speak the man would start talking to someone else, this happened three times. I should have left then but unfortunately I did not. I had jell nail polish from another salon on my fingers. I would up scraping most of it off myself, but they still charged me an additional $5 for it, something they neglected to tell me prior to starting the manicure. Then when my nails had only been somewhat cut down and filed ( I had jagged edges on almost every finger) they said I was done. I asked doesnt a manicure include polish? They kept saying your done. At that point I was very upset and they brought up a man that I assume was the manager and he said oh no you are not done, the other guy doesnt understand english, you sit back down we polish. I had enough at that point and went ahead and paid and left. I will never ever go back there and wont recommend that place to anyone!

Great little find! :) Just spending the day in JAX as we were going on a cruise out of JAX port. I wanted to get a pedi after spending the day on the beach here. Found this place when searching on Google. Only waited about 5 mins before we were seated. My boyfriend and I each got the deluxe pedicure, his 1st one ever but I am so glad it was a pleasant experience for him because now he is hooked on pedis! I had Henry who was friendly and very thorough. Good customer service! He took his time, we were not rushed. It was a relaxing, great experience. They were clean and sanitary. The staff was pleasant to us both. Highly recommend! The only negative is that this salon isn’t in our home state! 😉

Published hours are from 12-6 on Sundays...I needed my dip nails removed.They turned me away at 5:20 stating they were closed and had to clean up. Turning away clients before closing time, when you obviously had people available saying your closed and have to clean during open hrs.. also rude. So never going here again.

This place is the absolute worse! I was very mistreated! The women who work there have the worst attitudes ever! They are not clean and they arent good at nails to begin with. I highly dont recommend this place.

Horrible service. You have to wait forever and they take people in no particular order. Waited over an hour and watched people get taken before me that had no appointment. Very unorganized. Would not recommend coming here. Happy Nails in 5 Points is 100 times better.

I appreciate mr ben for taking his time and being sweet. But i am HIGHHHHLLYY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL SO UNWELCOMED due to this one guy who sits at the first desk is an jerrrrkkkkk!!! He told me not to touch the gel paints cause he didnt want them out of order so he gave me painted nails to look at to pick a color. I am a woman if color. Now i dont want to pull the race card but ive seen how he treats people who are not white or his kind (asian), a white girl came in he serviced her right away, as for me i waited even though i came in before her. He told her she can pick up and look at the gel paint as long as she put it back where she got it from... SHADDDYYYYY... Ms. Linda is a rude old bitter senial woman she talks about u in your face rudely i was charged way past the amount i was suppose to pay and felt uncomfortable with the nasty man at the front desk. I feel they could have better business and wouldnt be soo slow if they stop playing around and stop treating certain people so nasty. I dont appreciate the ugly rude guy at the front desk talking down to me in front of those nosey ass bumbling airhead women that come in there. If you have something to say pull me to the side and conduct business dont talk loud across the room as if the whole room needs to hear ar you talk to me about my money and the services im recieving from you all. Last time i checked my hard earn money from hard work is the same money that is green and folds just like everyone else and i dont come in on no cheap note either. So i dont expect to be treated differently or inhumane. Ive also had an appointment and i arrived early, when my scheduled time started i was skipped over and waited for almost 45 mins. Then what shouldve took 20-30 mins (simple filing and color and let dry being that gel only takes about 5 mins finishing a job they didnt finish the day before) took about a hour and a half two days in a row this one guy was being soo arrogant and rude. Has unprofessional drama amongst co workers that he speaks of out loud and he tells other customers business.. gossip much?? I would NEVER come back here. Unless ben was the owner not this guy at the front desk suffering from little man syndrome.

I have been getting my nails done off and on for years no problem. V did my nails lady in thr first chair to the left... Always on point and lasted 3 to 4 wks. My problem is the one time my nail lifted mind you the next day after my fill called told her she said come in i did two days later bc of work sch. When i came in mind you i made an appt time, she had someone in her chair already and made me wait. Then on top of it told me i needed a fill and its my fault and i need to take better care of them. I just looked at her and was like these are fresh filled nails.. She then asked me to not come back bc i was too picky. I informed her if im paying 35 for a fill with gel i expect what i pay for and it not to lift up the next day and we are talking about a nail. I havent been back since and tell everyone to avoid that place.

This is a nice salon and the woman who did my mani-pedi was excellent. Too bad all that work and expense doesnt last more than a day or two because they use cheap polish.Notice all the nail polish bottles are from the familiar salon brands, but theyve been refilled with dollar store nail polish. So, you will plunk down $35-$40 for your mani-pedi, and it will look great, and it will chip and rub off in a matter of days.I didnt get it when one of the other customers was telling me she would never use any colored polish because her manicure never lasts. Now I get it.Also, after a customer soaks her nails at the manicure table, the manicurist empties the bowl in any empty foot basin. That same basin will be filled with water soon for the next pedicure customer. It doesnt seem sanitary.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a set of almond nails they total messed up my nails I wont get into all the details because I dont need to waste anyones time. I was at this salon 2 days ago and my nails are lifting I called to complain the man on the phone said that he would call me back stating he had caller id but when I asked him to tell me my number he said he did not know! I dont expect to get a refund and I wouldnt go back to get my nails fixed even if I could...
