This place was horrible with communicating with me.. They had my lawnmower 3 weeks and each time I had to call to check on my lawnmower... They would have a excuse and no solution. I finally picked up my lawnmower and the workers/owner have me attitude as if I was in the wrong.. Tims is not the place to any small engines serviced!! Thanks, but NO THANK YOU! RUDE and BAD SERVICE. LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS!!

Tims Small Engine is a great business and they do great work. Tim has been working on my saws for over 20 years and his staff is always professional.

I heard great things about this shop and the man who picked up my mower was very courteous and professional but they really should let customers, especially new customers, know that during the busy time of the year they may have a 3-4 week turnaround on a small repair job.

I took my self-propelled lawn mower in because it decided it didnt want to run anymore. There wasnt anything major wrong with it. It just had too much oil. They couldve charged me for a new carburetor and labor but, they didnt. I appreciate an honest business.

Nice friendly staff always go the extra mile. I buy all my lawn equipment and painting parts from tim.

Took my push lawnmower to Tims Small Engine Repair for a pull cord repair and got the lawnmower back in a better shape than it has ever been. They did an excellent job servicing the device and, to top it off, they charged me a repair fee lower than I expected. Hardly believable that such an honest, professional and trustworthy business can still be found in todays world of greed and people out to take advantage of others. I highly recommend Tims Small Engine Repair, as they are the best in the business.

They did a great job! They fixed the Honda motor on my pressure washer and it runs great. They did it in a timely manner as well.

During December 2020 I needed to order a part for my lawn mower so I decided to have Tims Small Engine Repair order my parts. I was told it would take three days to get the part in. When I returned home I noticed on my receipt it indicated the part was back ordered so I call Tims Repair and was told the part would actually not be delivered until sometime in January 2021. I asked for my refund of $32.57 back and that is when I started getting the run around. This continued all the way through January 2021. I eventually filed a complaint with the BBB. I never did get my refund back. I had never ordered a part through this business before and I never will again. Stay away from this business. Extremely unprofessional and pathological liars.

First time customer in and out the door in two days. Last time my mower was serviced by Home Depot it took two weeks.Everything I asked for was completed and our 5 year old Toro runs like a new machine.Bonus is the shop dog. She is super friendly and just a cool beast. When I was in the parking lot she jumped in a ladies truck. The tailgate was up. Amazing and fun.I will take my equipment back if I need repairs. Recommend strongly.

Great work and trust worthy

Havent gotten as far as the actual repair to write a review for but first impressions were great. Good customer service and theyre super busy which to me is a good thing because no one is a return customer to a poorly ran business if theres plenty of options. Dropped my chainsaw off and they said itd be 2 weeks before theyd get a chance to look at it. Will leave another review after Ive picked my chainsaw up and chop the tree I fell in my backyard lol

Just off St. Augustine road it is a great small engine repair shop. Place is clean and organized. Lady working the counter is always helpful. Have had a generator and chainsaw repaired. They don’t overcharge and do good work at a fair price. If you need something tuned up or fixed I highly recommend taking it Tim’s.

I used this place as it was provided to me by Sears as a certified technician to work on my lawnmower, which was still under warranty.The work was done in the timeframe they said it would take. Every time I called someone answered. The lady that answered was nice when I spoke with her and she was able to answer my questions each time.Im not familiar with their pricing, but based on my experience this will be the first place I call if I need any small engine repairs.

Even though they were busy, they help / had the parts what I called for. Since lots of shops do not answer their phones. Tims did had the equal price to amazon.

They were very reasonable in cost. Theyre very busy so be prepared to wait a week or so to get your item back, but the wait is worthwhile. Theyre busy because theyre good.
