The overall service at the tool and truck rental center was super friendly and helpful and I had no problems with renting and returning me vehicle.I rented a truck from this location and it is first come, first served. If you are able to get a truck before arriving, they will only hold it for 30 minutes. Once you get to HD, you will have to give them your insurance information as well as your drivers license (obviously), and a deposit. Depending on the length of the rental you will be charged a flat rate unless you bring it back past your due date and without a full tank of gas.Make sure you take pictures of your vehicle, mileage, and anything that seems like it could be a problem so its documented.The truck I attained had several cracks in he windshield, the oil change was behind schedule, and there was quite a bit of damage to the trailer. I understand these vehicles will have some minor damage, but things liked cracked windshields and no proper oil changes is not something the customer should be worried about.

Reliable tools. Some a little pricey for full days. But if you plan Wright the price is worth it.
