Last Saturday morning we did laundry at our house and we went to dry our clothes we learned that the dryer went out on us. We were trying to find a place to go and dry our clothes and found Grace Laundry on Townsend Blvd in Arlington. We arrived and located the dryers in the back of the laundry and our clothes took about 25 minutes to dry and it cost about 1.25 for 25 minutes of drying time. You can drop off your laundry and they will wash and dry your laundry and they will fold it for you for a fee. The washers and dryers are nice and big and they have separate washers and dryers for rugs and comforters. We had a pleasant experience here at Grace Laundry.

They have the cleanest laundromat Ive seen in the Arlington area. There is always staff present and the machines work as they should. And its not a smelly place, like a lot of laundromats are.

Washer work but not clean. Staff is half friendly. And place smells like body odor half the time. But on days I can get a dryer. Its a laundry mat. Cant expect the best all the time I guess. It is conveniently located next to Publix and McDonalds so theres a win

A very nice place to get your laundry done, the patrons seem respectful enough of each others privacy and space, social distancing, mask wearing, and other covid appropriate measures seem to be in place and are respected/practiced by the patrons, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Owner is very rude. I heard him call a customer stupid when she asked a question.

Ive been washing cloths here since 2011. Real nice folks...a beautiful laundromat and i am pretty sure he does drop offs too. If you live in E.Jax and have to do laundry out...check this one out.

Giving this business a star rating of 1, is even too much! The man at the counter, who claims to be the owner, is very RUDE!! He watches you from the time you walk in and not from the counter. He followed my husband to the change machine, while hes getting qtrs hes watching me load the machine. Then tells me what machine he thinks I should use! When I told him I dont need that particular machine, he gets louder trying to convince me to change washers. Then sd I know whats best, because Im the owner! I let him know I knew what was best and took my clothes out of the machine and left!! BAD BUSINESS. Find a different independent laundry mat, dont spend your $$ with someone that doesnt know how to treat/talk to their customers.

The place has AC and is clean and nice.All the washers & dryers are clean inside and working. They have a TV. Also a clean bathroom. And it feels like a place that is comfortable and safe

Clean people are very nice, and dryers work awesome only few washers work good cant really wash blankets in them unless its one ata time cause washers do not spin good to ring excess water out

Clean and has a/c, only issue was lack of seating. I thought there could definitely be more. Seems like all the spouses come along with the older people to hang out, which is fine, just add more chairs along the walls. Owners and staff were nice also.

The place was very clean however when my sister ask about the water pressure nicely the gentleman told her to get out of his establishment. I was appalled at his attitudeand for someone that has a business called grace he didn’t show it at all. Will not be back!!!

Rude person at counter.Even though the machine takes 20s will come up to you and tell you that you dont need 20 dollars to do laundry.And I didnt even bring all the dirty laundry I had.If I had I would have needed more then twenty dollars.Especially if I want a drink and snack which they offer.Absolute rude lady.

Owner will not admit that his machine is broken. If you use a broken machine he will act as if that is the way it is supposed to wash. Two of the machines do not let out water and he swears that is the way its supposed to perform. While the same brand and model machine fills up with water. I had to use my own money to rewash my clothes because they were still dry and dirty. And then he was so inconsiderate to say I didnt have enough time to dry.

They charge extra for hot water and washers have very little water in them. You need water to get clothes clean!!!!I thought this was a cheap place to get laundry done but after an couple of times my clothes look bad.

Recently I was on the site and although the service is quite acceptable, the place suffers from courtesy and poor customer service by the owner of the place not so her husband, some dryers sometimes fail in the temperature and that is why of outburst and mistreatment to the client that can go as far as lack of respect, it is good to offer a service but always offer it with quality and good customer service so that at the end they feel the need to return to your business in such a competitive world

The 22nd machine does not work. My clothes were only partially washed. The man who was working tried to ignore me. He then tried to tell me the washer had sucked all moisture from my clothes.

Dropped off my clothes due to emergency came back and got my clothes and when I got home I realized they gave me someone else clothes with few of mines but majority of my clothes are missing smh when tried to call he couldn’t understand me

The owner never loses you explain the situation and he dont care the color of my quilt got fade out and also the ware maleted crayons on the dryer jeans got ruined.

Dryers not hot. Place is dirty and Attendent is rude. They charge extra for hot water??? Very hard to get in and out of parking lot too much traffic.
