Got a gift card as a birthday gift and decided to try it out. Very disappointed. Booked a classic manicure online and then asked for a deluxe when I sat down. Ended up getting a 15 minute express manicure and rushed off. When I called to talk to the manager all she had to say was, ‘well what do you want me to do?’ Extremely poor service. Upset that I have to go back again to use my gift card. Would not recommend.

ZaZa’s is simply amazing. Such a unique place for a mani and pedi. A little pricey compared to others but well worth it. ❤️

Love my toe nail color but felt very rushed! Lady came over with another customer & said “they’re almost done”, meanwhile we only 15 minutes deep in the pedicure. Wasn’t relaxing at all. Cute atmosphere.

We were rushed and hostess was rude. I waited 10 minutes even though I had an appointment and I got a 10 minute pedicure. The results were a cakey finish for the polish. Yes the decor and ambiance is lovely, but the customer service is terrible. It really was not worth it.

They have really nice decore and call themself a boutique but their work is mediocre at best. The manicure I called ahead and requested was less than what I could do myself. They do not do acrylic which they do not tell you until they start. In the end I was very dissapointed in the job done and the fact I wasted money for just the atmosphere of a fancy nail boutique.

I am fully aware this was your first day to reopen, a luxury place to relax, looking forward to it. my experience in the past has been good. Today was anything but good. We were rushed in and out (Paying the full price for 17 minutes for a pedicure, and gave them a tip, asked to pay before they were finished, not happy and won’t be back. If you want to pay a premium for a service that is cut short, go for it.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME SALON WHO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I used to love coming here, but now Im absolutely disappointed in the reopening of Zaza. I waited 20 minutes before they even started on my toes. To add insult to injury, they painted my toes in a rush and the bottom of my feet were still rough.

Great place and pedicure. Easy to book appointment online. Lovely selection of colors and massage was fabulous. They serve white wine and champagne as well as blackberry infused water. Went during the week, busy but quick. Very relaxing environment. Not great for a loud group of people.

Best salon ever! The staff is wonderful and the whole place is super cozy and beautiful and also super clean. The owner always decorates beautifully for each season. Who doesn’t love gorgeous fresh flowers 🌺 They also serve drinks! 🍸 It’s basically a little vacation spot.

I only went to this place once. And I really want to go back. The employees are so friendly, the shop is vintage but still looks well kept up with. I only got my feet done, and it was so relaxing. They offered me different drinks and such too. I believe everyone should go treat their self with a nice relaxing pedicure.

I am very disappointed after reading all the good reviews only to get there and get a horrible pedicure and my polish was thick and had polish all on the sides. Maybe it will be better if they wldnt RUSH. Annie did an excellent job on my manicure. Wont be returning.

Atmosphere and decor was beautiful. Staff is so kind and they serve you drinks and chocolate in the most comfortable chairs ever. would drive 2 hours from where i live just to come again

The decor and ambiance there is very warm and welcoming. They only accept appointments so your wait time is minimal. They do really great eyebrow waxes.

That was my first visit to Zaza and I liked it. I had pedicure done. The environment is very relaxing, my nails were well done by China, her foot massage was very nice. There was a chocolate candy surprise. You would need an appointment which runs every 30 min. I came earlier and waited. The price is reasonable. You leave tips at the front desk per their policy.

WOW!!!! The most upscale nail shop I have been to. I truly felt like I was at a spa. The decor was beautiful and the service was exceptional.

Not impressed at all. I paid 62 dollars to be rushed through a manicure that they just painted my fingernails and my toenails. Felt like cattle being rushed through a shoot. They dont even do fake nails. You are paying for the decor and fresh tap water. My opinion only.

This place is an oasis. The atmosphere is enchanting; the staff is kind; the service is impeccable. They serve complimentary teas and bonbons... You couldnt ask for anything more! 10/10 would absolutely and enthusiastically recommend to any friend or stranger.

I made an appointment during my lunch hour. My pedicure was done relatively timely, but not well. I still have rough heels. Then I was left to sit as instructed while the technician went to get the water ready for my manicure. I sat for about 20 minutes with workers running back and forth never once checking to see why I was still sitting there. I finally spoke up to let someone know I needed to get back to work. My technician was actually doing someone elses manicure while I was sitting in the back! So needless to say my manicure had to be rushed by another technician. She was very sweet, but she didnt have the time to really do what was expected. I am completely done with this shop. I paid more to come here because they book appointments and work in a timely manner. Theres no reason for me to waste my money here if the one big positive is not heeded at all.

I had booked a nail appointment for my two young daughters and myself for Saturday morning. It was supposed to be a rare treat for them but after paying $200 and receiving half the service of other nail salons, I must say that I am never going back.When we arrived, we were asked to pick our pedicure colors and go and sit on the chairs. The water for my foot bath was cold when I put my feet in and I told the nail technician that. She just started the hot tap for a little bit but continued to do my feet in the cold water. My 5 year old sat for 15 minutes in a corner without anyone attending to her and finally someone came after I asked repeatedly.My technician was pleasant but didnt speak much except asking me their ages and said, Only two girls? No boys? Looked a little disappointed when I said no. She was rushed while doing the cuticles and one of my big toes has swelling and pain in the nail bed today.Then the owner came around with no smile, smacking gum, and asked, what do you want to drink?. I had no idea what they had to offer and she didnt seem too welcoming so I declined. I did see the owner being very friendly later with a few of the other clients (probably long time customers) and offering them champagne.They moved my girls to get their manicure done while they were finishing my pedicure and after they were done they were just ignored and not offered anything. During this time, my little ones toe nail polish came off and since I wasnt seated next to them, and no one was paying any attention to them, she was too shy to tell them that.Then they took forever to understand what I wanted for my manicure (nothing complicated), it felt like they were rushed and I was inconveniencing them. Finally she did my nails and it was different from what I wanted and since she didnt speak much English, it was futile to explain to her. For the almost $45 manicure for me, I got a hurried hand massage after the nails were done and that too after I asked. I did see them providing additional services to other manicure customers but there was just no point asking about that.And at this point I was just ready to get done and leave. I collected my girls who thought they were going to get pampered, but were left ignored. There were no byes or come again, we just paid and left.All of this was so mistimed and impersonal that it totally ruined the experience and the expectations I had for spending some quality time with my girls. For half the price I could have gone to another salon and had a better experience.Its a beautiful salon with lovely decorations but to me it felt like an assembly line in a factory. Definitely not a boutique experience I thought well get at that price point.(They agreed to fix my little girls polish when I called them back after she told me in the car but they are closed on Sunday and Monday and I really dont have the heart to go and get treated the same way again. I will just remove the $30 petit pedicure and repaint at home.)

I have to say I was quite disappointed after what I experienced despite my friends’ reviews. I got a shellac manicure. The lady who did my nails never spoke to me and instead carried on a conversation with the lady next to me. She scraped my cuticles to where it hurt, didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails, and literally filed them all the way down. Everyone around me was offered something to drink except me. I felt like I was being rushed out of the place even though they weren’t even very busy. Won’t be back.

During my appointment they were rude. Then after the appointment they said men were not welcomed. I wish when I called to make the appointment they would have said that men are not welcomed here!

I dont get it? I went to get manis and pedis with two other people. Two of us were quickly attended to. The third person waited at least 20 minutes for her pedi to start, yet her pedi ended at the same time mine did (despite starting 20 minutes after mine did). They were super rough on my cuticles and made both my hand and toe cuticles bleed multiple times, with one finger bleeding well after I left Zazas and leaving a nasty scab and bruise. Some of my fingernails werent evenly shaped either. My manicure did last more than a week, which is a record for me, but that didnt make up for the pain and bleeding they put me through, especially at their prices!
