Such friendly people in here, from the associate who welcomes you to the jeweler who does the work. By the way, I was there before opening, not realizing their hours, and the associate still helped me. Very unusual. I had been to two other jewelry stores to try to get a bracelet with sentimental value repaired. Nobody else would try to fix it. The jeweler here not only fixed it perfectly, but called me with updates and options. When I returned to pick up my piece, there was a very unpleasant lady in there who acted like the world revolved around her, and even she was treated with grace and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place for any repairs you need done.

Service was quick and my battery was replaced within 20 minutes as promised. The venue was nicely setup and clean. The staff was professional. I thought pricing was expensive for a battery of forty dollars. I needed it done and didn’t feel like looking around.

This shop was amazing! Had to have my engagement ring sized from a 10 to a 7.5 due to weight loss. The band had etching on it and they told me there would be a line and the etching would not line up. The jeweler lined up the etching beautifully and the ring is stunning!

They are out of their damn minds wanting $160+ for 4 dates to be engraved. It’s never a good sign when the employee is saying sorry before telling you the price.

One of the small diamonds in my ring fell out today and I was able to find it and take it in to Fast Fix. They were able to have my ring good as new in less than an hour! They even cleaned it and it’s now shinier than ever! I highly recommend them. The front staff was a pleasure to work with and extremely polite!

I needed a watch battery for decent chronograph I paid about $150 for a few years ago. I checked Google Maps for watch repair stores and saw Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs had a 4.9 rating. I stopped there figuring that the name implied theyd replace the battery quickly and charge the normal $15 - $25. The lady who helped me took the watch and looked at it for a few seconds. She quickly said that the charge would be $79 to replace the battery. $79??? We were both wearing masks so I just figured Id mistakenly heard her and asked her to repeat what shed said. She said $79 again, and stated something like its Swiss movement and therefore costs 3x-4x more, which I guess is a way for this watch repair store to overcharge customers. I was speechless for a moment and then said that couldnt be true, as the watch was NOT (I wish!) some handmade Omega, Rolex or IWC. She spouted some other nonsense about a watertight seal but I was already walking out the door. I sat in my car and called the Zales store around the corner. They said theyd charge $20 - $30 (depending on the battery) for a replacement. I headed there immediately. I left Zales 10 minutes later and only $20 lighter.Its obvious that Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs has its fans. Needless to say, that will NEVER be me.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I took a Fossil watch that was half automatic and half battery. They charged me $50 to change the battery - for one year warranty. They also told me that my chronograph watch would be $39.99 (because of the chronograph), and $19.99 for the others for a one year warranty. $10 more for lifetime on all of the above prices.I took the same watches to Batteries Plus, and it was $11.99 for one year and $19.99 for lifetime. For each watch, no matter what type of watch it was. Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Battery Plus or whatever the green & orange place is. RIDICULOUS PRICES. Only good thing was how friendly the employees were.

I had a flight to catch in two hours and wanted my wedding ring to be sized down (didn’t want to lose it on my honeymoon!) they called me to tell me my ring was ready just 30 minutes after dropping it off! The Staff at Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair are simply awesome. They are reputable and honest in their dealings with the public. A case in point:. Sunday, September 15th, I brought my watch in thinking I needed a new strap, when in fact, all I needed was the strap buckle replaced. This was a savings of about 15.00- small, yes, but this makes my point that they are fair and honest. You can take your business there and be comfortable knowing that the Staff will treat you right.

Brought one my vintage watches in that they had previously repaired and replaced the watch band. I also got a lifetime battery when the repair was done. So had to come back as it had died. Glad it was just the battery. They replaced it. I didn’t have a wait. It was perfect. Nice people and experienced.

I had a custom 14k pendant made for my anniversary through this location. I shopped around for months to find a jeweler that could not only make my piece with quality work but could also offer a great price. I spoke to another jeweler in the area and for what they would have charged for the pendant alone, i was able to spend for both my pendant and new chain at fast fix. This location in particular has great customer service and always kept me aware of what was going on. When they felt their piece wasnt 100% perfect, they remade parts of my pendant and were able to have it complete in just a few days. I recommend this location to anyone looking for quality custom jewelry & great customer service.

Thought I needed a tiny O ring for a necklace. Took the necklace to two different, so called upscale Jewelers, one of which was the location I purchased it. One wanted $50, would send it to New York, and it would be 2 weeks before I got it back. The other wanted $79. Took it too fast fix, and was told I didnt need a ring at all Was shown another way to snap it shut, and it cost me nothing. Fantastic place!

They fixed a bracelet that I broke a year ago in 5 minutes .

Quickly repaired my watch. The back fell off after I dropped it. I brought it to three other places and they weren’t able to get it back on. Fast fix did what others could not and I was in and out in five minutes.

Came in to replace some batteries on a Hamilton and Skagen watch and also get some advice on repairing a couple of watches. One watch is a cheap Seiko 5 but belonged to my late father bought when he was working in Saudi Arabia in the early 70’s so it had sentimental value to me. The salesmen were welcoming and one very knowledgeable about watches. I felt like a valued customer which is getting rare. The work was very good and timely. The only thing I can “complain” about was the cost of the batteries. Seemed high, $19 & $39, but I guess that’s how much they go for nowadays. He fixed my old Seiko for $29.95 and wouldn’t have charged me had he been unable to do the work required to get it running. It’s still running fine and wore it this Thanksgiving having a reminder of my late dad. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

Weve been to this place several times over the past few months. Each and every time the staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and always came through with what they promised. From jewelry repair and watch battery replacement to actually designing pieces from old jewelry, they are the best Ive seen. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Also as their name says, they are fast.

I was looking for a good place to take one of my watches to get the battery changed. So glad I found this business, it ended up being much cheaper than the jewelry stores in the area. Great experience overall- fast and friendly service! They engraved a wedding cake knife for my daughter‘s wedding. They are the sixth couple in our family to use this knife and have their names engraved on it! They helped me choose a font that was similar to the others, called when they were actually doing the work to confirm the positioning of the names and date, and it was ready for me to pick up less than 24 hours after I dropped it off!

Fast is an understatement. I had two rings sized and it only took 2 hours. It was professionally done and they clean the ring like it was brand new. One of the Rings was made in the 50s and they were very carefully and resizing it and when they finish it look like it was brand new. I highly recommend taking your jewelry there to be resize or repaired.

I had the second hand fall off of my watch and took it here. They did an amazing job and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. They also did a reasonable cleaning of the entire watch. Previously they completely repaired my husbands high-end watch that we thought was ruined after it got wet. They are extremely reputable and good at what they do.

I went in with a band for my Apple watch to be sized, I was informed it was a cheater band and she continued to assist me with the removal of links and then didnt even charge me! Her honesty and help spoke volumes to me. I will definitely go back for my future repairs.

The jeweler did an absolutely beautiful job creating custom links to enlarge my Great grandmothers antique diamond bracelet for my wedding. I visited four different jewelers that were unable to help or would not work on the piece because it was “so old”. He truly did an amazing job!!!!! I cannot wait to wear it and I know it would’ve meant so much to my grandmother and great grandmother!

A diamond had fallen out of my friends ring. I brought it to fast fix and they replace the stone and I could not tell which one was replaced. A very good job. And the ring was thoroughly cleaned.

Once I arrived, it took less than five minutes for Heather to change the battery for my watch. The staff were really friendly and professional. They did a great job fixing my antique ring. I didnt want it cleaned (that would ruin the patina), and they were able to fix it, where another jewelry store had said they couldnt fix it without soaking it in cleaning solution for hours first. Very happy with the results.

I brought my Rolex into the Avenues store and Andrew the manager said he was authorized to work on Rolex watches. I let them work on my watch and after return the bezel fell off and was lost while I was traveling and the pins came loose and my watch fell off. I came back and Fast Fix said they ordered an authorized bezel for Rolex watches and after having Underwood’s confirm the authenticity we had discovered it was a fake. I am now out $1100.00 and I reached out to the owner Christian Whitehurst and he said sorry but that is your problem! Extremely unprofessional as I have been inconvenience without having my $16,000 watch and now Christian said oh well that’s your problem! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOU VALUABLES OR CHRISTIAN WHITEHUSRT!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my watch batteries replaced and bands adjusted. The last time I got this watch battery replaced (a few years ago) I paid for the lifetime warranty. I misplaced the paperwork and today they were able to validate that I paid for the warranty. The work is always very fast and good quality. The staff is also very nice.
