I took in a custom made ring that was my mom’s and had it sized down along with my original 9mm 47 y/o wedding band also to be sized down. I was in awe of how beautiful the craftsmanship of my band was as it had some VERY detailed scroll work on it and it matched perfect. No other jewelers every wanted to size it because if that. My custom 4 diamond ring was dazzling! I’ll be back with my husbands rings to have sized and my necklace to have checked and cleaned! Pricing is reasonable and the workmanship beyond reproach. I have been there several times for loosing a diamond in my ring. I didn’t buy the ring at Allen jewelry’s. I will have to say that the staff and jeweler Allen are very knowledgeable. Great job repairing my wedding ring. I had lost a diamond on the ring guard and the prong surrounding other diamond on ring guard was weakening. Dennis and the lovely staff at Allen’s made me and my fiancé feel like family. He created a custom engagement ring from a picture I provide him and an inherited diamond that came out flawless. They walked me through every step of the way, letting me hand pick additional loose diamonds for the setting, showed me CAD designs to approve beforehand and really just made sure he made exactly what I wanted. This was a real VIP experience. We also went back a second time to have him create our custom wedding bands as well. Allen’s Jewelers is simply the best service! I have not only had my jewelry appraised there, but also recently reset a family stone there. I dropped off my ring on a Wednesday. Dennis helped me pick a new setting and was extremely knowledgeable. Better yet, he said it would be ready by Saturday and delivered on his word. Saturday afternoon I picked up my ring! It is in the perfect setting, exactly how I imagined it. Amanda was super nice during the pick up the process. My final thought is that the pricing is fair in addition to the great service and craftsmanship. I will be returning in the future!!

I brought my ring into be resized and the staff was great about answering all of my questions and were very knowledgeable. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. The ring had to go up a size and I would never guess that it had anything added, the work is absolutely seamless. They also cleaned the ring before giving it back and I have never seen it so clean and polished before in my life. Will definetly be going back in the future soon.

I just picked up my diamond ring that had been re set. I dont know how Dennis takes a 1/2 ct ring and makes it look like a 3/4 ct ring My suggestion is when you have your ring repaired ask his advice. He made some changes that where just amazing. If you need repairs to your precious jewelry, you can trust Allen’s. I took my grandmothers gold chain to get the clasp repaired and my anniversary ring to reattach the ring to the setting. Diane was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Both pieces were done in an affordable and timely manner. Dennis also took the pink stain off another ring making it look new again. I know where I will be doing my jewelry shopping from now on, as well.

Stopped here to have a watch battery replaced. Found the sales person very unwelcoming and borderline rude. I was the ONLY customer in the store but she insisted on putting my battery replacement request on a wait list. Thank goodness another rep accepted the watch and had already begun the replacement. At $16 for a standard pop-in battery replacement, they are already way over priced. Add in a real dose of customer no-service and you’ve got a good reason to avoid this business.

I live in South Saint Johns so there are a lot of jewelers between my home and Allen’s but after doing some research and reading the reviews I decided I would make the trip up and it was definitely worth the drive! My beautiful wedding band of over 15 years had been showing its years. One of the prongs on my center diamond was completely smashed down and the others were worn making my stone unstable and most recently the solder that bonded my set together had broken. One of the best things about this jeweler is that your jewelry never leaves the store! Dennis is the owner and jeweler so it stays in capable hands the entire time. The sales ladies were kind, helpful, sweet and just all around nice! In the end my repair took a week as Dennis had to rebuild all my prongs and re-solder my set and was affordable and worth every cent!! When I picked up my ring my breath was taken away, it hasn’t shined so bright or looked this amazing and beautiful since the day my husband gave it to me!
