Drove from Ellabell GA to Jacksonville, get there before closing to have my ring checked for the warranty and they’re closed and LONG gone🤦🏼‍♀️Wish we got my ring somewhere else

The store manager lady and her colleagues are the best. What makes a great experience is how they treat you. They have treated us so well and helped us to find the right product. They didnt try to persuate us to buy more expensive stuffs and tried to provide the best deal within the price range we had. If you have to buy a ring in America then there is where you need to go.

Buying jewelry at the mall is already a dicey proposition at best. But when a retailer pulls out the “today only” sign, it reeks of artificial price fluctuations. I recommend you stay away.

I would write my whole situation on how poor they communicate with clients, they tell you one thing but not know what’s going on, they inform you that their regional manager is assisting with the issue but they never hear from them or get back to you.. but I don’t want to waste any more time with this place. No one knows what’s going on here. Don’t waste your time.

I am so thankful for the amazing team at this Helzberg location. My husband and I moved to FL from NJ. I was never thrilled with the customer service at the location we went to in NJ, but I had no idea what an amazing experience it could have been until we moved and started going to the Helzberg in the Avenues Mall. The girls here truly care so much about their customers and are always in a positive mood! I recently had my diamond fall out of my engagement ring. It was a freak accident but I was devastated. I came to the girls here and they were so incredibly helpful. They sent my ring out to be fixed and got everything taken care of for me. I am so grateful!!

My husband and I are in the market for basic wedding bands, and having good experiences in the past with Helzberg, we stopped by. I was easy and quickly found a gold band I liked but my husband took a bit longer to find something he liked. The woman helping us was very nice and patient and we eventually found one for him. Upon check out, we were told the ring he wanted they no longer carried. No big deal, we looked again to find a second option and settled for something a little more plain. Upon check out, we were told the issue was that they no longer work with the supplier of BOTH of the rings. Not willing to settle a third time, we walked out. Had they kept their display up to date, all of this could have been avoided. Instead, we both had to experience initial excitement followed by frustration and disappointment. What a waste of time.

Beautiful diamond I got, great customer service but quality of my diamond ring setting is seriously upsetting.

While in St Louis after evacuating hurricane Irma..visited St Louis galaria mall..decided to get wedding set cleaned and the young lady on duty was a perfect charm and delight very knowledgeable..she informed me that I had 3 of Mr large diamonds really loose 1 in 1 band 2 in the other..And that I had lost a small diamond in the large ring as well..I never noticed that diamond missing..she said dont wear them..she bagged them...so I stopped at another Jewelers a day before heading back home..to have the issue resolved but the expert had left for the day...the lady there told me the exact thing as I had been previously informed..would not cost me $55...no problem..I come home to Florida...I got a quite 11 diamonds loose...$75 a piece to repair...I think Florida should take a hint...they been soaking in too much Sea salt...until they have become stupid with price flying back to Illinois to have done..flight thru allegiant roundtrip only cost me$132...total....and I shopped with please...thanks St Louis galaria for keeping it 100!!!!!!!!
